We love Camp Bow Wow! My dog, Buzz is so happy and tired when he gets home. I know he's safe and has fun and the staff is wonderful. I let everyone I know who has a dog that it's a great place.

I love camp bow wow! The employees love my son, Joshua like he is there’s ! Joshua never likes to leave me he gets so scared but when he gets to camp he’s beyond excited. The extra classes are amazing too! They send pics of your doggy having the best day ever! Thank you for loving, Josh Allen!

I took my three dogs for the interview process this past weekend and had the best experience. We will be boarding with Camp Bow Wow from now on. Pic for cuteness.

Had my dog stay for 5 days overnight. Was given back the same amount of food with my dog visibly skinner. I was given the basic excuses but when I asked for further information they never took notes on her feeding schedules. The only thing I can think of was she wasn’t fed for almost the entire time she was there. I wouldn’t have made this post for this alone, but I picked her up she had a huge swollen red eye with the most disgusting puss oozing. No one mentioned this to me before pick up and I had to pay for an emergency vet visit where it was obviously expensive and vet said it must have been like this for days. Lastly the staff seems to be incompetent as there was always an issue when I was there. Someone getting charged wrong amounts, bring wrong dogs for pickups, staff never answering phones, and issues with reservations. Ultimately I cannot go back here. I let them know and they mentioned to try and make it up to me but the trust with this place is permanently lost. For someone who loves there dog so much and to have them be treated so poorly there is nothing that could correct this.

My Oreo loves Camp Bow Wow! He’s a high energy dog. By the time he comes home he’s good and tired😉. The staff are always so warm and easy to talk to. Besides day care, I have also used boarding. Great staff! The 4 employees I met during pickup and drop off were all sweet. I dropped my dog off for a boarding stay for 5 days and they took really good care of Zane. They sent pictures and made his first stay very comfortable for him. Oh and it’s also super clean inside. I watched the cameras daily and noticed they were on top of their cleaning. Very much appreciated.

I miss the old management? They loved and knew my dogs. This new group doesn’t seem to have everything together. The staff isn’t as friendly and seem to “sit in their office”. Also I have noticed the cameras are always down. The cameras were never down before and the staff was certainly more enthusiastic while welcoming and picking up our dogs

We love Camp Bow Wow! Our Benjy always has fun playing and boarding. Makes it so easy when going out of town to have peace of mind that our boy is happy!

What I like is that my dog is very happy to go. The service there is very friendly to our furry animals. It’s nice that they have special day of entertainment for our animals. They change it up every week. They celebrate all the holidays which includes our furry friends. It a very friendly atmosphere. They are always so welcoming smiles and greetings.

I have been using queen city petsitting for years and highly recommend them!! Let's start with James. I can always count on James to answer any questions I have and assign the right person for my fur babies. He is courteous, professional and always extends a helping hand when you need one. In fact, we just got a 2 month old kitten who needed additional TLC in the evenings, this was over the Christmas holidays, and he found us a catsitter that could take care of her. We also want to thank Idelisse for taking care of our fur babies in the evening, even through thr Christmas holidays. Last but not least, Mallory is a godsend! We've been requesting Mallory for years and we can always count on her. She made herself available over the Christmas holidays, our fur babies love her, hang out with her and spends quality time with them. Our vacations are always stress free as we know that our fur babies are in good hands!

I was very grateful to find Queen City Pet Sitting. This was the first extended vacation I took with my parents, and usually we are each other's sitters when we travel. I rely heavily on reviews and stumbled upon QC Pet Sitting and I could not be happier! Stacey the owner immediately responded to my query and provided me with a quote. Their prices are fair and reasonable compared to their competitors and the services did not disappoint. Sarah stayed with our 3 pups in my home while we were on a 7-night cruise. I was very nervous since this is the longest any of has have left our furbabies with someone who wasn’t family. However, Sarah was extremely professional and gave us a huge sense of security and relief knowing they were safe in my home taken care of and treated like family. She sent timely updates and photos (and snuggled in bed) with every visit and kept me in the loop the entire vacation! I cannot thank Sarah and Queen City PS for their services. It is so wonderful to have this option in the future. We are already planning our next trip!

The management is professional and prompt to get back to you if a question or concern arises. The sitters that we have had have been wonderful with our 4 legged baby. We’ve used Queen City Pet Sitting 2-3 times now and would highly recommend them for anyone in the area. Our pet sitters came to meet us, get the layout of the house, introduce themselves to the pets (5 cats, some more skittish than others), and set up the schedule with us. Each pet sitter was diligent in letting us know when they stopped by the house and sent pictures of the pets (have added some of those to this review). We’ve had great experiences with them and will continue to use them when we have trips out of town! Stacey, the owner, and the staff are very communicative, friendly, and quick to answer questions whenever asked!

We were really happy with the care that Dennis took over our two cats while we were away. He visited us beforehand to learn the routine and meet them, and then communicated really thoroughly with us about each visit, including photos. That really set our minds at ease that the cats were being well looked after. We'd highly recommend him and Queen City Pet Sitting.

I have been using QCPS for about 2 months now and they have been there for me during 3 separate trips over that time period. I cannot say enough good things about this service. Stacey (owner) is absolutely fantastic and goes above and beyond for her clients. My dog, Whiskey (pictured), is a bit of a "special needs" case as he does not get along well with other pups. Additionally, I happen to live in a high-rise filled with other pups. So, getting him in and out safely can be a challenge. I have now had three visits without incident. The team (Casey and James) that have looked after Whiskey have taken the time to get to know him, understand his routine and ensure that my travel has not come at the expense of my best friend, Mr. Whiskers. In my most recent business trip, we were almost unable to find anyone to watch him and I was facing the possibility of driving 9.5 hours each way to and from Florida for a video shoot. Stacey came through in the last minute, offering up her office manager as a solution. Her words, "I put myself in your shoes and I just couldn't do that to you." These people are incredible, reasonably priced, care about you & your fuzzy buddies personally and I am just so very thankful I found them!

My family had a long trip planned, at the last minute I realized I needed pet care, my usual sitter wasn’t available. One of my neighbors uses someone from Queen City and loves them. So I reached out, the owner Stacey immediately called me, she hooked me up with the best pet sitter ever! Sharon took such good care of my babies, went above and beyond doing things that needed done like bringing in packages. I was nervous at first because I didn’t know her, but Stacey reassured me she’d been thoroughly background checked with lots of glowing references. She lived up to all the praise!! It’s so nice to have someone like that to trust your fur babies and your home with when you leave town. I’m so grateful to Stacey and Sharon…they took care of me and my babies when I was in need!

I absolutely love this place and the staff. We take our Finley there twice a week for daycare to socialize him (puppy). He runs into the building and into the arms of staff members like he belongs there. They are great with communication and always give him love and affection. He comes home so happy and tired. I know that a tired dog is a happy dog. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

My dog stayed over night while we were on vacation. The staff was so sweet to her. They were in contact daily with info and pictures. They were easy to contact when I had questions. Highly recommend!!!! We already booked our next stay.

I took my Beagle Alfie for his first day and was mighty impressed! So many reasons to love Central Bark Matthews: the staff are not only friendly but so organized and efficient. All the dogs I saw being dropped off were very excited to be there. I like the fact that they require attendance of at least one day per week; this way the dogs get more comfortable with the routine/ staff etc.I had booked an early morning tour and must say that the indoor and outdoor play yards were very spacious and spotlessly clean. Spacious crates are provided for nap times. When it's time to go home, your pup is given a report card detailing what they did, friends they made and their comfort level with interaction with handlers, other dogs, how they settled in the crate etc., along with a cute "First Day" pic! I'm so happy I found this place and have already booked another day for Alfie!

Our 4 month old puppy went for his first visit. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt welcomed . Everyone was nice and Ozzy had a great day. He was so exhausted from his day he slept hard. So glad we have found a place for Ozzy to go and have fun. I highly recommend Central Bark

My frenchie loves this place and the handlers! They are so kind and the place is ultra clean and smells great. I’ve tried some other places and Meek always came home smelling bad or he didn’t want to return. He knows and loves central Bark and leaps into my lap as soon as we pull up so he can run in and have fun with his friends! He actually prefers staying here for boarding rather than going with us on vacation… A testament to their love and care for him.

I absolutely loved getting my Australian shepherd groomed here! The groomer was wonderful at making sure my dog was comfortable with her. She knew how the breed can be anxious and how to go about creating a comfortable grooming experience for her. My pup is now very soft and definitely lightened her undercoat.

Literally if I could leave 0 stars I would. This place is a money grab facility who doesn’t care about the animals or their clients. I picked up my dog after a 4 days stay, we were forced to board him here because our normal facility was booked. We picked him up after 4 days to a $FIVE HUNDRED dollar bill. They took it upon themselves to charge us $105 for a bath, $30 to brush our dogs hair and $50 to de-shed him. All without our knowledge. To top it off, we picked him up to find out he wasn’t fed. We packed 2 extra bags of food in case and he came back with 6 extra. Meaning there were 4 times in his 4 day stay he wasn’t fed. To say I am living is an understatement. I called the facility and said they were not at liberty to issue any refunds or take accountability for any of the services provided, that I would have to take that up with their franchise owners.

Our newly adopted, and very active, fur baby went in for her first day at daycare and came home completely exhausted. It’s fair to say she had a good time! We will be back on the regular!

This place is Pawsome! (Sorry, couldn't help it). Here's the scoop. We've been taking our Bernedoodle to this place for over a year and it's honestly been such a fantastic experience. They're not just a pet boarding facility - it's more like a second home for our dog. The staff here, well, they're just wonderful. Always welcoming, caring, and ready to go that extra mile. And Chris, he's in a league of his own. Hands down, one of the most delightful people you could ever meet. They've also got this great little feature where they send daily pictures of your pet. It's like getting a daily postcard from our dog - absolutely brightens our day. In terms of pet boarding and play, we haven't found better (both here and in Brooklyn where we used to live). We've recommended them to our friends time and again, and we'd do it again without a second thought. So, if you're looking for a place that will love and care for your pet just as much as you do, then this is your spot. Really, they're more than just a pet service. They've created a loving community for our pets. I can't stress enough just how top-notch this place is!

I've used Happy Hounds twice a week for the last several months and had my Boomer stay with Holly for a week. I'd give them 10 stars if I could! Very dependable & very loving! Never worry about a no-show or that my baby wouldn't be well cared for plus Boomer loves them! Highly recommend!!

I just moved to the Charlotte area and had to go out of town for a wedding. I contacted Happy Hounds regarding a meet and greet. From the first message, Holly was amazing. She was very prompt in responding and took the time to meet with us to see if home-style boarding would work. The online portal made it very easy to schedule, communicate and pay for the services. When I picked up my dog, he was very happy and I could tell he had the best time :) Huge peace of mind knowing that my dog is in great hands! All around a wonderful, stress-free experience. Happy Hounds is the best boarding option for me in the Charlotte area! I have been in-home boarding with Holly for several years. I could not recommend Happy Hounds highly enough. Your dogs are treated like family, and the communication is wonderful; I always am reassured and reminded that my senior dog is having fun and being an angel. I will be using them for dog walks in the future, too!

We had a wonderful experience with this service! We left our dog with Holly during a week-long trip out of town. He normally has some anxiety issues so boarding him was not an option for us. For the same price we were able to leave him with a passionate, caring dog lover in a home-like environment who treated him like family. We got lots of reassuring photos and updates while we were gone and Brownie was very happy! We will definitely use Happy Hounds again and again!

Absolutely love this service! We got an 8 week old puppy which we were completely unprepared for in regards to potty training and needing multiple walks per day. Needless to say when Monday morning came around I panicked. Holly was so accommodating on such short notice. She came over to meet my baby free of charge and was able to give me multiple options for us to choose from in order to best meet our needs. Our little one requires 2 and sometimes 3 walks per day, our schedule may very week to week and this has been no problem at all for a very reasonable price. Our puppy is always calm (as a puppy can be) and happy when we get home. Holly pays such great attention to our baby and has been great in reinforcing all of her training needs. I get wonderful text messages and pictures that help reassure me that she is doing well and she always looks so excited to be out with Holly. Happy Hounds is a caring attentive service for your pets needs and is extremely reliable and affordable .

Happy Hounds is the BEST. Holly cares for my dog 4 times a week while I am at work. This has been so helpful for me because not only does Holly walk her and let her out, she is also super flexible and caring. She can give my dog treats and chew toys that I only want her to have for half the day, leave her in or out of her crate, etc. Holly sends me a status update and picture every day, which I love getting! She's also really been there for us in a pinch when I unexpectedly need a last-minute walk and has even cleaned up puppy accidents a couple of times... My dog also home boarded with Holly over a long weekend. She was so well-cared for and it was so easy for me because Holly picked her up and dropped her off for me. The prices are also the cheapest I have seen in Charlotte. I didn't think I would be able to afford a dog walker but Happy Hounds has been tremendously valuable to me (and cheap)!

I've used a few different pet-sitting services over the years and Happy Hounds is by far the best! Holly is amazing. Not only does she take excellent care of my dog, but she's respectful of my home as well. She brings in the mail and trash bins; knows how to work my alarm system; will turn lights on and off and will even spend the night when I have to go out of town for work. She is responsive to new sitting requests and always sends an update (and picture!) via text when she's at my house. Best of all, she loves what she does and it shows! Her human clients and her pet clients love her equally as well!

Happy Hounds is the best! Holly and Mike alleviate our worries when we are out of town. Our sweet girl is 15 years old and has special senior needs. They understand and take extra care to make sure she is happy, comfortable and taken care of. Love the pictures we get with the status texts!

I had boarded my boxer at PP Matthews for a few years and they were excellent. After she passed away, and some years passed, I started boarding my now 2 year old dog there, recently for a whole week. They are just as good now as they were then. They give your dog some time to get acclimated to the place with some one on one time which is great. I was able to watch her play on the cameras. She had a blast! Everyone there is very nice and caring. They put you at ease and assure you that your dog is in good hands. This is my place of choice for boarding then and still is now!

Our dog is always with us, as we work primarily remotely, so seeing her excited and eagerly go the techs when we rarely drop her off speaks volumes to how well she is treated. Upon picking her up, she is always well groomed, happy, and we are given a full briefing on how she behaved, what was done, highlights of her stay, and a full breakdown of the invoice. Awesome experience every time!

Love Pet Paradise Matthews! Our dog, Ginny, is particular on the types of dogs she will play with. The staff is so great at placing her in small groups with compatible personalities. I never worry about boarding her here like I did with other places, which is a huge relief.

My pups adore Jessica the groomer and she loves them, too. Always treats them like they were her own.

I’m giving 2 stars due to the past experiences being much better than my most recent! I have used Pet Paradise 4-5 times now since discovering them to let my dog go to “ doggy day camp “ which is what I pay for. The $40.00 day care option. The first two times he has come back and had a super upset stomach but seemed beyond happy and they told me he was so good and sweet etc. so we over looked that and continued to go. The last 2 times, I’m less than satisfied, on a Saturday the groomer was in lobby and put me on the spot to get him bathed adding more to the bill. And the most recent time I paid for a day of play, and they changed it to INDIVIDUAL without telling me and charging me more. No email no nothing. I’ve tried to contact and nothing. Now I’m questioning if every time l have paid for my dog to be in a crate alone, I’ve never seen him on the cameras either but I just tried to chalk that up to timing, now I am thinking otherwise. We planned to continue being customers but I’m unsure now, time to look into other alternatives now

This is my first time boarding my dog. Sarah has been so helpful and reassuring through this whole process. She really helped ease my mind. Every one there is so nice and knowledgeable.

Staff members are wonderful! They love my baby as much as I do and after 5 years of day camp, m-f, for 48 weeks out of the year, my pup is still excited to go inside every morning !

My dog went to Pet Paradise Lake Norman for years and loved it. We now live in Mint Hill so I've tried the one in Matthews. This place is a nasty dump! I have YET to see him on the Webcam inside or outside. He's not even tired when he gets home. I'm guessing they are crated all day since he's so full of energy when I pick him up. The place smells absolutely PUTRID! I, literally, gagged today while picking him up. I asked about play time and the girl said they played hard today. I know that's not true because we stopped by the dog park and he played for a solid hour nonstop. I know my dog! We aren't going back!

This was our first experience using a boarder (other than a 2-wk "training" camp). We loved being able to see how playful and loving the staff was with our Willow and how well Willow interacted with the other furbabies. The videos are so awesome because they allow for real -time views when we were missing our furbaby on vacation. We also looked forward to the pictures and report cards! Every encounter with any staff member was like talking to a friend who kept your furbaby instead of being "institutionalized" for lack of a better word. And affordability? That was SO VALUABLE to us. It's nice to know there is a safe, fun, place to go that allows the family to still be able to have money for other things, rather than costing half the amount of the entire vacation. Willow will be going back for visits!

We recently boarded our dogs at Pet Paradise Matthew’s and had a very disappointing experience. The management was terrible and clearly needs a lot more training to effectively deal with customers. Communication was poor, and they seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. It's evident that the local and district management are not equipped to run this facility properly. I highly recommend using local boarding facilities instead of this national chain, as they are typically better managed and more attentive to both pets and their owners. I won't be returning to Pet Paradise.

For Pet Sake is amazing! They are so kind, always reliable, professional and, most importantly, my dogs LOVE them! They send a great report after each visit that includes a picture. They are the only pet sitting service that I trust to take care of my pups!

For Pet Sake has been taking great care of my dogs whenever I am away - have been relying on them for over 10 years. One of my dogs is diabetic and the sitters are very experienced with giving insulin shots so it is great peace of mind. Love that they text me to give updates and also text to make sure that I made it home from each trip. It is great to be able to leave the dogs in the house and know that they are in great hands!

Holly has been taking care of my pets when I go on vacation for about 8 years. We have dogs, cats, rodents and reptiles and she is fantastic with all of them. She medicates both of my cats, and keeps them separate to feed, as they are both on special diets. She is not fearful of our 7 rescue rats, nor our large iguana. She shows love and compassion to all of our brood. She is diligent with their care and she texts me pictures of them while we are on vacation, which always puts my mind at ease. Holly goes above and beyond when it comes to caring for of our pets and we love and appreciate her.

Holly,was exceptionally great with our cats.we've used her services the past 2 years follows instructions all the time.we were very happy with her.when you get her husband mark that all comes to an end fast.he doesn't know how to follow any instructions will text you repeatedly asking for feed instructions recently he went through a week's worth of food in 4 days of twice a day feedings.we use pine pellets as their litter he cleaned their boxed everyday threw out good pellets too went through more than a half of 40 pound bag of pellets.if you get Holly you can count on a great service if you get mark you won't.we decided not to use them anymore.to be clear we terminated their pet sitting services not the other way around.everything we've stated actually occurred with mark.it was all seen on our home security cameras system Thanks-Chuck B

Holly has been a really wonderful cat sitter for my cat Wolfie over the past two years. She has been responsive, reliable, caring and knowledgeable. She would always send me photo and text updates after every visit so I felt confident my fur baby was in good hands when I had to take trips away for a few days. She also advised me on local veterinary practices, a medical issue, and wrangling my unwilling cat into the carrier! Very highly recommended.

We trusted Midwood Pet Sitting with the care of our two cats over the Christmas holiday. Rebecca and her team were phenomenal from the moment of first contact. She took the time to learn our house and the unique personalities of both our kitties several weeks before our reservation began. While they were sitting we got detailed daily updates, adorable photos, and even some celebratory videos when our shy cat finally emerged and began to play. Rebecca has been taking care of our 3 fur pups for 4 years now! They range in age from 2 to 15 and she knows just what each one needs. We trust her to stay over with them when we are out of town and she has become part of our family! Amazing!! Rebecca and her husband do such a wonderful job caring for my 55lb lab mix. They fill his water, give him approved treats, take him on nice long walks, play with him, plus attention and love all for a minimum charge. It was such a relief to know my fur baby was in good hands and getting extra love during the long work days. They were flexible when I needed days switched and even accommodated my request for time of day which made all the difference. They offer additional services like mail pick-up or snagging packages to put them inside, watering plants, etc. to ensure you are happy and satisfied with service. It’s difficult leaving your fur babies. It’s even more difficult finding someone you trust to take care of them in your home. From day one 4 years ago love and kisses has been great !! Shonda has taken great care of my baby. The bonus is they will even get your mail, water the plants if you need. I wouldn’t trust anyone other company with taking care of my baby. I don’t have to worry too much when we are away.

Cat Methaney is our love and kisses pet sitter who has been a part of our family for over a year now. She is more than a responsible pet caregiver. She is caring and loving, whether it's a boisterous young dog, or one in her final days. She is also concerned with the household and is considerate to everyone's needs. I mean, our pet is part of our family, correct?

Prompt, courteous, professional and love pets. Shonda took amazing care of our 2 dogs, 2 rabbits and many chickens and ducks. She was prompt every day and sent detailed reports of our happy babies. We don't go away often but will use Love and Kisses again and will highly recommend to anyone who asks. One area of improvement and it's small is the website. It's a little intricate and tricky to get set up.

I have been using Love and Kisses to do nail trims on my dogs for several weeks now and I am absolutely thrilled with Shelly. Her communication and flexibility with me is incredible, and she is so genuinely excited to see my dogs. One has had some trouble with nail trims before and we muzzle him for safety, she is so patient with him and has helped to make his nail trims less stressful. The cost is so reasonable, and I would likely pay more at a grooming salon which would be much more stressful for my anxious pup. Thank you Shelly for taking such great care of Jake and Elle!

Absolutely hands down the best team of pet professionals I will always rely on for pet sitting needs. I cannot recommend this group enough. All interactions have been extremely positive and my pets always look beyond thrilled to have them there. Always going above and beyond with professionalism and superb customer service. I usually fly out family to sit our pets while away, and this group supersedes that! Cannot recommend enough.

I boarded my dog Koda here over the weekend and she had a blast!!!! She made lots of friends and seeing her so happy in the pictures made me feel loads better knowing she wasn’t sad and alone. They even gave her an exit bath when I picked her up which was such a nice surprise!!! She smelled great and it was nice to not have to do it after a long day of traveling. They are also super fair in pricing and we will 100% be back for any boarding, day care, training or grooming needs!

I have 2 dogs and 2 cats. I have used Ashley and Abbie regularly for walking my dogs as well as check in on my kitties. They are wonderful to work with. Very dependable- they have never missed an appointment. I know they have a busy schedule but will do their best to fit you in for a last minute visit. Recently, I was home recovering from surgery and I got a chance to observe my pets when they Abbie or Ashley arrive to take them for a walk…. My dogs get so excited to see them. You can tell that they genuinely care about animals. Also, they take the best photos of my fur babies!!

This place WAS great and has been fantastic! I was going there for almost two years now. It's 45 min for me and has been well worth it! Both my dogs have come a long way and can't wait to see how much further they progress. 😊 However, the owner has abandoned this to move onto something else and it is under new management that has been a dissapoinment and changed what they have said so I will no longer be back there and will find something else. Therefore, I no longer suggest this facility.

Dog School Charlotte provides excellent training for pup and human! We are very pleased with our progress. We were having significant problems with our rescue. Dog School Charlotte folks are professional, courteous, extremely responsive and always on time! We are looking forward to continuing our advanced obedience & group training with them! If we could give 0 stars, we would! A friend hired this "pet sitter" and after some bad gut feelings got a camera to find that that he left a 17 year old blind, liver/heart and KIDNEY compromised dog in an apartment for 15 hours without being able to potty. It takes her 5 minutes, if that!! If you love your fur babies, choose another company!

Wags N’ Kisses took the best care of our cat. John visited in advance to meet him and get all the details of his care. I felt totally comfortable and confident that our cat received friendly, competent and compassionate visits during our absence. Their professional online site is easy to use and makes communication simple. I will definitely use Wags N’ Kisses again.

John and Anna are amazing with our pups. We have a 12 year old and and 2 year old and they were so accommodating to both dogs needs while we were away in Florida visiting 4x daily. They send pics every visit. Our 12 yo even had an upset stomach and they didn’t let anything go unnoticed. Even did laundry to help clean up! We Highly recommend their services and will definitely be using again for our family vacations.

I absolutely love this business and the humans who work it. When I have to be out of town, I trust them to care for my dogs. They always update me with photos showing how much fun my dogs are having while I’m gone. It’s hard to trust people to be in your home while you’re gone, but I’ve never been disappointed in Wags N’ Kisses.

We were very happy to find John & Anna of Wags & Kisses. We appreciated the details they collected on the initial forms as well as the in-person consultation to get to know us, our pups, & our home. We have one pup who needs a little extra time to adjust & some patience; Anna was great with her & helped us to feel comfortable while we were out of town. The updates Anna sent to us while we were gone were greatly appreciated. Anna also left a note recapping the visits & even checked in with us when she knew one of our pups was ill the following week. Both Anna and John expressed a desire to assist us in the future & we are grateful because we will most definitely use their services again very soon.

Anna and John are fantastic! I have a 2 year old Bichon and he loves staying with them. He's right at home. I love the doggy door and back yard. He gets regular exercise and plenty of playtime. I've used their service many times and never worry. John send pictures and text during he's stay. If your looking for a fantastic dog sitter I highly recommend them.

John & Anna have been amazing!! When we got our puppy, they would come during the day to give her potty breaks while she was potty training (over a year ago). They went above and beyond to take care of our sweet pup and we appreciate it so much! We haven't needed the day sitting in a long time but use W&K on occasion a few times per year when needed. They always send great pictures of your pet while you are away. Your pets are in excellent hands with W&K.

Amazing!! I cannot recommend Anna and John enough!! I would give them 10 stars if I could! We have used them twice now for our weekend trips to Maryland! They truly care about the animals they are caring for! One of our bulldogs doesn't do well in thunderstorms and she recommends all natural gel for her to take! I never would had known about that product if it weren't for her. They also started the girls sheets in the wash and were in the dryer waiting for us when we got home so they wouldn't run out of clean bedding!! Oh and I'm pretty sure they swept the house since both girls shed white hair and there was hardly any on the floors! I know if we ever have to go out of town they will love on our girls and take wonderful care of them as well as our home! They both provide pictures every time they come over which is awesome to see pictures of our girls! Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of our girls!! You are the only ones I will ever trust to watch them and our home while we are gone!!
