Noi and Roi were excellent young enthusiastic sitters. We came back to a clean house with lawn mowed and even a plate of delicious home-made biscuite. Their communication was just right; exactly what we asked for. The cats obviously had a good time too. They were allowed to sleep on the bed with Roi and Noi, though I doubt there was much room left for the two humans. We would certainly recommend them.

Vasilisa was a great sitter! She sent pictures showing how happy my cat, Ashee, was to be held, brushed and loved. She took excellent care of our vacation home, leaving everything clean and tidy. Hanna was terrific. We could tell how happy and content Max was while we were away for 3 weeks. She sent great photos and videos every day. The house looked great when we returned. We would give her 10 stars if we could. She is an amazing person and you will be lucky to have her sit for your pet.

Leonie took good care of Dara, she is clearly experienced with cats and they bonded right away. I would have preferred some more live communication around Dara's eating habits and more coordination on what to do when she doesn't eat. Also the litter was not very clean, I suppose Leonie was not familiar with the type of sand, which could have also been addressed with clearer communication.

Stephanie is a very caring pet sitter. She is very attuned to animals. She does have rigid boundaries about when she is or is not willing to check text and respond. I would just be clear with her upfront about your needs in the evening or over weekends and see if they work for you. I have had other sitters that were more responsive and that works better for me. I am grateful though that Stephanie helped me to learn to suss this out with other future prospective sitters upfront.

My dog had a medical emergency while in John’s care and I credit him with saving my pup’s life. You couldn’t ask for a better sitter in a pressure situation. He also communicated regularly during the stay, keeping me posted on how my pup was doing. Would recommend John to anyone who needs a sitter they can trust.

We had the pleasure of having Maggie (for the second time) to take care of our home and beloved dog Frida while we were away for 2 weeks. We couldn’t be happier! Neither could Frida! Our big dog is sometimes a bit stubborn and Maggie managed amazingly. We had daily photos and video, and Frida was clearly very happy, comfortable and very well looked after. Ray and Lynn were excellent sitters for Moose! They took him out multiple times a day and always played with him. They sent so many pictures and Moose always looked so happy! They were very flexible on when they arrived and left and very organized. The house was left clean and tidy and we found a happy dog when we got home. We would definitely have them back anytime!

Susan and Jim were amazing sitters for my 2 boys whilst I went to Portugal to play golf. Communication we had prior to the sit was excellent, and we were able to discuss the dogs in detail. They arrived the day before I was due to leave so we were able to have a good handover. They really looked after the dogs well, and my house was immaculate when I returned. Joanna and David were absolutely perfect!!!! This was my first actual time using a sitter and they went above and beyond what I expected. I have a 1 year old Bully Breed that I adopted 6 weeks ago, so if you know dogs you know what they had to deal with :)) They sent pics daily and kept me updated. We were not able to meet before I left but they were nice enough to stay to meet me when I returned. My house was cleaner than when I left, all bedding and towels washed. Charley, my dog, was happy to see me for a minute when I got home but immediately went back to play with David, so I am thinking she had a blast while I was gone. I am totally sold with this process after having Joanna and David here. If you have the chance to book them for your trip, you will not be sorry. I am hoping to use them again when they return to Florida.

Angela was fantastic. She came a day early to meet us and our dog Bella and to get the lay of the land and we so enjoyed meeting her and getting to know her! She took care of our home and Bella with the utmost care and attention. She was great to communicate with throughout the sit and we felt confidant being away knowing our dog and home were in such good hands!
