I would gladly let Barbara take care of my pets again. Barbara stayed with my Frank and Fievel for a weekend. She spent time with them and remembered to take photos during her stay. Communication was excellent and the apartment was in the same state or even better when I returned.

Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

Cole is quite simply: The Best! This is the 3rd time she has housesat for us. Our two cats always have a great time when she's here, and our house was cleaner upon our return than when we departed. Cole is a great communicator, texting us periodic check-in photos and updates. We will ask Cole to housesit again for us in the future without hesitation and we highly recommend her!

Kelly was a wonderful pet sitter and house sitter! Our dog Cooper adored her. She sent us pictures several times a day and he was always snuggling with her. She kept in touch with us regularly. We have never left our baby before and we were anxious about it but we ended up feeling totally comfortable with Cooper in Kelly’s care. She also kept our potted plants alive during a heat wave and took great care of the house. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! I enjoyed meeting Samara. Sosha arrived after I left so we only communicated in writing. Samara is a sweet, considerate pet sitter. She brought her cat, who posed no difficulties to my pets. Samara was in good communication with me during her stay. She used my car without incident. My home was left much cleaner than upon her arrival. Samara proved to be an honest and responsible pet sitter and I would open my home to her at any time in the future.

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. If you’re lucky enough to find Anna as your pet sitter you will have peace of mind and well cared for pets whilst you are away and a clean and tidy home on your return. Anna is thoughtful and kind, she arrived the evening before the sit which allowed for some time to hear about her interesting travels and work, kept me updated with fabulous photos and details of the friendship she was making with the cats and even took the trouble to fix a sticky catch on the cat flap. Gowri was very patient and caring with Irisi who got sick the day before I left. I cannot commend her enough for how she rose to the occasion and took care of my baby. She even pick up meds from the vet. My cat, Squinty, was very comfortable with her to jump in bed and wake her up early in the morning (as he would with me). I am not aware of him doing that to other sitters that have stayed at my place. I would give her 6 stars for Pet care if I can! She updated me with Irisi's condition which really help ease my mind, knowing someone looking after my furry really cared. I would certainly have her back again!
