I called over the phone asking three questions “how much will it cost to get my dog hair cut”which they told me 40. The seconds question was “is there anything I need to do prior to the appointment?” she no all we need is proof of rabies I said ok. The other question I asked will the price be the same when I get there they said yes I said ok once I came to pick my dog up I had wait to get him because the lady was on the phone. Then prior to me leaving to get his hair cut I showed the groomer how I wanted his hair cut via photo she did not follow the instructions I gave her. So she had to take him back to trim his face down. Then when I got there to pay the total was 65.25 which was $25.25 more then the original price I was told about. Respectfully I will not be going back ever again. Due them not doing their jobs properly. Failing to give details about what price exactly entails prior to the appointment or an estimate and then not doing what I asked them to do the first time I asked. Very unprofessional. In the future when getting new clients please make sure you tell them what your services entails if the price is subject to change outside or what you already told them because God for bid they didn’t have to funds to pay for the service. That would your fault because you failed to inform them. If your washing their pet be sure to list the products your using to wash them because some dogs skin are sensitive to certain products and chemicals.

Great place if you're looking for a dog day care. The employees are very friendly and helpful. definitely would recommend if your looking for a place for your pup to play while your busy

I brought my well behaved six year old dog to the Harlem Road location. She was so well behaved they at times put her into the small dog area. She is 70lbs. She kept coming home wet. I asked why and they said they have sprinklers and hoses during the summer. Even in October she was coming home wet. I explained she is very scared of water. One day at pick up I observed the staff spraying the dogs jumping on the fence with a water bottle in their faces. Their eyes,nose and mouth. I immediately called management. They said this is a common practice to control dogs behavior. They were not at all alarmed that this was happening. Needless to say I pulled her out immediately.

We have been bringing one of our dogs to both the Amherst and Harlem locations for close to 2 years, and our second dog for close to 6 months. I cannot say enough good things, the employees are so kind, attentive, and well educated on animals. The prices are very responsible and honestly worth what ever they’d charge for the peace of mind knowing how well my pets are being taken care of. We’ve also done overnight pet setting with several of the employees, and it’s been great. It’s so nice knowing that our dogs are staying with someone they love and recognize from “school”.

I've gone a couple of times with my friend to drop off/pick up her grand pup. The staff is friendly, it's clean, and Sydney loves seeing her dog friends!

We just finished Basic Obedience training for our new puppy at Dog Days and were very impressed! Janelle is a pro and makes the classes fun, enjoyable, and manageable. She manages the group of (sometimes unruly) dogs and parents extremely well. We also send our dog to day care here - we love it and so does our dog!

I can not praise Dog Days enough! My girl is always so happy to go there and we have never had an issue. Staff is always excited to see her and are friendly towards the humans as well. Due to the pandemic I had to get my dog groomed elsewhere and is was the biggest mistake! She became violently ill, which has NEVER happened at Dog Days. They take good care of our fur babies and pride in their work. I feel safe and do not worry when she is at day care or with the groomers. They even helped Georgia celebrate her 1st birthday. Thank you Dog Days!!!

My dog has done two trainings with Dog Days, one at the Amherst location and one on Harlem. The instructors are patient, knowledgeable, and adaptable to your dog's needs and skill set. We have the dog groomed at Dog Days and he attends day care there. The Dog Days team members are amazing with him and always thrilled to see him. We've been with Dog Days for almost 3 years and highly recommend them.

My dog, Turtle, has never been more happy in her almost 5 years, and neither have I, than when she goes to see her "friends" at Dog Days of Buffalo! She sleeps like a baby from the time she leaves until the next morning when she and jumps up the minute I say it's time to go to school and see her friends. She even has learned that guys aren't "bad" thanks to Alexa and Turtle Dog's new friend Coy! We drive an hour and a half to come here every day for the full day and it's more than worth it! She even gets a bit mopey when we don't go to school. Thank you both Alexa's, Coy, Erica, and every single person and doggy friend that makes that place absolutely amazing

Good morning, yesterday I asked Aviance of Dogs Days of Buffalo to do the impossible, give my long haired German Shepherd Gretta a complete makeover. Gretta suffers from severe anxiety when she’s not with me or other family members and Aviance accepted this challenge without hesitation and accomplished the impossible. Gretta was very matted due to a botched bath attempt by myself this past Saturday. Knowing and loving Gretta like I do there is NO WAY this was an easy task but Aviance did it and I could not be any happier. When I picked Gretta up I had tears in my eyes she was stunningly beautiful again. Thank you Aviance you are AMAZING!!!! See you soon!!!

My dog, Maverick, has had drop in visits with Lori and Luke almost every workday since he was 9 weeks old. Maverick LOVES Lori and Luke! Lori and Luke are caring professionals who regularly go above and beyond, including reinforcing Maverick’s training commands and even helping him learn how to get in and out of a car on his own. I appreciate that Lori and Luke send updates after each visit and lots of photos. The photos show just how happy Maverick is to be with them! I was nervous about the idea of having someone come into my house when I wasn’t there, but I had nothing to worry about. I am able to be at work with the peace of mind that Maverick is being well taken care of at home. We are very lucky to have found Lori and Luke.

I used L&LJ for my wedding this weekend, and I cannot say enough good things about them! I have a leash reactive, three legged dog, who is also recovering from surgery. He’s a mess. Lori was absolutely incredible with him! She was patient, kind, and so understanding. There was never a moment of doubt - I fully trusted her to watch my Murphy (and I trust few people with him!) She brought him his own wedding cake, and captured his day through videos and photos. She helped him through the ceremony and cocktail hour, and made sure he was fed, with his medicines and tucked in to bed at the end of the night. It was so incredibly special to have my sweet boy at our wedding, and Lori was the absolute perfect person for the job. I am forever grateful for the memories I made with my pup that day, all thanks to Lori. She is the best!

Lori and Luke are the absolute best! They care for your animals as if they are your own, my pup is alway so excited to see them for his weekly walk! Communication with them is so easy which is nice and I absolutely love the little report cards i get after every time they take my dog for his walk with comments on how he was and pictures of him on his walk. I highly recommend L&LJ’s clubhouse to all dog owners, they are easy, convenient and it’s reassuring knowing your pup is in the best care!

I cannot possibly speak enough good about Lori and Luke. They are so wonderful. Lori has been coming to walk our two dogs every week and she loves them like they are her own. Our larger dog has some balance issues and she is so patient with him and able to handle our other dog at the same time. We are so particular about who cares for our dogs and feel so grateful to have Lori and Luke. Highly recommend!

Lori and Luke are amazing! My pup is only two so he’s full of energy and having him get walks 2-3 times a week when I’m working late is so helpful. He’s had trouble with reactivity and tho he still has his moments, I’ve noticed a difference when I walk him myself. Lori and Luke treat your pet like theirs and give you updates and pictures after every walk. I cannot thank them enough for everything they’ve done for me and my little guy and I know we’ll be working with them for years to come 💚 (of course I have to post a photo from a walk to show off my handsome guy!)

I would highly recommend LnLjs Clubhouse for any of your pet sitting needs! I have a very hyper dog who does not trust many people and he absolutely loves when they come over to watch him!! Very affordable as well and they also take the best pictures of your pet while watching them!

Lori and Luke are the best! We hired them as pet attendants for our wedding and we were so happy to have our dogs there with us that day. The package we chose came with more than we were expecting. They met with us just to meet us and the dogs, they took the dogs on a solo walk to get to know them, they were there for the rehearsal dinner, and then day of! We have high energy dogs and were worried about them being too much to handle but Lori and Luke stepped right in and made it look easy! They took a bunch of pictures and even made us a cute tiktok video of the dogs during our wedding day. I would recommend them any day and definitely want to hire them in the future for more dogs walks :)

We used Lori and Luke to take care of our special girl, Macy, for our wedding weekend. We received a detailed update each day with photos, which we really loved. They brought Macy to our first look and for a few photos at Delaware Park on our special day. They helped put her flower collar on that we had made by our florist, which was adorable! Everything went so smoothly and we fully trusted them both. They not only brought our pup to our photos on our day, but also stayed at our house Friday and Saturday night so Macy wasn’t home alone. My husband and I were extremely pleased and highly recommend their services! We can't thank them enough.

Luke and Lori Jean were everything we could have asked for and more as far as helping make our wedding day perfect! Their communication and attention to detail was amazing- all the small details on the day of with their new “Boops and Bouquets” program were 10/10 and was such a HUGE hit with all our guests. Our dog is a happy but very excitable girl, and they were able to handle her with ease on the big day! We especially loved the video they created as summary of the day. It was so nice to have something like that to watch over and over again in the days following. We would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to bring their dog and an extra special touch to their wedding day!!

Our dog Chance has been going to Resorts since he has been a puppy beginning in 2019. Resorts has been solid in every aspect of doggy daycare. They always send you updates, reminders, and billing is very efficient. Their love for dogs is what keeps us there. They are always enhancing their program to give the best services to your dog.

the name of this place couldn’t be more fitting. it’s truly a resort! there’s everything you could want for your fur baby. my lil peeba dee attends daycare 2x/week and has been boarded there on several occasions since resorts’ inception. the staff are out of this world. i never worry when she is there, bc i know she’s in good hands.. and that says a lot. they’re family away from family and we are very grateful for everyone that’s a part of resorts. they amazed me to this day, the well-oiled machine that they are during peak hours!! thank you!!

Staff at RESORTS care very much about all of their non-human friends and the families who bring them. They have a great deal of skill in coordinating dogs' activities, habits, and personalities. We have appreciated rheir flexibility in helping us provide a safe and pleasant environment for our poodle. They are also creative in coming up with weekly themes, activities, and speciaĺ events. Our dog is excited to arrive at RESORTS and to see her pals.

Had our dog Bean for 6 days in the resort’s boarding and are very happy with the service. We got him a luxury suite with webcam and it was nice to check in on him and see how it was going! They took great care of him. Thank you!

My dog Gigi has been going to Resorts in Hamburg for the past 2 years. She usually goes about 3 days a week and she loves it. I love it too. She gets to play and socialize with other dogs.

Resorts Boarding&Play is an excellent daycare and Boarding facility. My dog is always excited to be there, and that tells me he feels safe and well cared for. The staff are extremely professional and demonstrate an interst in me and my dogs well being. Very attentive and accommodating. I highly recommend!

I have had a great experience with the trainer Stephanie- and my dog seemed to have a good time during his assessment. We are excited to do the enrichment program. So far so good with them. I am very happy.

Kobe loves Tammy! Whenever I bring him in to get groomed, his fur is always exactly how we ask. The place is so clean and keeping every animal safe and healthy is top priority. We won’t go anywhere else.

Love them! We have a 7 month old pup who loves it! They are amazing with the socialization and play. Z comes home happy and exhausted. Everytime we pull up, he can't wait to go in and start playing. The staff are super friendly and it's really easy to book day care.

Willow loved staying there. I picked her up and she was happy and clean. Yes excited to see me. I spoke to them every other day and even got pictures of my girl. I highly recommend them. Jessica is a gem. Got great reports that were personal to her needs. You can always tell if your dog is taken care cuz it shows.

Ace Absolute Canine Experience. Our experience was absolutely not wonderful. I would not recommend their services, nor will we return there in the future. We were recommended here by a family friend. We had never heard of them before. Our dog is just over one year old. We were going out of town, and our dog had never been boarded before. I spoke with Kelly about the dates we needed. She confirmed availability, and I let her know that she should expect to hear from my wife, as she had a few questions. Before leaving, I inquired if they could send photos or a Facebook post to keep us up to date about our pup. I was told by Kelly that they would try. We checked Facebook every day. There were posts on their Facebook page on some days, but not one photo of our dog was to be found amongst these photos on their page. This concerned me, and I commented that we were worried about our princess. We left enough food, treats, toys, her blanket, CBD chewies, and poached chicken breasts bagged for individual servings for the duration of her time there. We left them contact information for our son, our sister, as well as our mobile numbers. We were traveling overseas. We told them that we could check Facebook, as they did not have a webcam, so we could look in on our pet. 10 nights is a long time to leave a pet. In our 50+ years, we never had to trust anyone with caring for our pets for this length of time before. We returned, anxious to pick up our fur baby. We were met by an employee and the owner. The owner questioned me about the Facebook comment referencing us being worried about our pet. I expected him to ask what the concern was, since nobody had asked up to this point, (and we WERE genuinely concerned). But no, instead, he wanted us to be aware that our comment "went viral" and he then indicated that he felt the comment was somehow inappropriate. This seemed confrontational, and seemed to indicate that his concern was not about our our dog, but rather how sharing our concern might shed a negative light on them. This is exactly the wrong priority, in my opinion. This could have been eliminated by a simple post of a photo or update on their Facebook page. The owner also indicated that a photo was sent to our son, and that it "was on him" (our son) if we didn't get photos. Our son wasn't the client, we were. Our son did send us the photos from that one day. No photos or updates were sent for any other days. At this point, the owner said "get her out of here" to his employee. This appeared to be his way of telling her to finalize the invoice. We paid, and we shall never return. We are home now. Our dog seems withdrawn and is acting odd. She has been nipping, but not in a playful way. I am taking her to the vet for a wellness check at first availability. I would strongly recommend anyone needing to board their pets, please do enough research before you entrust anyone with your pets.

I take our 2 Terriers there once a week for daycare as I have to go into the office for that day. They absolutely love going there. They must have a lot of fun playing all day as when I pick them up, they're both exhausted & sleep the rest of the day (evening). The staff is always very friendly & courteous. I would highly recommend this place!!! 💯😊

We adopted a 1 year old dog in June and he was afraid of everything. He's getting better now, but he needed socialized. We figured it would be good for him to get socialized with other dogs to help him get some of his crazy energy out. He also needs some experience with being away from home at day care a couple days a week before he needs to be boarded when when we go on vacation for a week in September. We didn't want to traumatize him by dropping him off somewhere he's never been and making him think we aren't coming back because he hasn't been away from us since he was adopted and he was transferred from several shelters so he might be thinking he's going back to a shelter. He started out very reluctant about going to day care and he was so scared when he got introduced to the other dogs that he peed on the floor and ran in the opposite direction. But after he went twice a week and now once a week, he's feeling better about it because he knows he's coming home after he gets to play with the other dogs. This has been so good for him and their team has been very patient and sweet with him. We trust that they will take great care of him when he's boarded with them and are very thankful for how much they love dogs here.

They are some of the nicest people and took wonderful care of my two dog's. They won't nickel and dime you to death like creature comforts who charged us 800.00 for six days and then had the nerve to ask for a tip. Absolute Canine is just a reasonable and nice place to board your dogs.

Tony and staff are the best! Both of my dogs absolutely LOVE coming here. I enjoy that they have amenities (like the pool) that you don't find other places. It is also a structured environment, you don't hear any barking. I also enjoy that my 2 dogs who are very different sizes spend the day together. At another daycare we were told they had to be separated by size.

Our two dogs have been part of the Puppy Playpen family for over 9 years. When we even mention the name of the place, they are ready to go! Boundless energy becomes much more manageable at home after a long day of play and interaction and I am so thankful for the dedicated and helpful staff. The owners are on site and very involved all day every day, so they know all the dogs and their individual needs. I always feel so comforted knowing that my dogs - who are family to me - are safe, secure, happy and busy socializing and playing. It is obvious to me that these people know a lot about dogs and it is reflected in their quality of service and in how my dogs respond to an invitation to go to the Puppy Playpen!

This place was truly horrifying. I stupidly bought a Groupon for this daycare before I checked it out myself. The staff were completely nasty and rude and didn't even offer to show me around. They were only concerned that my dog had the Leptospirosis shot because there was a problem with rats. The building itself is just an old falling apart house that the owners have gutted so the dogs can run around the downstairs. There are scratches on the doors, floors, and walls. (I understand scratches here and there, but this was over-the-top.) I remember it being rather dark inside, too. I ended up feeling so awful leaving my dog there for even one day that I ended up getting him early and he never ever went back. If you love your dog, I wouldn't recommend this place at all. (And I bet the people who continually bring their dogs here have unfortunately never seen a real doggy daycare.)

We've had many different needs over the years, from very specialized care for our senior dogs, to earning the trust of our often fearful foster pets, to engaging with our attention seeking younger cat crew, they've been there for it all. We love the updates after each visits and look forward to the sweet photos. We highly recommend Outta the Doghouse.

Outta the Doghouse is a wonderful company. We work with Abby and Lexi and they work great for my reactive dog on walks. They adjust to our needs (if we'll be home or have to leave a key) and have great response times on the portal. I highly recommend them for all pets.

The best dog walkers/ pet sitters in WNY. Okay we only tried one after interviewing a couple but they are awesome! Outta the Doghouse has been walking our three dogs for over three years now and we are very happy with the professional service they provide. We have very large dogs and trust that they'll never be handled by someone that's not equipped to manage them. They have taken great care of our crew even as thier service has grown. When a new walker is added they are always introduced to us and trained on our pups habits and peculiarities before they are allowed to walk them alone. The app and website they use for communication and scheduling is easy to use and allows them to send us an update on how the walk went and sometimes includes some great pics of our pups 😊

Cheryl has been working with our dogs and training them in various areas. She wants to know what we need and does a fantastic job of helping us getting there. If the dogs are just not into it or having a bad day, Cheryl adapts. She is also very good at explaining what we're doing and why. The difference we see in our dogs with walking, coming when called and being in place are fantastic.

OTD has saved me so many times with both day visits and overnight status, these guys are great and my pups love them. Punctual, professional, friendly… Absolutely recommend them.
