I drive 30 minutes out of my way and have boarding facilities a lot closer to me. It is well worth the extra miles. I have been going there for years. The staff is always very friendly the dogs are well cared for and the price is very reasonable.

I would like to thank the Orlando Preppy Pet staff for taking care of our fur babies while in the area on vacation. As first timers we were all extremely nervous and because of that check in (Thu late afternoon) was a bit hectic. But the staff was thorough and got us through it. Each time we called throughout their stay a staff member gave a full run down of their day, etc. (strange place, so their appetites were low - staff member even offered to add some chicken broth to their meal to encourage them to eat). Though we remained nervous it gave us some peace of mind that they were being taken care of. Check out was great (Mon early afternoon)!! Our babies looked well taken care of and very excited to see us! The play time and daily walking schedule seemed to have given them the stimulation they needed; they slept most of the 8 hr ride home. One of the things we would have liked would have been access to monitor them remotely; this location does not have video monitoring. Another thing is this location does not operate 24 hours; dogs are left unattended from 7pm-6am the next morning. Other than that great experience! Thank you again! Shorty, Bruno & Family

My puppy is so fond of this place! He came back to us happier than ever,to the point he took a moment to realize it was us. I'm so greatful to Preppy Pet Boarding to have taken him as their own dog and showed him love and affection. My fur baby Fofo loved preppy pet. He was 14 years old. He attended preppy pet daily for the last two years while I went to work and that was one of the only other places besides the beach where he would run and act like a puppy. He loved making new buddies and getting love from the staff. The staff there is phenomenal!!! The staff were there for me even through the worst of moments when he passed just a few short weeks ago. The staff even checked in on me afterwards to see how I was holding up. This place is so much more than a doggie daycare/boarding facility. Preppy Pet became his home away from home and everyone made him feel special just like I did. If you are in the need for a place I HIGHLY recommend taking your furry family to them. First of all I would like to thank April and her staff for taking awesome care of my dogs. My dogs are 6 months old and I put them in Preppy Pet for 5 days. I called everyday and April and her staff made me feel so comfortable with leaving my dogs there. I'm so grateful for them. I have never left my dogs with anyone before. We take our dog there about every 2-3 months for vacation boarding. He enjoys it quite a bit, they bathe him and he's healthy and uninjured when we pick him up. It's expensive (about $60/day for an 85lb Labrador.

I have been taking my Snowflake and Zen to Preppy Pet for daycare and Boarding many years. They are always excited to go there, so much that Snowflake would bark at the door to get in the back with the other dogs. Yesterday was Snowflake's last day with our family... on Friday I brought her in for one last visit and the staff (Kay, Dan, April - and all the others behind the scenes) helped make sure she had a great few more hours. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for all the love and care over the years. Zen will continue to visit of course!

picked up my 5 dogs from boarding at preppy pet during the holidays ( the 5th one is on my lap lol ). my experience with them was great! they were able to find other dogs for my dogs to play with so my dogs were able to make friends and have some fun , i was able to call them and ask how my dogs are doing and they would give me thorough updates ❤️ when i picked up my dogs they were also all bathed and smelled super good which was a huge weight lifted off my back because they’re a lot to bathe. will definitely be coming back 👍🏽👍🏽😃

Our family has been relying on Preppy Pet to take care of our dog for a few years. Dropping her off here is like leaving her with Friends or Family. Ms. Kay and the entire team are great. if our husky with a sensitive tummy has any issue, they will call and let us know. Not often but a relief to know the attention they give her. They get to know you and your dog and are caring and thoughtful about the dogs needs. Our girl makes a bee line for Ms. Kay the minute she gets there ❤️! Don’t know what we’d do without having Preppy Pet and their amazing team. Thank you for all you do!

Miss Emily’s was amazing! I boarded my 5 month old kitten, Sammy, there this past weekend and they took exceptional care of him. They were super communicative with me whenever I had questions or just wanted an update on Sam. They definitely gave him lots of love this weekend and I’m so glad he had a friendly and loving place to stay while I was away. I know there’s not too many reviews for cat owners on here so I wanted to let you guys know that they treat their kitties amazing as well. He had lots of playtime and social time with the workers from what I could see. I definitely recommended Miss Emily’s if anyone needs to board their cat.

I picked up Sonny from boarding with Miss Emily’s- this was our first time boarding & I was very anxious as this was my first time away from my dog, however miss Emily’s made me feel so at ease and took care of my baby! I trust them to take care of him moving forward and absolutely adore the staff! Special shout out to Jess and Valerie who are amazing and friendly :) I will continue to use miss Emily since I trust them! & recommend for any pet parents in the area

my pup LOVES it here and always comes home happy-as-can-be! (and tired after a fun day, lol!) i feel confident that my baby is safe during her day at daycare, as it is free play. the staff is very transparent about how they run their daycare program, so i don’t have a doubt that she’ll have a fun, safe day, every day! every staff member i speak with is super friendly and shows immense care for each and every dog that comes in. i recommend Miss Emily’s to all my friends and family! Miss Emily’s is the perfect place to take my pup knowing she’s in safe and caring hands. The staff at Miss Emily’s treats my baby like family!! She plays all day with her friends and always comes home passed out from a full day of fun at Miss Emily’s!

My dog had his first experience with doggie daycare last week at Miss Emily's bed and biscuit. He was a resurender dog when I got him from the pound. He is afraid of kennels and crates. Emily's was a positive experience for him. Just look at that face. It says it all. We are looking forward to future visits.

My fur baby Leah Pearl did an eight day stay at the BEST of the BEST, Universal Dog Care Orlando this Thanksgiving. She was well taken care of and had a ball meeting new friends🐶. The family caring for her and the other dogs are very nice, loving and knowledgable to their needs. Grammy was so kind and caring to our sweet puppy Pepper. She was constantly sending photos and updates to let us know how Pepper was doing and adjusting. My husband and I have both worked in the animal care field (vet tech and groomer) so we know what quality care looks like and this is it! We will definitely be using this service again for our day trips to Orlando. Highly recommend! Update: We’ve now used this service for daycare three times and they provide consistently excellent care, communication, and flexibility!

Super friendly! They sent a lot of pictures of my dog throughout the stay and my doggy spent a lot of time with other dogs having fun. Genuinely the best day care we’ve taken him!!! Would recommend and for sure will be coming back.

I was very happy to find universal dog care Orlando. took great care of our babies, received pictures constantly dueling the day. Grammy and her little friend pack were great! My husband and I were visiting Orlando for a few days for a conference and needed to board our pups for a few days. We stumbled upon Universal Dog care after doing some searching and were blown away at their reviews. Let me tell you… the reviews are legit!! The level of care, love and attention they showed to our dogs was unmatched by any other service, and we’ve been to some great places. They sent pictures throughout the day, but the best part of that was how incredibly happy our dogs looked at all times. Always playing, always smiling and tails wagging. It’s always a little scary going to a new place but they went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. Forever grateful!!

The best experience ever! Jedi was taken care of wonderfully. He was so happy and ecstatic to be playing with his paw pals! I received pictures every half an hour with an update on him, including videos every so often. I recommend this service to everyone. Do not hesitate on leaving your pet here. Your pet will be well taken care of and loved. You will not be disappointed!

We had a great experience. My dog is very nervous around strangers and gets anxious around too many dogs. This was a smaller environment and perfect for him. They sent me several pictures daily and responded to any questions or concerns that I had immediately. We were able to enjoy our vacation in Orlando knowing he was happy as well! I would definitely use them again in the future!!!!

Bark Orlando does an excellent job at boarding pups. They each have their own 'condo' space and Bark controls capacity for an enjoyable experience for the furry ones. Book early as they can fill up and you don't want to take your dog anywhere else!

I am disappointed to learn that Bark Orlando management does not stand by their word. I purchased a package for daycare and was advised per the Kierstin that, “ the good thing about it is they do not expire” I called recently regarding boarding my dog with plans to bring her to daycare a few days prior to get reacquainted with the facility. At that time I was told that the remaining days of my package for day care expired. I was taken by surprised and thought that maybe the business changed hands. I called back and confirmed that ownership had not changed; therefore, I asked for Kierstin to give me a call. I was certain that she would stand by her word. Unfortunately, she did not phone me as requested; however, she instructed an employee to advise me that the expiration policy stands and has always been in existence. I am a strong believer that when a person show you who they are, believe them. If I can’t trust management to stand by their word, I certainly can’t trust that they would do what’s said about caring for my dog. I will be sharing this experience with friends and family in addition to this review with hopes that others will not encounter this same experience. However, I pray that the daycare days loss really made a BIG difference in the profits over loosing continued business. I wish Bark Orlando the best! Warm regards Kathy White-Sparks (kenzie)

UPDATE 6/2024 we still love Bark Orlando and our pup visits weekly! Bark Orlando is everything I could have hoped for in a daycare for my pup. I am a very protective dog mom and they have made me feel secure since the first day, from their honesty about whether a dog is a good fit for their facility to the love and attention they put into caring for all their dogs. I also like that they have both an indoor and outdoor area and there is always a staff member interacting with the dogs. When I tell my pup “let’s go to camp!” she gets so excited and jumps in the car because Bark days are her favorite days. They’re my favorite too because she always comes home happy and tired. Would absolutely recommend them to care for your fur children!

My energetic Goldendoodle, Poe, loves his camp days at Bark Orlando! Everyone is very nice & caring for the pups. I know Poe has a great time because every time I drop him off he runs in and doesn't look back :) We have been going to Bark for a little over 2 years and I am so thankful for everyone there. Plus, at the end of every camp day you get a report card that will tell you who your pet's friends were and how they behaved during the day. I also really appreciate the documentation on IG stories - seeing Poe having a great time on there makes my day. Thank you Bark Orlando for everything!

We have been taking our pup, Freckles, to Bark Orlando for a little over 2 months now. She goes 2-3 times a week. When we pull into the parking lot I have to physically stop her from jumping out of the car because she is so excited to be there. The staff knows her and welcomes her every morning. When she leaves, she gets pets from the staff and they are sad to see her go. They treat Freckles very well and she comes home tired. They are very good about posting the dogs on social media throughout the day so we can check up on them and will respond to you if you ask for an extra picture or 2 throughout the day. The front desk will not hustle you out of your money either. Their pricing is very straight forward and reasonable. The packages are a must do as they do save you a few extra bucks per day. They offer baths and nail trims which we have taken advantage of as well. We would recommend Bark Orlando 110% to anyone who asks and we think Freckles would to! ***Please note the many photos taken of Freckles after a day at Bark Orlando.***

Bark Orlando is FANTASTIC! Our pup Bonnie is so excited to get there and play with her friends, especially on water play day (her favorite). The staff is wonderful and seeing her on their Instagram posts the day she’s there is a bonus.

BARK ORLANDO IS TOP KNOTCH. I literally would not trust my fur children anywhere else! Kierstin goes above and beyond in every aspect of Bark Orlando including picking the BEST staff, curating the best treats/toys and always having fun little surprises for our little guys. Our pups favorite word is “CAMP”…it’s ridiculous how nuts they go when I say that word. We also look forward to reading their report cards!! Thanks, Bark Orlando for all you do!!!!!

WE (Dory and I) love bark Orlando! I was scared to bring my Great Dane anywhere but knew it was super important to socialize her as young as I could! Kirsten and her staff have made Dory’s experience nothing less than amazing! Dory also gets training on Saturdays with Adalynn and I have noticed a tremendous change in her confidence! After a long day at work, I pick up Dory and she is exhausted! So I know she had a super playful eventful day! I am so glad I brought her here, Kevin is super amazing, and Dory is literally obsessed with Kevin!! The interaction those two have when I see them makes me feel reassured she is always in good hands and that Bark Orlando is the best daycare I could’ve chosen for her!

I absolutely love Bark Orlando. Before I found them I only left my pup with friends and family. They are by far one of the best places for boarding and dog daycare. The staff are so kind and understanding, they always keep you updated with what’s going on with your pup, and they have been super accommodating and flexible. Can’t say enough great things about this place! My 5 month old puppy had a blast being boarded for a long weekend. It was his first time being away from me for more than a day and he did so well. The staff is so friendly and professional, and they sent photos and videos to me to ease my mind. They also post on their Instagram story so you can see your pup playing throughout the day. I’ve already recommended them to my other dog owning friends and will for sure bring Barney back here the next time I’m going out of town. He was completely exhausted when I brought him home 😅😅

Great place for daycare. Dropping off my crazy Aussie here was a breeze and Matt was very attentive to my handling instructions. Definitely above and beyond care. Way better than using big chain dog boarding facilities so I look forward to bringing my boy back in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about Ellie and Matthew. They treat your babies like their babies I have been taking my American Bulldog to them since he was a year old. And my Jango loves them!! When we walk him down that street he knows where he is going and practically pulls my husband with him. I highly recommend using them when you need someone who will take care of and love your pet.

Matthew and his family really take good care of our puppies, a German Shephard and a Morkie, which both are not a year old yet. They always come back happy, and the next time, they seem looking forward to it! He always sends photos and check in throughout the duration of the boarding. Wow ! What a great company and concept. Our Yorkie and Doodle loved them so much! The app is super user friendly and they kept us informed the entire Thanksgiving break on each visit. We are doing Disney this weekend and will be using Nona paws again to stop by and take care of our girls while we have a long day of fun. Ben and Reta are Amazing!!! Was looking for a last minute boarding place for my Dog Cody and I’m so glad I found these two!! They made sure my little Cody was well taken care of and the love they have for animals is beyond words! My boyfriend and I were staying in Orlando for a few days to go to universal and we loved that throughout each day they would send us cute updates of our Cody and what he was up to. When we first arrived at Ben and Reta’s, they sat on the floor so that Cody felt comfortable and took their time getting to know him. They don’t require that you crate your animals which I loved, because I wanted my Cody to feel at home. Their daily rate was more than reasonable and they don’t try to charge you all these extra fees like a lot of other Pet resort places do. If you’re looking for a dog boarding place that will go above and beyond to take tremendous care of your pet/pets look no further. I don’t think I could bear to take my Cody anywhere else when I visit Orlando. Thank you guys again so much!!!

Ben and Reta are exactly who should be watching your fur babies. They love animals and are very thoughtful to our expectations of a caregiver. They listed to and honored our parameters. Since everyone has different framework for their pets, we really appreciate this. We got tons of pics and videos of our active puppies. They treated them so well we were worried they wouldn’t want to leave. We can’t say enough about these sitters that feel like fam. ❤️

Benjamin and Reta are exceptionally well with my two dogs. Being a first time dog owner I was always afraid to put the trust in others to take care of my dogs but the moment I found Ben and Reta , made all fear go away. I’ve been using them since my boy Ace was a puppy and now he’s 1 almost 2 in June. Ben always provided me with knowledge about dogs being that I was a first time owner. In the beginning I only had Ace and even transitioning to having Tyson, the experience remained the same. Ben and Reta definitely love our dogs like they’re their dogs. It’s a true paradise experience for Ace and Tyson. They are very hands on and always make my boys feel loved and happy. I have used them for house drop in visits and boarding. They play outside and take them on walks. They always make sure my dogs have fresh water, food and clean bowls. Photos and videos are always provided from the time they enter the home until the time they leave and I appreciate them for making sure my home is secured before leaving. During boarding, unlike most people. I was able to visit their home and actually see where my dogs would be spending time. They have a beautiful home very safe and secure. Same as drop in visits , photos and videos are sent throughout their stay. Majority of the day and definitely throughout their entire stay we are updated with photos. They make sure they have all dog information before boarding. From the doctor they attend, shot records , food they eat, and they make sure they ask for anything we may not want them to have or do. Which is important! I truly have nothing to worry about when it comes to my dogs. Thank you guys so much. We deeply appreciate it!

Ben and Rita are amazing! We were lucky to find them a few years ago when we were going out of town for a few days and never had left our pups home. We have 4 dogs, all different personalities. Ben made our vacation by showing our pups love and taking great care of them. He sent us a ton of pictures and videos of our pups during our vacation. Our pups love Ben and Rita! We have used their service many times and will continue to do so! I highly recommend them!

Not very often do I take the time to write a review but Ben and Rita certainly deserve one. They have been so helpful to me and my boyfriend on several occasions. My husband and I are SKEPTICAL about boarding places because of past experiences. We went on a hunt for a new boarder due to ours having an emergency. We bumped into Doggy Doodle Stuff Pet Care Services and it was the BEST experience we had. Ben and Reta welcomed us into their home for a meet and greet. In the past meet and greets have been at the front door or none at all. We were invited to sit down and offered water. They both sat on the floor to meet my baby Novah at her level which for me meant A LOT. Ben and Reta both sat there for about 30 minutes to get to know us. They also had every room in their home opened so Novah can scope the place and feel it out. This isn’t common! They then walked us to their backyard to show us and played catch with Novah for about 15 minutes. Ben and Reta gave us hugs and let us know we were more than welcomed to have Novah there if needed. So guess what? We booked them. When we dropped Novah off we left crying because we have separation issues with her lol. When I say that I did NOT have to worry about Novah I mean it. We received pictures and videos the entire time. They even allowed Novah on their bed to watch TV with them. Who does that? Ben and Reta!!!! When we picked Novah up she was excited to see us but she didn’t drag us to the car like she has in a few other places. She was ok with going back in while Reta handed us her belongings. She even went back to Reta and sat by her legs. Novah came home pooped from the vacation she had with her Uncle Ben and Aunt Reta. If you LOVE your doggie like me and have anxiety leaving them places, I can guarantee that Ben and Reta is the way! They actually LOVE the dogs and take care of them like their own. They do not just dog sit them. Thank you so very much guys we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

These ladies absolutely rock! Never knew anything like this even existed. It's completely affordable, the girls that come are almost always consistent and not someone new all the time. The owner takes the time to get to know our pup and what they like, its honestly an incredible operation and very well managed. No one has ever not shown up, and we absolutely LOVE LOVE the photos they take with our fur baby! The tiny little things they do help you personally connect with them, and them with your animal.

Mandi and her team take great care of our fur-babies when we’re out of town. The kitties have come to love their visits despite usually being shy. Not only do they feed them, play with them, and clean their litter boxes, but they’ve gone above and beyond to give us peace of mind that everything is alright while we’re away.

We are so incredibly thankful that we found Mandi Poppins Pet Care. Our adopted dog experienced trauma in his previous homes so he isn't very trusting of new people and suffers from really bad separation anxiety. Mandi and her team are incredibly patient and loving towards him. Their portal makes it easy to schedule their services and the team sends detailed updates with photos after every visit. We also booked them to dog sit overnight and Chelsea went above and beyond to make us feel at ease while we were away. I cannot recommend Mandi and her team enough. This is the first time we've truly trusted anyone else with our dog!

Mandi and her wonderful team are awesome. They have been taking care of my dog for several years now each time I have to travel. Never have I had one problem with them. The all love my baby and she loves them all. When I am away, it is comforting to know my baby is in the best hands and the pictures show it. My dog has gone through chemotherapy and has other health issues. Mandi and her team have always administered medication. In May, she was diagnosed with diabetes and required insulin injections 2 times a day. I was leaving for Japan in 3 days!! Desperate I asked Mandi if they knew how to administer the insulin because I would have had to make other last minute plan arrangements or cancel my trip. Mandi stepped up to the occasion. I cannot say enough!! I love them all. Highly recommended 🐾❤️

MANDI IS AMAZING!! First and foremost, it is worth noting that I am so super crazy about who watches my fur babies, they're my children! My boyfriend and I were going on a cruise wedding and the people who were getting married are the people who usually watch our dogs! So needless to say, we were in a pickle and I was of course panicking and evening contemplating not going because I'm so cautious. My good friend I trust actually recommended Mandi (and it turned out later that I realized, I've met her before, a long time ago!!) Long story short - she was literally a LIFE SAVER. I'm so, so so beyond thankful. It was such a comfortable experience from start to finish and I couldn't have been more lucky to come across her at the time I did. She came over the day before so we could go over their feeding and potty habits etc, introduced them and it was smooth sailing - they of course love her and without a doubt she's the sweetest ever, and so professional. She sent us pictures while we were away which meant the world to me and we were actually able to enjoy the cruise and the wedding without a worry because we knew our pups were in good hands! I only have good things to say about Woof Tang! We were struggling to deal with major anxiety issues in our Samoyed, Oz. He would bark/lunge at other dogs on walks and panic if new people came to the house. We couldn’t do much to get his attention when he got in this state and were struggling with how to best train in these situations. My husband and I had done some prior training with a different company, but didn’t see great results. Oz stayed with Woof Tang for 3 weeks in the board/train program with Lexi and Tai. We were nervous leaving Oz for so long and wondering if he could really work through his issues, but we knew we couldn’t keep going how we were. To help ease our minds, Lexi messaged us about our boy’s progress and frequently posted his training sessions on social media. After 3 weeks, Oz has come back in tip-top shape!! We are extremely impressed. Lexi took about 2 hours on pickup day to show us how we should be handling Oz going forward and all his new skills. It was clear that she spent a lot of time with him and figured out what worked best for Oz and his quirks rather than just using a copy paste training template. We can loose leash walk (and even no leash walk) around our neighborhood now and not have to be embarrassed by constant pulling and barking! We can have people over to the house and he’s not jumping and barking on our guests too. There was some concern that he wouldn't act as good for us as he did for the trainers, but that wasn't true at all. He's still 100% when it is just us and no Woof Tang trainer. We really didn’t think all this would be possible and are very happy with the results. Highly recommend it if you are considering the board/train program! I just wish we had done it sooner. On a side note, we have also loved utilizing the normal boarding services and daycare options here. It’s so nice to watch our dog from the many cameras and see staff actually playing with the dogs!

Lexi and her team at Woof Tang are INCREDIBLE! We brought our reactive pitbull mix, Umbra, to Lexi and Tai for the the board and train program. Before this program we could not even walk our dog because he would aggressively react to people and other dogs. Since this program, our dog has been able to go on walks, interact more with people and even be boarded at their facility with no problems. Their training is amazing and you can actually tell that everyone there truly cares about these dogs. Also, we have used their day care/boarding services. We are huge fans because we are able to get updates and know that our dog is well taken care of when he goes.

12/10! I am VERY careful where I choose to board my dogs. I have two very different, full of personality huskies and I always trust WoofTang 110%. I make the drive from St Pete to Orlando because this is the only place I completely trust with my dogs. In July I decided to make the training investement with both. I knew the mad skills and talents that Lexi & Tai have with dogs and both of mine needed the professional assistance. I enrolled them both together. Archie, is an incredibly stubborn 6 year old husky and Pongo is my overly excited, talking 10 month old Husky. They blend well together but they are not everyone’s cup of tea! I trusted these two and their team and they did wonders with compassion, patience and professionalism! My dogs are the core of my world, so as most dog owners I worry how others treat my dogs when away. Lexi would touch in almost everyday, she communicated reports with honesty on progress & she let me know when a post of their training was hitting the social so I could feel better being apart. Recently, when I had to evacuate from St Pete during both of these recent hurricanes to Orlando, the team took them right in and explained to me the precautions and procedures they would be taking with them. This team even stayed overnight during the storms! Talk about going the extra mile. Lexi is amazing at communication and I still ask her questions about training because it’s an everyday practice here with my two! Tai radiates love when he talks to the dogs. The staff is very professional and educates you on the different packages/pricing & knows your dog! Also they take great photography of the dogs! (2 photos of the work added!) Bottom line, if you found this facility and you If you love your dog(s) you struck gold!!

Lexi and her team worked with our Golden doodle Griffin for an intensive 3 weeks of board n train. Our puppy was very reactive with excessive barking and other behavior challenges. He came back to us as Griffin 2.0. Friends and family are shocked at how well-behaved he is. We went to a cafe today and he was so incredibly good. It’s wonderful to be able to take him out with us. He’s a social pup and we are thankful and grateful to the Woof Gang crew. We’ll board with them and take our pup to daycare so he gets to play and hang out. We had a great experience.

I am totally grateful for the amazing job that Lexi and her team did to my Arizona. I was looking for a dog training facility and found a special place where I can have the peace of mind to leave my baby in day care or leave her when traveling. Arizona spent 3 weeks on obedience training with Lexi and she is now a very obedient and confident Doberman. I can walk her in public places without being afraid she will bark at everything that passes near her. Also, I need to express my gratitude to the Wooftang team because they took care of my baby during the hurricane Milton. I was out of town and my Doberman was staying at the facility and they took care of her and always keep me posted. Lexi is always available and answers right away when you need her or have any question. I enjoy watching the videos they posted in social media, I know she is having fun and is being loved and well cared.

The staff and trainers are absolutely incredible. They take provide quality attention and training. I love that Lexi takes the time to get to know my dog individually and she's incredible when teaching me how to be a better trainer for my husky as well. He absolutely loves it there and he maintains good manners during his stays at woof tang which is really important to me! Thank you guys so much!

My Luna just completed her 3 week board/train & I can’t express enough how much of a difference it has made with her. I rescued a beautiful dog Oct. 2023. He was afraid of his own shadow. God only knows what he went through prior to his rescue. My family and I referred to him as our crazy dog. You could see the fear and anxiety all over him. I reached out to Woof Tang for help. I knew my Finn needed more than just a forever home, he needed to learn how to be a dog to enjoy his life. Lexi met with us right away, since they couldn’t get him in sooner than Jan. She went over things with not only me, but my daughter as well, to show us how to work with him prior to training. We put him in daycare to get accustomed to being at facility and their staff, per her recommendation due to his anxiety. The turn around in Finn’s behavior was practically immediate, he was able to play and relax during the day at daycare and omg we love all the staff, Finn included. Every one there cares for and loves your dogs as if they were their own! Finn was part of Woof Tang’s Jan. 2024 board and train class. He was with them for the 3 week training course. During that time the trainers at woof tang taught Finn that world is not the scary place he lived in before. Finn is thriving now and conquering his fears one at time. Finn has been home since the end of Jan. Lexi has stayed in contact with us, giving us pointers, and even coming by to show me and daughter the proper way to do certain things with Finn. This is not a one and done see you later place. They all care about you and your dog’s success. I may have been the one who got Finn from the shelter, but our family grew the minute I contacted Woof Tang. I cannot express enough gratitude to them. I am so thankful for everything and everyone at Woof Tang. Above all I am grateful to be part of the Woof Tang family. I’ve been taking my golden retriever, Ruby, to V.I.Pet Resort since the beginning of 2024, and I’m beyond happy with all their services and incredible staff. Ruby has gone for boarding, daycare, and grooming, and each experience has been fantastic. During her most recent boarding stay, she had a small ear infection, and the staff went above and beyond in caring for her. They even sent me pictures during her stay! The groomer offered to dye her tail pink and purple and painted her nails pink—she looks so cute and always seems happy and well cared for when she’s with them. I completely trust V.I.Pet Resort to take care of Ruby when I’m out of town or when she needs some socialization at daycare. I love that they do holiday events and celebrate when it’s a dog’s bday. Their team is amazing—friendly, sweet, and knowledgeable. Once, while I was away, Ruby developed a UTI, and they worked with my vet to get her diagnosed, medicated, and cared for until I could return. Their communication was constant and reassuring throughout, which made a world of difference. I’m so grateful I found V.I.Pet Resort. I highly recommend them—10/10!

I have been bringing my dog Mookie to VIP for about a year now and couldn’t be happier. I have brought my dog to a few different boarding places over the years and they are by far the best, you can tell they truly care about the pets! Every time we walk in they greet Mookie by name, it’s such a nice personal touch. My favorite part is the pictures/updates they send!!

We are Miami natives and took our baby snow here while we were at universal which is 10 minutes away and they were absolutely amazing! They sent lots of pics and vids, were very kind with her & us, groomed her nicely, gave us the sweetest report card etc. I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back when we visit the parks again! Our corgi had a blast at daycare and boarding! The staff was incredible! We got photo updates and notes on her behavior. It helped reduce our stress about leaving our dog while we went to DisneyWorld. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with a friendly dog!

Our kids love coming here any time we are in Orlando. This Thanksgiving we made a point to come to Orlando for their 8th Birthday's Brother & Sister. Best daycare ever. Picture of them passed out in bed, after a full day of Vipet Resort Fun! Thanks to the staff for taking such great care our babies. They will be back tomorrow morning. Only place we will leave our kids.

The employees at VIPet Resort take excellent care for my fur baby. As a rescue dog, he was shy and aggressive in the first few weeks after adopting him. But now he loves to get belly rubs and snuggle with them which often makes for some good photos of him having a great time at daycare.

My Maltipoo pup Piper is a regular when we travel to Orlando. The staff is amazing! ⭐️ Kind, thoughtful, and very responsive to making sure it’s a great experience for your pet and parents. Plus the facilities are extremely clean and very well maintained. Play areas have plenty of room and experiences for them to have fun. I love the Champions Club for smaller breeds, Piper made some great furry friends there. Five Stars, yes!!!!

Love this place! The staff was very kind and took great care of my 2 cats. They were also great about rescheduling and let me pick them up at a minutes notice and bring them back the next week when my plans had changed. They’ve got a play area for them too. The place is very clean and smells clean, and I 100% trusted them with my cats :) I would bring them back again! And the report cards were so cute!

Absolutely LOVE this place! I truly wish that they were located near my home. We needed a place for our dog to stay (5 days) during a family trip to Kissimmee. Fortunately, they were 20 min away from where we stayed. Not only did they provide daily pics of her, but she looked so well kept and happy. I felt so at ease when I received those pictures. As long as you give them full instructions and pack the proper care items for your pet, they will treat them as if it's their own. Very nice staff. Would definitely take her once a week as a play pal if I lived local. Amazing experience for my girl, Solei!

Hello! This is the second time we’ve used VIPet Resort and both times have been great! It was nice to see my pups running towards the building and not away like at the vet. The staff is super friendly and they provide picture updates, which is great to see them so happy throughout the day. Great location with close proximity to Universal Studios since they don’t offer any pet services like Disney world does . We’ll definitely be booking again on our next trip! They had Dunkin’ Donuts and super cute homemade doggie donuts out today as an early Father’s Day celebration. Such a sweet touch 🥰
