Denise was by far the best pet sitter we have ever had! She watched our two pups while we were gone for 3 weeks and took amazing care of our dogs and home. She took the time to ask questions and make sure she understood each dog’s needs as well as how to take the best care of our house before we left. She sent videos everyday updating us on how the pups were doing. We were so happy to see how much quality time she was spending with them and how much they loved her. Our dogs were so sad to see her leave and we can’t wait to have her back. Denise made sure that the house was in perfect condition when she left and treated our home as if it were her own. Lea is seriously the best! We lucked out big time with her as our house sitter. She didn't just watch our home; she made it sparkle, and our dog Mezy? Well, he fell head over paws for her!

Mezy's doesn't always warm up to new folks so easily but Lea had this magical charm that had him wagging his tail from day one. She showered him with cuddles and playtime, and we got daily photo updates that were basically cuteness overload.

But Lea didn't stop at being the dog whisperer. Every nook and cranny was squeaky clean, and it felt like we were walking into a Pinterest-worthy home. Our plants thrived under her care too.

Communication was a breeze with Lea. She kept us in the loop about everything and replied to our messages super quickly. It gave us peace of mind knowing she had everything under control.

Lea's not just a house sitter - her friendly, laid-back vibe made everything so easy. We can't thank her enough for taking such great care of Mezy and our home. We're definitely booking her for all our future adventures.

Such a great family! George, Larissa and their crew were a fantastic bunch. Our large senior dog got an eye infection right before we left for our trip and so we had to ask them to do some extra eye care. When it was clear that it wasn’t getting better they were willing to load up Lorax and take him to a vet appointment and then apply the prescribed ointment for the next week and a half. Definitely above and beyond care that we really appreciated!
Our house was left in great shape, our pets were super well cared for, and George and Larissa were great communicators. We have had many many sitters over the past 3 years but this was the first family. Nothing to worry about, they were terrific and we would happily have them back again.

Joe was an excellent sitter and gave us so much peace of mind while we were away, dealing with one of our pup’s surgery recovery, which was an unexpected circumstance just prior to our trip. If you need a sitter don’t hesitate to pick Vanessa, I highly recommend her. She cared for our fur baby for two weeks and received the care and attention she needed. We came back to a very happy pup and clean home which is awesome after coming back from a long trip. I received texts and pictures of our dog while we were gone which gave us peace of mind. You could tell right from the start that she genuinely loves animals and will care for them as if they are hers. I will continue to use her as my pet sitter if she’s available. All I can say is she is a wonderful person!!

Hamsa was very quick to respond in all communication.  She was prompt on her arrival and listened carefully to our detailed instructions about the house and dogs.  While we were away the amount of communication between us was just right.  When we arrived home the dogs were happy and the house was in order.  A good sign that a dog sitter paid lots of attention to the pups is when we see a bit of depression set in after a dog sitter departs - this did occur after Hamsa left our home  She is a very caring and nurturing individual.

This was our first experience with TH and we are very pleased. From the moment Rose arrived we knew she was the right sitter for our “kids”. Communication while we were away was great with pics of the dogs as well as text messages. Rose cared for our home and our “kids” with great care, she is very conscientious of your space. Extremely pleased with the care she provided to our “kids” and our home. We have another trip planned in a couple of weeks and are happy Rose will be staying in our home again. I highly recommend Rose as a sitter!

Stephanie, Brian and baby Martin took fabulous care of our home and pets for two weeks. 

From the outset, communication was quick, smooth and friendly and it was clear that both Stephanie and Brian are reliable, professional and warm sitters who take all the various elements of a sit seriously.

They kept us up to date with photos and messages, dealt proactively and competently with any unexpected issues that popped up, and most importantly showered our dogs and gerbils with attention and care throughout the time we were away. We returned to a spotlessly clean home (with thoughtful touches of fresh milk, bacon and bread waiting for us) and happy, settled pets. 

In short, we would recommend Stephanie and Brian to anyone looking for reliable, attentive and proactive sitters for their pets and home. We would be delighted to welcome them back for another sit, should they ever find themselves in the area again.

I could go on forever because Veronica was beyond incredible! We feel so fortunate that she was able to sit for us. Our fur babies were so spoiled with love and attention. Veronica followed their regular schedule, gave our dog her joint supplement, and helped clean her paws with medicated wipes from our vet. Our cat is very shy and sometimes doesn’t even come out for sitters and he loved Veronica! She brushed him and gave him so much love. They were both so happy when we came home. Veronica went above and beyond for us! She even made us masks, got us some disinfectant spray we haven’t been able to find and to top it off she made us bolognese sauce with sweet chicken sausage! She even left us a new box of pasta to make when we got home! We couldn’t believe we got to come home to an incredibly clean house, dinner and such happy pets! Veronica sent pictures and updates daily which made our time away even more relaxing. She took cleaning and sanitizing very seriously which we appreciated so much! We highly recommend her! She treated us, our home and pets just like family. We would love to have her sit for us again and are so grateful for everything she did for us! Also - dinner was delicious!!
