Joyful, "Can Do," Couple Who Find Beauty Wherever We Are
Wow! Tom and Kris are such a kind, thoughtful, and responsible couple. They lovingly cared for our pets (2 dogs, 1 cat, and a bird) for a month while we were out of the country. Kris takes beautiful photos, and sent us images of our pets while we were gone. One of our dogs required special attention because of a health issue, and they took really good care of her. All of the animals were healthy and happy when we returned. Tom and Kris took excellent care of our home as well. The whole house, lawn, and garden were in great shape when we returned. I would eagerly invite Tom and Kris to stay at our house again.

Kevin had excellent communication starting when we met on a video call. He always texted me right back and kept me posted on his travel plans in the weeks before his sit as we coordinated a meet and greet in-person the day before the sit. Kevin was super responsive during the sit and never left us wondering how the pets were. His frequent pictures were much appreciated! Our shy older cat took very little time to warm up to him and we also returned to a happy and content dog! All is well at the house, and we are grateful for a great sit!

Cindy and Frank left my home in excellent shape--very clean. You wouldn't even know that they were there. Suki seemed well-fed, and from the 3 or 4 images sent, she got out into the neighborhood, which is what I wanted! I didn't have much interaction with them before I left, other than 15-20 minutes for the handover, but they seem extremely organized and self-sufficient and nice. Very reliable, indeed.

Nicholas was the perfect fit for our month long housesit. We have two large dogs - a 3-year old 70lbs standard poodle and a 2-year old 65lbs labradoodle. Nicholas diligently took the dogs on lengthy walks twice a day and followed all the dietary requests for the dogs. He communicated regularly throughout our trip. We arrived home to a spotless house, healthy plants and trees in the dead of summer, and a yard clean of dog poop. We hope he can sit for us for our next trip! Thank you, Nick!

Kate was an excellent house sitter and pet sitter. She was thoughtful, sensitive, and attuned to our cats and the particulars of our house. It was really easy to communicate with her and she was responsible and conscientious about everything. When we came back our cats seemed unfazed by our return which was a great sign and it was obvious that she spent lots of time with them and gave them lots of love. The house was spotless on our return and she even alerted us to a health matter in one of our cats. She sent lots of cute updates and was easy going when we messed up a logistical detail on our end. Just a delightful person all around. I'd love to have her come again and if you have a chance to have her housesit, jump on it. She is a gem.

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. David was an outstanding house/pet sitter for our active pup Tosha, older kitty Rascal, and 4 chickens. Rascal came home with a deep, gaping wound the day before we left for 11 days, and David was very responsible in monitoring the healing process with photos and texts to us. He exercised Tosha in the neighborhood and local parks, and obviously enjoyed her company. Our house was spotless and extremely neat when we got home, which is always welcoming after a long trip. Farhan is a fantastic house sitter! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a down-to-earth, kind, and caring pet sitter for their home. We have three small dogs (around 6 lbs) and he took excellent care of them. They can be a little nervous/ timid around new people, and more so around men at times, but the dogs didn't show any of that nervousness around Farhan! He was gentle and respectful of their space and they warmed up to him immediately. I got a wonderful text the first morning that I was away that they cuddled up with him at night - showing how quickly they adjusted to him as their caretaker. I was able to meet Farhan in person before I left on my trip and I was able to have a wonderful conversation with an ambitious explorer. He is a delightful person. Upon my homecoming the house was very clean and the dogs were happy and relaxed. I can't ask for anything more! Thank you Farhan for taking such wonderful care of our three dogs and our home.
