Lauren is an incredible sitter. Her communication and organisation was excellent and she made us feel extremely relaxed the minute she arrived to care for Lilah. Lilah loved her time with Lauren and was a very happy and content soul on our return. Lauren kept us updated on a daily basis with lovely photos and information of what they had done on a walk - utterly charming and such a strong example of how evidently loved and well cared for that Lilah was. This was our first time using zeewoi, and Gaby made us feel reassured about leaving our 2 dogs behind to travel. She spent most of her time with them and sent pictures every day. It is clear Gaby loves animals deeply, so we were very happy to know our dogs were not just being looked after, but loved on in our absence. She took the time to get to know their individual personalities and quirks and give the specific type of care and attention needed for each pup. One of our dogs can be shy and insecure and very attached to me, but Gaby earned her trust in a matter of hours. I had a last minute trip come up, and was relieved Valerie was able to take care of my kitties in a pinch. I liked her immediately upon meeting her, and felt her great energy would be a perfect match for my shy kitties. As far as I could tell, Valerie took good care of the kitties while I was away. The communication was just okay. She eventually replied to my messages about this and that, but didn't really initiate or share little updates or photos of the kitties and how it was going unless I reached out first. When I came home, I discovered that an item of mine was missing and asked her if she had seen it anywhere, thinking I must have misplaced it before I left. She acknowledged she had taken it, but didn't actually apologize, incredibly, and then it was a real struggle to try to get it back or at least have her send a replacement. After much persistence and pursuit on my part and quite the runaround on her part, she eventually replaced it, but I was a bit taken aback by her blasé attitude about taking it in the first place and then casual avoidance to resolving the situation. All very surprising, and an unfortunate disheartening footnote to the petsit. All that being said, she left my house very clean and tidy, and the kitties seemed very calm and content when I returned.

His flea collar and frontline treatment was not working. After communicating with us, Karen took the initiative to take Zorro to the vet for treatment. When we got home Zorro was happy and flea free.

Denise was by far the best pet sitter we have ever had! She watched our two pups while we were gone for 3 weeks and took amazing care of our dogs and home. She took the time to ask questions and make sure she understood each dog’s needs as well as how to take the best care of our house before we left. She sent videos everyday updating us on how the pups were doing. We were so happy to see how much quality time she was spending with them and how much they loved her. Our dogs were so sad to see her leave and we can’t wait to have her back. Denise made sure that the house was in perfect condition when she left and treated our home as if it were her own. Such a great family! George, Larissa and their crew were a fantastic bunch. Our large senior dog got an eye infection right before we left for our trip and so we had to ask them to do some extra eye care. When it was clear that it wasn’t getting better they were willing to load up Lorax and take him to a vet appointment and then apply the prescribed ointment for the next week and a half. Definitely above and beyond care that we really appreciated! Our house was left in great shape, our pets were super well cared for, and George and Larissa were great communicators. We have had many many sitters over the past 3 years but this was the first family. Nothing to worry about, they were terrific and we would happily have them back again. Thanks for taking such good care of our fury family and our home!

Joanna and David were wonderful sitters for our dog Broderick and our apartment. Before starting to sit for us they took time to come and meet Broderick which we were very appreciative of. During their time sitting for Broderick we got great updates every day and wonderful photos of our pup, and they were very responsive whenever needed. When we got back home we found a happy puppy, healthy plants, and a spotlessly clean apartment - they had even taken the time to wash sheets and towels and left us a kind thank you note. Care and compassion for my dogs was at the top of the list of John's attributes. He was the first sitter I have used through zeewoi that was close enough to come meet the dogs before the sit. John not only came for an initial meet and greet, but he made time to meet the pups a second time prior to my departure to better familiarize himself with both the dogs and my home. Having put the fear of God in him about Penny's reactivity (I might have been a bit over the top, but better more attentive than less!), he was cautious with her in the beginning. Later in the sit, they trooped off to the beach on multiple occasions - all good! My 10-yr-old was on some meds for a serious battle with arthritis, and John managed Cooper's needs beautifully. John even made a call and a trip to the vet to re-up Coop's prescription when it was clear he needed to continue the protocol. I received daily updates by text, including photos and video; communication is hugely important to me. I feel blessed to have had John care for my fur-babies.

Romina and Ignas took amazing care of our two dogs and home while we were away! One of our dogs, Beau, is extremely high energy and it takes a special person so make sure he gets enough mental and physical stimulation each day. Romina kept us in the loop of his trips to parks and outdoor excursions. She was very thoughtful and responsive during our time away. Additionally, our home was in pristine shape when we returned from our trip. The rooms were clean and tidy and Romina left us such a thoughtful note. First things first, Linda is awesome! If she applies for one of your sits, you have to accept! This was our first time using zeewoi and is also the first time we have left our dog since we got him. Obviously, we were nervous at the beginning, but Linda removed all aspects of that. She is honestly one of the nicest, kindest, most polite people you will meet. From our first initial meeting, we knew that she was the sitter for us, and for Archie. The day that we left, Archie let out a little cry as we said goodbye. This was the first time he had done this (it broke our heart), but we knew he was in great hands! Throughout the week, Linda was extremely communicative. She would send us daily updates, share videos of their walks together, and send pictures of the two of them having fun. She spoiled Archie with love, attention, and a couple of new toys! When we returned, the house was in the exact same condition as we had left it, and was very clean and tidy. When Linda left, Archie ran to the door, started to cry, and sat/laid there for some time - And we think that this alone is a great reflection of the kind of person that Linda is. Linda – It was an absolute pleasure to host you in our home, thank you for everything that you did for us and Archie, and for making our first experience a positive and memorable one. Lisa was a terrific sitter for our sweet Rosie. She arrived the evening before the sit, and we immediately could tell how much love and attention Rosie was to get. She provided updates and pictures which we were delighted to read, and we could tell Rosie was happy and well-cared for with Lisa on their walks and fetching sessions, on their car rides, and during Rosie’s many daily naps. Lisa left the house in great condition, she’s very tidy and clean. Lisa’s experience with dogs and her friendly, sweet personality makes her an excellent sitter taking good care of animals while also being easy to communicate with. The two-leggeds and four-legged members of this household give Tess a 5-star rating! We think she's one of the best sitters you will find - highly communicative, friendly, competent, reliable, and great with pets. Tess was also flexible about start and end dates to accomodate possible winter weather complications. For this sit, Tess was able to bring along her mom, Cathy. Tess introduced me to Cathy during one of our Skype conversations prior to the sit. It was a bonus to have her here with Tess. Their travel to Marquette was complicated by weather. A fierce winter storm swept across Michigan just before the sit. It took Tess and Cathy two days to drive here but they arrived, as promised, in time for us to fly out early the next morning. We even had time for a lovely dinner together and to introduce them to the dogs and house. We left the next day and never had a moment's worry while Tess and Cathy were caring for our pets and home. Tess sent us regular updates and photos. The dogs immediately accepted them as great new additions to their pack of friends - even our cranky, old chihuahua, Nike! We returned to happy pets and a spotlessly clean home. We plan to invite Tess (and Cathy if available) to return for future sits. Thank you, Tess and Cathy!

Christina handled Bridie's first-ever time without us perfectly. We returned after 5 days to a happy, well-cared for and well-exercised pup --- and an emaculate house. Christina knows dogs and helped us with a few Bridie issues. We got photos and some updates while away. She was flexible and very sensitive to all of our needs. Tiger is amazing. We found our sweet pup off the street and he is very shy and has a tendency to run away when we leave him with other people. I have relied on tiger for all of my dog boarding needs and the occasional dog adventures for the last two years. Tiger is very reliable and really great with the dogs. I love that my dog gets social time with other dogs, a ton of exercise and always comes home happy and tired. Tiger is easy to schedule with, and provides pick up and drop off, making her service people friendly too.
There is no more wonderful image than Tiger's van full of happy dogs pulling up to your house. I cannot say enough good things about Tiger. I know my Rhoda is in the best possible hands from the moment she jumps into the adventure van, until the time she returns home exhausted, happy and calm. I have been using Pet Care by Tiger for 5 years for everything from dog boarding to dog walking to dog hiking. My job is very demanding and requires very long hours. Many times I wouldn’t have known what to do without the love and kindness of Tiger and her attention to my baby girl Rhoda. Rhoda’s favorite is dog hiking when she gets to be a dog, run off leash and socializing with other dogs on the trails and dog beaches. Rhoda is beyond content, and I get to love her guilt free knowing she’s had an amazing time with Tiger.

Tiger was a lifesaver when it came to taking care of our home and two cats. While on vacation we used to go with the huge, nationally known, home/pet care company to take care of things, but a couple of slip-ups gave us pause and made us look elsewhere this time around. Pet Care by Tiger have all the bases covered. They made sure the food and water bowls stayed full, cleaned the litter box, checked the mail, and made sure the home was secure while we were gone. We have a smart home, so I was consistently checking remotely to make sure everything was ok the first couple of days while out of town, but after seeing the thoroughness of Tiger, I quit checking after seeing that she had things under control. I can’t even begin to describe how wonderful Anna Marie is with our pup, Lucy. She’s extremely knowledgeable about how to care for dogs, flexible with my timings, and just an overall pleasure to talk to. We recently picked Lucy up from a 16-day stay, and not once over that period was I worried about how she was doing. Anna Marie went above and beyond - she sent frequent photos and videos, brushed her out daily, worked on commands, and even took it into her own hands to figure out what food Lucy needed when she was being a picky eater. I am an EXTREMELY over protective Dog Mom to my 5 yo French Bull Dog Brodie. I have been searching for a dog sitter and trainer for him as long as I can remember, but I’ve never been satisfied leaving my fur baby until I found Happy Heart Pet Care. I will say I love to spoil my boy and only the best will do, however, this also meant he got away with a lot more behavioral wise then he should. So I needed to find someone knowledgeable that I could trust with my boy… I haven’t been able to find someone reliable that not only had the experience to help train Brodie, but that I felt comfortable trusting to care for him. Anna Marie checks all the boxes. She not only has helped with Brodie’s training, but I trust her to care for him as if he was her own. She is truly our dog nanny! Brodie loves Anna Marie and he has become such a better behaved boy since he was introduced to her training and care. Having a person who not only will train your dog, but love them the way you would is priceless. He respects her and she has a great relationship with my boy teaching him with obedience training and socialization. All the dogs she cares for are very well behaved so he has her pack to learn from as well. She also is a great resource for a number of suggestions and advice with regard to your pets health and well being. She is always the first person I call or text to ask any questions with regard to his health or needs, which is invaluable. She is one of the most kind and understanding people I’ve met in LA and I have no doubt I would ever find someone who cares or loves Brodie more as a trainer or dog nanny than her. Needless to say I highly recommend Happy Heart Pet Care. Your life will be easier with your dog if you use her, trust me!
So grateful to have found Happy Heart Pet Care--they are the best! I have an adopted pound dog who is super skittish (and bark-y) with new people and for the past 4+ years, has not been comfortable with other dogs. She LOVES Anna-Marie and Matthew and, after just three visits, she is already changing in wonderful ways--less skittish with new people and excited to play with other dogs, which I never thought possible. Anna-Marie is incredibly kind and accommodating, thoughtful about introducing new dogs to their environment, and thoughtful of skittish human owners, sending them photos of their happy dogs. I contacted them because of the consistently amazing Yelp reviews (a rare thing), without realizing they're on the west side of LA. My dog and I are way on the east side, but still travel there because knowing my pup is safe and happy with people she loves and who genuinely care is worth everything.
Matthew and Anna Marie are both so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about dogs. Their love for our 9week old Darcy is so heartwarming! I certainly had my concern leaving a young puppy with other people for a week, but Matthew and Anna Marie stayed very communicative. They also helped me on getting to know/adjust for a puppy. I could see Darcy was so well cared for through photos/detailed text updates. Truly appreciate their existence 💙
Anna-Marie took care of my 1 year old shih tzu puppy, Tater Tot, for almost 3 weeks while we were away. She was wonderful as she was very flexible with drop off/pick up times, and gave Tater Tot lots of love but also trained him! Tater is much more calm and well behaved now! He was brushed everyday, made many new dog friends, and enjoyed his walks. Anna-Marie updated us with cute photos and videos of him and we can’t wait to have him back with her again!
Where do I start? So thankful for Matt and Anna Maria. Matt has been a life saver with behavior modification with my sweet girl Cocoa. Cocoa is a hyper-vigilant rescue pit, with a few social challenges. Matt not only was able to with patience and professionalism, earn her trust, and help with her behaviors, he was also able to teach me, ways to manage when she and I are in the wild. He is very hands on, and teaches key fundamentals when handling a dog, and working with the world around them. I literally on multiple occasions have been able to handle situations without panic and stress due to Matt’s training. Cocoa also has been managing her stress better as well. You are equipped with the knowledge literally after just one session, the most rewarding thing is seeing the transformation in Cocoa. She has come such a long way. Happy Heart Pet Care has been a blessing. I highly recommend. 10 out of 10!
I highly recommend this company not just as a dog trainer but for all your pet care needs. They do training, dog sitting, walking, and even cat sitting. They are highly experienced and had my aggressive rescue dog showing improvement after just a few sessions! I’ve also used their services when traveling. We found Anna Marie on Yelp and trusted the good reviews she had- it was the first time we left our puppy with someone she didn't know and in another city. We loved Anna the first moment we met her, she was super kind, and you could tell she had a lot of knowledge and experience with dogs. Julia is the best cat sitter we have ever had. Our cats loved her and I could tell how much she loved them and cared for them as if they were her own babies. They require special care including medication and being separated while we are away and everything was handled with such ease. From communication to following instructions and leaving our place so clean, the entire experience was amazing. We had a great experience with LA pet sitting! Our pet sitter was Emily and she took great care of our two cats while we were out of town for the week. She sent us updates after each visit and it was great to know she was there keeping them company while we were gone. Communication and coordination was also super easy. We had a wonderful experience with LA Pet Sitting. It was the first time we had ever left our cat for more than a night, so we were a bit nervous about the trip we were taking. Luckily for us everyone at LPS were so professional and understanding. They took care of our cat perfectly, and gave us daily updates with pictures, so that we could always know our little guy was safe and sound in their hands. My husband and I are quote OCD about our pet care. We basically left a booklet with detailed instructions to care for our four fur babies. These instructions were emailed to our sitter directly so she can review and ask questions before our time away. We couldn't be happier with the services Julianne provided for our pets. I was truly happy with her services and my four cats seemed happy too! I loved seeing pictures of my cats looking so happy and playful. Two of my fur babies have high anxiety and one is mildly feral, but she gave them their own space and allowed them to warm up to her on their own terms. Our oldest cat, 18, has separation anxiety and doesn't like being alone, so I really appreciated the extra attention and care she gave to him. He is also on a prescription diet but loves to sneak up on my other cats' food bowl. She was very vigilent and assured he stuck to his own bowl to prevent advancement with his kidney disease. I engaged LA Pet Sitting shortly after to moving to LA with my 3 cats and my dog. My work had unexpected travel and I was able to communicate via the web portal and get an intake visit pretty quickly. I was impressed with their system and the thoroughness of their information collection. An in person visit to meet the pets and go over feeding and medications was very well done. Alexia was attentive and great giving meds and following specialized feeding instructions. One of my cats has a bowel disease and caring for her is not easy. The updates were reassuring while I was away and in my opinion this could not have gone better. I would absolutely recommend them.
Wonderful! I've used them a bunch of times. Totally flexible and highly communicative. They send the cutest pictures of our fur babes so we are comfortable while we are out and about.
Sinead was great! She cleaned up a couple of messes the kitties made, brought in packages, and wrote thorough reports on how each cat was doing every day. It gave us peace of mind while we traveled over the holidays. Getting to meet her a couple days in advance and show her around was nice too. Would definitely recommend LA Pet Sitting and Sinead!
I have been using LA Pet Sitting for years to take care of my three cats. All of the sitters I have used have been wonderful - reliable, personable, and caring towards my pets. They take time to sit with my cats and play with them, as well as to write detailed notes on their activities. I know my cats appreciate the extra attention, and I am relieved to be able to go on vacation and not worry about their welfare. I will continue to use LAPS, and I highly recommend their company to other pet owners, as their prices are reasonable and their staff is professional and dependable.

We are Siamese if you please, we are Siamese if you don’t please. I have the cutest sisters in the world, Kabuki & TinkerBelle, they are particularly Siamese. Boy do they talk. Let me interpret what they are saying for you. “We hate when you leave us alone, however if you MUST, then please have that nice Lady from Fetch, Leslie come visit us, at least. She pets us, she feeds us and gives us treats, and keeps our box clean. We know Tammy at the Fetch office keeps you up to date and scheduled but it’s Leslie who sends you pictures to melt you heart and make you come home sooner. We don’t want to have to leave you reminders, or wake you up to tell you again, just listen: call Fetch, and come home sooner……” I have to agree with them.
I called to book a pet taxi for my dog and myself and spoke with Tom, who was patient, knowledgeable, kind, and very responsive. He referred me to a great guy's pet taxi service, who was also quite responsive, and he agreed to help me with my beloved pet who had a seizure early this month and needs a check up. We have used Fetch- San Gabriel Valley for multiple trips over the past year. They have given two of our cats medication as well as providing excellent kitty over all care. Tom and Daniel are great. They even checked our 6 foster kittens and mom for a day while we went Disneyland. Highly recommend.
Tom and his Fetch team are wonderful. Daniel is an excellent caretaker. My cats are well cared-for by him and they are happy to see him. :). I have been using Fetch for about two or three years and have had a 100% perfect experience. I recommend Fetch highly.
Tom is the nicest and easy going owner but also very responsible and professional. MarieClaire who walks our dogs is a very competent and diligent walker. Our dogs get excited each time she comes to pick them up and go off happily. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!
Fetch Pet Care and in particular Marieclaire has taken wonderful care of my two cats while I've been away several times now. They are easy to work with, take great care of my animals, provide daily pictures and updates and all at good prices.
I recommend Fetch for your pet sitting needs. I've been using them for over 5 years and every sitter we've had has been responsive and caring. They will come and feed and sit with your pets. They also do a few other minor housekeeping actions like getting your mail. Highly recommended.

I worked with Jessica and she was outstanding! I was very nervous leaving my cat with her so we we arranged a meeting beforehand and within 10 minutes my cat was all over her. Even when I had my flight delayed by nearly a week (thanks Southwest), I texted Jessica and asked for extra days and she was more than willing. I’m absolutely going to use her again.
We had Natalie watch our kitty for 11 days. It was the first time our cat left home. Natalie was wonderful. She was very responsive and texted us each day with updates, photos, and sometimes videos. She even offered to FaceTime so my son could see his kitty. We picked up our cat and we knew she took good care of him. I would highly recommend Natalie. She takes care of lots of pets of all kinds, too.

If Michelin stars were given to Doggie Daycares, this place would have 3! They are a family-run business with a huge backyard, they offer pickup and drop off, and they take special care of my dog-selective dog. Paola and Daniela have become crucial in my day-to-day routine as a working dog mom, and are an immeasurable part of Hudson’s overall health. It is a huge weight off my shoulders to know that she is being lovingly cared for when I’m at work: fed, pottied, and exercised. Plus, they have the resources and space to keep her safely separated from any potential negative encounters, which is a rarity in LA. As a traveling dog owner who has experienced daycares all over the country, I can honestly say they are the best of the best. And who doesn’t love cute pics of their pets during the day? Highly recommend!
I cannot say enough about Paola and her crew. Being a first time doggy day car mom and just moving from Virginia, i was on a time crunch with starting work and I was very nervous about leaving Sammi with strangers. Paola made time on her Sunday for a meet and greet which put me very much at ease. She and all of her crew are welcoming! Drop offs and pick ups are a breeze and they are so accommodating to my schedule! They send photos throughout the day and seeing my happy smiling pup playing with her furriends all day makes me an extremely happy dog mama and is such a relief that she is in great caring hands and is not alone! They play outside all day in the yard, not in a warehouse like other places I looked at and Sammi stayed in the house when she boarded for a weekend. Communication is great and I highly appreciate the little reports I get at the end of the day of how she played. I highly recommend!!!
I’ve been taking my husky there for over two years for daycare and boarding. They are THE BEST!! Huge yard and trees for shade, trampoline, and an actual home, so when you’re boarding your pup, they won’t be sleeping in a lonely cold cement box. And they are given so much extra love and affection. There is so much love, attention and care put into the environment and the work they do. Bonus-they also offer local pick-up/drop-off on weekdays. I do not trust my furry best friend with anyone else! They also have that magic ability to take the best pics of my dog where she actually looks at the camera!
We’ve been taking our two dogs to Creature comfort for almost 3 years!!! This place is doggy heaven! The play areas are amazing and both Penny and Henley LOVE chasing each other around the giant trampoline that is built into the floor in the main play area! The staff is so wonderful and really attentive to the special needs of our pups! We’d never send them anywhere else!!! #PenHen
We had such a wonderful experience boarding our 5 year old rescue, Teddy, for the first time at Creature Comfort BnB! Daniela was so wonderful from our first conversation. The yard is large, secure, and clean - check out their Instagram to see how happy the dogs are playing in it! They answered all our questions and sent pictures and updates of Teddy (see a couple of them here) throughout his stay. He is much more into hanging out with humans than dogs, but he made some new dog friends and he was so at home. They provide plenty of one-on-one attention to each dog that you can’t get at a larger facility. And they literally open their home to your dog which lets them have a more comfortable experience - like at night when our little guy hates being alone, he got to cuddle with the other dogs and humans! We have no complaints, and Creature Comfort BnB is top of our list for future daycare and boarding :)
Absolutely the best doggy day care and boarding. It is such a relief to have my dog so well taken care of, whether it’s for a single day, or a two week trip. Daniella and Paola are the best and truly love each and every pup. The dogs have a lovely, secure yard to play in, are always well-supervised, and have indoor rest breaks when boarding to avoid overstimulation. I cannot say enough how grateful I am to have found Creature Comfort!
This is the best place for your pet!!! We call it summer camp for our dog! She is so loved and cared for. We give Creature Comfort 10 STARS!!! The staff feels like family and our pup always comes home with a twinkle in her eye, a smile that is as wide as wide can be and happier than ever. I absolutely love Creature Comfort Bnb. I love it so much that I drive from Culver City to take my dog there. I started taking my mini goldendoodle here in the summer of 2022. I was in bind and needed a dog sitter for a last minute trip. I searched around on Rover, but after hearing some horror stories, I was reluctant to use one for this trip. My dog can be very timid, and feared that she might end up with a sitter on Rover who was in it for the money and didn't really enjoy pets. While at the dentist, one of the technicians mentioned that she knew of a place that she'd found, loved, and trusted. She very generously put in a good word for me and the rest was history. Paola, Daniela, and their family take excellent care of my dog, Violet. They even helped her socialize and start playing with other dogs. I know they treat her well because whenever we arrive, Violet hops out of the car and runs in. They are always flexible with my busy and unpredictable schedule and I love their daily update photos of my smiling pup. If you are looking for a safe, loving place to bring your pet, a place where you can vacation with piece of mind, bring your pet to Creature Comfort Bnb. You won't be disappointed.
We love taking our fur baby, Kimchi, here. They always take the very best care of her and we are worry free while she is there. Lots of other happy dogs for her to play with, and always comes home happy and ready for a nap. They also are good with her specific meal and meds routine. Easy to communicate and coordinate with. 10/10 highly recommended.
Creature Comforts is a hidden gem! Paola and Daniela took wonderful care of our dog! After many failed dog sitters, we finally found the perfect place. Communication is great with pictures throughout the day. Creature Comforts is our new go-to. Couldn’t ask for more!
