We love Fetch! The dog sitters are wonderful, caring, and trustworthy. Tom (owner) is so responsive and helpful. I’m so glad we found this service for both the midday walks and for overnight care for our pug when we are out of town. We highly recommend!

We have used Fetch- San Gabriel Valley for multiple trips over the past year. They have given two of our cats medication as well as providing excellent kitty over all care. Tom and Daniel are great. They even checked our 6 foster kittens and mom for a day while we went Disneyland. Highly recommend.

Tom and his Fetch team are wonderful. Daniel is an excellent caretaker. My cats are well cared-for by him and they are happy to see him. :). I have been using Fetch for about two or three years and have had a 100% perfect experience. I recommend Fetch highly.

Tom is the nicest and easy going owner but also very responsible and professional. MarieClaire who walks our dogs is a very competent and diligent walker. Our dogs get excited each time she comes to pick them up and go off happily. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Fetch Pet Care and in particular Marieclaire has taken wonderful care of my two cats while I've been away several times now. They are easy to work with, take great care of my animals, provide daily pictures and updates and all at good prices.

I recommend Fetch for your pet sitting needs. I've been using them for over 5 years and every sitter we've had has been responsive and caring. They will come and feed and sit with your pets. They also do a few other minor housekeeping actions like getting your mail. Highly recommended.

Tiger is amazing. We found our sweet pup off the street and he is very shy and has a tendency to run away when we leave him with other people. Tiger listened attentively to his history and has been amazing with him, accomidating all his quirks. He loves walking with Tiger’s pack! She gives the dogs amazing adventures every day. Tiger always makes sure to give our shy guy a little extra attention. She’s obviously a very experienced dog owner. She’s also been very flexible with our schedules. She is kind, responsible, and knowledgeable. We feel very lucky to have her around.

I have relied on tiger for all of my dog boarding needs and the occasional dog adventures for the last two years. Tiger is very reliable and really great with the dogs. I love that my dog gets social time with other dogs, a ton of exercise and always comes home happy and tired. Tiger is easy to schedule with, and provides pick up and drop off, making her service people friendly too.

There is no more wonderful image than Tiger's van full of happy dogs pulling up to your house. And then my dogs see it and lose their minds with excitement in anticipation for another fun hiking adventure. They always come back tired and happy. Tiger is awesome and love your dogs like her own. I cannot say enough good things about Tiger. I know my Rhoda is in the best possible hands from the moment she jumps into the adventure van, until the time she returns home exhausted, happy and calm. I have been using Pet Care by Tiger for 5 years for everything from dog boarding to dog walking to dog hiking. My job is very demanding and requires very long hours. Many times I wouldn’t have known what to do without the love and kindness of Tiger and her attention to my baby girl Rhoda. Rhoda’s favorite is dog hiking when she gets to be a dog, run off leash and socializing with other dogs on the trails and dog beaches. Rhoda is beyond content, and I get to love her guilt free knowing she’s had an amazing time with Tiger.

We have used Tiger to care for our dog for over 3 years and she is amazing. She takes the dogs on long hikes in the mountains every day and our high energy dog loves it! Tiger was a lifesaver when it came to taking care of our home and two cats. While on vacation we used to go with the huge, nationally known, home/pet care company to take care of things, but a couple of slip-ups gave us pause and made us look elsewhere this time around. Pet Care by Tiger have all the bases covered. They made sure the food and water bowls stayed full, cleaned the litter box, checked the mail, and made sure the home was secure while we were gone. We have a smart home, so I was consistently checking remotely to make sure everything was ok the first couple of days while out of town, but after seeing the thoroughness of Tiger, I quit checking after seeing that she had things under control. The quality of service was fantastic, Tiger is always cordial and personable, and to top it off, I got to support a local business. I am an EXTREMELY over protective Dog Mom to my 5 yo French Bull Dog Brodie. I have been searching for a dog sitter and trainer for him as long as I can remember, but I’ve never been satisfied leaving my fur baby until I found Happy Heart Pet Care. I will say I love to spoil my boy and only the best will do, however, this also meant he got away with a lot more behavioral wise then he should. So I needed to find someone knowledgeable that I could trust with my boy… I haven’t been able to find someone reliable that not only had the experience to help train Brodie, but that I felt comfortable trusting to care for him. Anna Marie checks all the boxes. She not only has helped with Brodie’s training, but I trust her to care for him as if he was her own. She is truly our dog nanny! Brodie loves Anna Marie and he has become such a better behaved boy since he was introduced to her training and care. Having a person who not only will train your dog, but love them the way you would is priceless. He respects her and she has a great relationship with my boy teaching him with obedience training and socialization. All the dogs she cares for are very well behaved so he has her pack to learn from as well. She also is a great resource for a number of suggestions and advice with regard to your pets health and well being. She is always the first person I call or text to ask any questions with regard to his health or needs, which is invaluable. She is one of the most kind and understanding people I’ve met in LA and I have no doubt I would ever find someone who cares or loves Brodie more as a trainer or dog nanny than her. Needless to say I highly recommend Happy Heart Pet Care. Your life will be easier with your dog if you use her, trust me!

So grateful to have found Happy Heart Pet Care--they are the best! I have an adopted pound dog who is super skittish (and bark-y) with new people and for the past 4+ years, has not been comfortable with other dogs. She LOVES Anna-Marie and Matthew and, after just three visits, she is already changing in wonderful ways--less skittish with new people and excited to play with other dogs, which I never thought possible. Anna-Marie is incredibly kind and accommodating, thoughtful about introducing new dogs to their environment, and thoughtful of skittish human owners, sending them photos of their happy dogs. I contacted them because of the consistently amazing Yelp reviews (a rare thing), without realizing they're on the west side of LA. My dog and I are way on the east side, but still travel there because knowing my pup is safe and happy with people she loves and who genuinely care is worth everything.

Matthew and Anna Marie are both so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about dogs. Their love for our 9week old Darcy is so heartwarming! I certainly had my concern leaving a young puppy with other people for a week, but Matthew and Anna Marie stayed very communicative. They also helped me on getting to know/adjust for a puppy. I could see Darcy was so well cared for through photos/detailed text updates. Truly appreciate their existence 💙

Anna-Marie took care of my 1 year old shih tzu puppy, Tater Tot, for almost 3 weeks while we were away. She was wonderful as she was very flexible with drop off/pick up times, and gave Tater Tot lots of love but also trained him! Tater is much more calm and well behaved now! He was brushed everyday, made many new dog friends, and enjoyed his walks. Anna-Marie updated us with cute photos and videos of him and we can’t wait to have him back with her again!

Where do I start? So thankful for Matt and Anna Maria. Matt has been a life saver with behavior modification with my sweet girl Cocoa. Cocoa is a hyper-vigilant rescue pit, with a few social challenges. Matt not only was able to with patience and professionalism, earn her trust, and help with her behaviors, he was also able to teach me, ways to manage when she and I are in the wild. He is very hands on, and teaches key fundamentals when handling a dog, and working with the world around them. I literally on multiple occasions have been able to handle situations without panic and stress due to Matt’s training. Cocoa also has been managing her stress better as well. You are equipped with the knowledge literally after just one session, the most rewarding thing is seeing the transformation in Cocoa. She has come such a long way. Happy Heart Pet Care has been a blessing. I highly recommend. 10 out of 10!

They are highly experienced and had my aggressive rescue dog showing improvement after just a few sessions! I’ve also used their services when traveling. We found Anna Marie on Yelp and trusted the good reviews she had- it was the first time we left our puppy with someone she didn't know and in another city. We loved Anna the first moment we met her, she was super kind, and you could tell she had a lot of knowledge and experience with dogs. We saw our puppy liked her from the very beginning and felt safe with her- we left her one full day and, when we picked her up, she was super happy and looked like Anna took great care of her. We had the BEST experience with LA Pet Sitters! Thank you so much to Brooke and Julia for taking the most incredible care of our two high maintenance kitties. Julia is the best cat sitter we have ever had. Our cats loved her and I could tell how much she loved them and cared for them as if they were her own babies. They require special care including medication and being separated while we are away and everything was handled with such ease. From communication to following instructions and leaving our place so clean, the entire experience was amazing. We had a great experience with LA pet sitting! Our pet sitter was Emily and she took great care of our two cats while we were out of town for the week. She sent us updates after each visit and it was great to know she was there keeping them company while we were gone. Communication and coordination was also super easy. We had a wonderful experience with LA Pet Sitting. It was the first time we had ever left our cat for more than a night, so we were a bit nervous about the trip we were taking. Luckily for us everyone at LPS were so professional and understanding. They took care of our cat perfectly, and gave us daily updates with pictures, so that we could always know our little guy was safe and sound in their hands. I also love that it's a local business instead of an app. It gave me extra comfort knowing that this business has been in the area for a decade+, serving the community. I couldn't recommend it more. My husband and I are quote OCD about our pet care. We basically left a booklet with detailed instructions to care for our four fur babies. These instructions were emailed to our sitter directly so she can review and ask questions before our time away. We couldn't be happier with the services Julianne provided for our pets. I was truly happy with her services and my four cats seemed happy too! I loved seeing pictures of my cats looking so happy and playful. Two of my fur babies have high anxiety and one is mildly feral, but she gave them their own space and allowed them to warm up to her on their own terms. Our oldest cat, 18, has separation anxiety and doesn't like being alone, so I really appreciated the extra attention and care she gave to him. He is also on a prescription diet but loves to sneak up on my other cats' food bowl. She was very vigilent and assured he stuck to his own bowl to prevent advancement with his kidney disease. I engaged LA Pet Sitting shortly after to moving to LA with my 3 cats and my dog. My work had unexpected travel and I was able to communicate via the web portal and get an intake visit pretty quickly. I was impressed with their system and the thoroughness of their information collection. An in person visit to meet the pets and go over feeding and medications was very well done. Alexia was attentive and great giving meds and following specialized feeding instructions. One of my cats has a bowel disease and caring for her is not easy. The updates were reassuring while I was away and in my opinion this could not have gone better. I would absolutely recommend them.

Sinead was great! She cleaned up a couple of messes the kitties made, brought in packages, and wrote thorough reports on how each cat was doing every day. I have been using LA Pet Sitting for years to take care of my three cats. All of the sitters I have used have been wonderful - reliable, personable, and caring towards my pets. They take time to sit with my cats and play with them, as well as to write detailed notes on their activities. I know my cats appreciate the extra attention, and I am relieved to be able to go on vacation and not worry about their welfare. This is Cyrus's home away from home. We recently lost our other dog, Peter, and Cyrus was showing some separation anxiety (totes new), so we took him to Ruff Haus instead of our usual house sitter. Cyrus had a great time with the other dogs, and the humans too. I got daily pics or videos. They even washed him when his feet got a lil dirty! I have only praise for Ruff Haus!

If Michelin stars were given to Doggie Daycares, this place would have 3! They are a family-run business with a huge backyard, they offer pickup and drop off, and they take special care of my dog-selective dog. Paola and Daniela have become crucial in my day-to-day routine as a working dog mom, and are an immeasurable part of Hudson’s overall health. It is a huge weight off my shoulders to know that she is being lovingly cared for when I’m at work: fed, pottied, and exercised. Plus, they have the resources and space to keep her safely separated from any potential negative encounters, which is a rarity in LA. As a traveling dog owner who has experienced daycares all over the country, I can honestly say they are the best of the best. And who doesn’t love cute pics of their pets during the day? Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about Paola and her crew. Being a first time doggy day car mom and just moving from Virginia, i was on a time crunch with starting work and I was very nervous about leaving Sammi with strangers. Paola made time on her Sunday for a meet and greet which put me very much at ease. She and all of her crew are welcoming! Drop offs and pick ups are a breeze and they are so accommodating to my schedule! They send photos throughout the day and seeing my happy smiling pup playing with her furriends all day makes me an extremely happy dog mama and is such a relief that she is in great caring hands and is not alone! They play outside all day in the yard, not in a warehouse like other places I looked at and Sammi stayed in the house when she boarded for a weekend. Communication is great and I highly appreciate the little reports I get at the end of the day of how she played. I highly recommend!!!

I’ve been taking my husky there for over two years for daycare and boarding. They are THE BEST!! Huge yard and trees for shade, trampoline, and an actual home, so when you’re boarding your pup, they won’t be sleeping in a lonely cold cement box. And they are given so much extra love and affection. There is so much love, attention and care put into the environment and the work they do. Bonus-they also offer local pick-up/drop-off on weekdays. I do not trust my furry best friend with anyone else! They also have that magic ability to take the best pics of my dog where she actually looks at the camera!

We’ve been taking our two dogs to Creature comfort for almost 3 years!!! This place is doggy heaven! The play areas are amazing and both Penny and Henley LOVE chasing each other around the giant trampoline that is built into the floor in the main play area! The staff is so wonderful and really attentive to the special needs of our pups! We’d never send them anywhere else!!! #PenHen

We had such a wonderful experience boarding our 5 year old rescue, Teddy, for the first time at Creature Comfort BnB! Daniela was so wonderful from our first conversation. The yard is large, secure, and clean - check out their Instagram to see how happy the dogs are playing in it! They answered all our questions and sent pictures and updates of Teddy (see a couple of them here) throughout his stay. He is much more into hanging out with humans than dogs, but he made some new dog friends and he was so at home. They provide plenty of one-on-one attention to each dog that you can’t get at a larger facility. And they literally open their home to your dog which lets them have a more comfortable experience - like at night when our little guy hates being alone, he got to cuddle with the other dogs and humans! We have no complaints, and Creature Comfort BnB is top of our list for future daycare and boarding :)

Absolutely the best doggy day care and boarding. It is such a relief to have my dog so well taken care of, whether it’s for a single day, or a two week trip. Daniella and Paola are the best and truly love each and every pup. The dogs have a lovely, secure yard to play in, are always well-supervised, and have indoor rest breaks when boarding to avoid overstimulation. I cannot say enough how grateful I am to have found Creature Comfort!

I absolutely love Creature Comfort Bnb. I love it so much that I drive from Culver City to take my dog there. I started taking my mini goldendoodle here in the summer of 2022. I was in bind and needed a dog sitter for a last minute trip. I searched around on Rover, but after hearing some horror stories, I was reluctant to use one for this trip. My dog can be very timid, and feared that she might end up with a sitter on Rover who was in it for the money and didn't really enjoy pets. While at the dentist, one of the technicians mentioned that she knew of a place that she'd found, loved, and trusted. She very generously put in a good word for me and the rest was history. Paola, Daniela, and their family take excellent care of my dog, Violet. They even helped her socialize and start playing with other dogs. I know they treat her well because whenever we arrive, Violet hops out of the car and runs in. They are always flexible with my busy and unpredictable schedule and I love their daily update photos of my smiling pup. If you are looking for a safe, loving place to bring your pet, a place where you can vacation with piece of mind, bring your pet to Creature Comfort Bnb. You won't be disappointed.

We love taking our fur baby, Kimchi, here. They always take the very best care of her and we are worry free while she is there. Lots of other happy dogs for her to play with, and always comes home happy and ready for a nap. They also are good with her specific meal and meds routine. Easy to communicate and coordinate with. 10/10 highly recommended.

I can’t say enough good things! It was very last minute and Charlie was able to take care of our cat with update videos and texts! She came to our rescue and took care of our pet at our home while we were away and even spent some time with her and gave her some good company. Charlie is very sweet and loves kitties! My cat is shy so I was concerned about leaving him while traveling. Charlie provided a safe environment where he could get comfortable, roam freely and make friends with other cats boarding with her. I wish I could give 100 stars, Marc and Lori have become like family to our mini Aussie Pepper, and for our dog it’s like going to camp not a kennel. There are no cages, just two dog lovers with a nice house and yard for your furry friend, steps away from an off leash dog park, that they visit frequently. The cost can’t be beat and the quality of service is top notch- they handle special dietary needs, and are always around to supervise the dogs, and Pepper plays with other dogs all day and has a blast. They have an early drop off time at 9am and a late pickup time available, and do both overnight rate or discounted day only rate. They send pictures and video of the dogs day. We love these folks and the freedom they give us to go on adventures that don’t allow dogs from time to time.

Sarah did an excellent job watching my goldendoodle for a few days, I was updated throughout each day with photos and Sarah was very responsive with any questions I had. Sarah provided more than adequate amounts of exercise and stimulation for my energetic dog through long walks, playing fetch, and playing with chew toys inside. My dog was in healthy and happy shape when I picked him up and I would gladly board with Sarah in the future!!

We are very pleased to have found a private home with a cage free pet sitting environment. Marc and Lori are attentive, interact with the dogs, take them to the nearby dog park, and send us photos of the dogs interacting and having fun. We also feel comfortable leaving our two dogs with them during vacations. Additionally, theprices for pet sitting and boarding are reasonable.

Sooo happy to find such a great place to board my cat and dog. It's a private home and totally cage-free. The sitter is really great! I was really nervous about leaving them but they we're really well taken care of, actually they we're totally spoiled because when I came back from vacation to pick them up, they didn't want to come home! I recently moved to the San Fernando Valley and my experience with leaving my cat in Mona's care could not have been better. She is very accommodating and cared for my cat like it was her own. The rates are affordable and she's reliable when it comes to texting updates and always replies promptly. Very professional, safe, friendly, and overall I was extremely pleased.

I'm so happy that I found the best pet sitter ever! This is a wonderful caring home that hosts a few dogs or cats at a time. The sitter is always spending time with them. They were very well taken care of and I couldn't have asked for anything better.
