We have been using West County Walkers for our puppy for about 6 months and could not be happier! They are extremely reliable, flexible, and Pixel loves her mid-day walks with them!

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from West County Walkers. I needed someone to walk my dog very early in the morning while I was laid up after knee surgery. Rob and Jillian were terrific with my pup. They were always on time and very pleasant. My dog loved them! Their prices are reasonable, and they are fully insured. I highly recommend them and I will be using them again after my next knee surgery surgery.

I couldn't be happier to have our fur baby Lily cared for by West County Walkers. I found them about a year ago when we had a horrible experience at a Kennel where Lily came home not so happy and with Kennel Cough even though she was vaccinated. The Kennel had cameras and we could see that Lily wasn't happy. With West County Walkers they came to the house, walked Lily took pictures took care of our mail and just made us feel at ease. Lily got to stay in the house by herself and nap and bark at things as she pleased. I will definitely use them again and again.

Very dependable and the walkers are great. The dogs are well cared for and the walkers send reports so the owner knows how they are behaving. I have used the service multiple times when I have been out of town. I’d recommend West Co Walkers to anyone needing a reliable dig walking service!

West County Walkers did an AMAZING job of taking care of our four fur babies (2 cats and 2 dogs) plus watering flowers outside etc. I love the daily service reports with pictures and quick response for any communication needed while out of town. We love our dog almost more than our child. Rob and his crew takes great care of our dog when we are away and is very reliable. Trustworthy and responsible. Highly recommend them. Have used a couple different services and no one is as good as West County Walkers.

WWC is a wonderful service. We started using them earlier this year when they were referred to us by a neighbor and have not been disappointed! The scheduling process is super easy. The communication from every one of the walkers, including what they did during their visit, how our animals were doing and pictures is wonderful! We have gone away a few times now and know that our home and animals are well taken care of and safe!

St. Louis Dog Butler is amazing. I travel a lot (sometimes last minute) for work, and they are always able to provide cat-sitting services. I couldn't recommend this company more. Saint Louis Dog Butler has been such a godsend for when I've been on call shifts and my boys have needed to be let out and walked! They have been reliable and the scheduling process is super easy. I love the pictures and updates I get about the boys from their walks.

We absolutely loved this service! Our dog was super nervous and Julia did a fantastic job of bonding with him! She took the time to coax him into trusting her and he got to the point where he was excited to go on an adventure with her! We mostly used the service for a midday walk while we were away at work, but it worked well on the days we happened to work from home as well! We never had to worry about our walker not being around, it gave us a lot of peace of mind that if Julia happened to be out of town, etc. there would be another well-qualified walker to fill in for her and our schedules wouldn't be impacted. Getting the photos and report card about the walk was really a bright spot in the middle of the day while we had to be away from our pup. So nice to know that he got out and explored every day!

Brian has been nothing but flexible and understanding while walking my dog Hooch. Hooch's temperament is a bit on the anxious side, and having Brian walk him has made a big improvement in how relaxed he is in the evening. Brian has also been very accommodating with shifting his walk schedule from time to time due to my work schedule. Great communication, and has always let me know how my dog was for the day if I ask.

Brian has been amazing! Brian has been walking my Chocolate lab since I was relocated to St. Louis in January. He is great at communicating how your pet is doing and any changes he notices. Brian really helped me out during my travels through St. Louis. I had tried several larger dog sitters and all were either booked, didn’t return my calls or required a meet and greet prior to my dog spending the day. Upon meeting Brian, he was immediately aware of my dog’s anxiety due to traveling. She willingly went with him which made me feel at ease about leaving her. I am so glad Brian was able to keep my dog as active as I was while we visited St. Louis. His prices are reasonable and his service was greatly appreciated.

I agree, Brian was a lifesaver! He was able to watch my dog Riley when I had some last-minute plans. We did a meet a greet and my dog loved him, she was immediately at ease! Brian was super easy-going and nice to work with. He even took care of Riley's upset stomach after getting into the trash (sorry!). I felt horrible that she got sick at his place, especially bc I was running late picking her up the next day! But he was so nice to take care of her and was not upset that I was late or at the fact she got sick at his place! He even said she was welcome back :)

Brian with STL Happy Dogs watched our 3 cats when we went on vacation recently. He was responsive and made sure they received lots of pets, food and a clean litter box. Our travel plans were disrupted and we had to stay an extra day and Brian made time to stop by and check in on the cats that extra day. It's clear he really cares about the pets he is caring for. Would highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Brian when I was a student and needed someone to care for my new cat over school breaks. He was very professional and accommodating to the specifics of what I needed, including playing with and spending time with my cat. He took great care of my neighbor's dog, too. Brian was a miracle worker from day one. His response time was impeccable. We struggled with getting control of our rescue dog for nearly three years before we reached out to Brian & STL Happy Dogs. His presence was immediately helpful with finally integrating our dog into the household as a real family member. We have also used his boarding services when we travel and I wouldn't trust my dog more with anyone else.

Brian did a nice job taking care of my 2 kitties over a weekend. He was calm and quiet so they took to him instantly! He has reasonable prices, sent pics of my cats at his visits and he kept their food and litter bucket areas immaculately clean. I really appreciated that. I would use his services again .

Brian was very responsive when I contacted him on-line for pet sitting on short notice. He came right out to our house to meet the animals. While we were away he kept in communication with us about how it was going, especially with our dog who can sometimes be reluctant. It so happened that our neighborhood lost power due to a storm while we were away, and Brian let us know and was making sure it didn’t get too warm in the house for the animals. He visited several times a day, and was very flexible when we let him know we would be returning later than originally planned. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Brian and STL Happy Dogs, LLC again, and actually plan to in the very near future! Thank you Brian!

Brian watched our cat for two trips and we’ve been very happy with the service. He came by ahead of our first trip and learned our cat’s needs and routine. He sends text updates with a photo with each visit, which we appreciated and keeps everything tidy.

Celsi is the BEST boarding host! She is absolutely caring about each and every one of the pets she watches and my dog loved her so much I wasn’t sure she’d want to come back home! Not only is Celsi an amazing host but the environment she provides for the dogs is such an essential primal canine experience because dogs are pack animals. I have not seen my dog thriving more than when she’s roaming as part of the pack! I highly recommend boarding at Celsi’s Dog Care. You can feel confident that your pet is getting the best attention and stimulating environment while you’re away.

I just had the best experience boarding my dog at Celsi’s! Celsi is super friendly and really cares about the animals. The facility is clean and spacious, with tons of space for exercise and play. I loved receiving daily updates and photos—they really put my mind at ease knowing my pup was having a great time. When I picked him up, he was so happy and clearly well taken care of. I can’t recommend Celsi’s enough for anyone looking for quality dog boarding. I’ll definitely be back!

Celsi is awesome! My family planned a road trip through St. Louis, and wanted to go up in the arch, but dogs aren’t allowed. I found Celsi through maps, and she was easy to get a hold of, and said that she could watch my Shepherd mix while my family went to the arch. I totally forgot to submit all of my paperwork and confirm my booking, but she made it work for me, even though it was my mistake. She was so accommodating, and took great care of my dog while I was gone. So glad I found her!

Celsi is the best! We’ve boarded twice with her. Our two pups get all the love and attention they need. They were spoiled and loved playing with the other dogs. Great socialization for your pups.

Celsi is amazing. Her love for the dogs is clear and I know our lil dog is in good hands when I drop her off for daycare. I love that they are active and get to play, but also have opportunities to snuggle up and relax. I also love that she takes pictures of the pups playing that I get to see while I’m away! We took a 10 day vacation this year and boarded with Celsi. We had no issues and Celsi makes the whole process easy. She was a happy loved dog when we brought her back home. I’m so grateful we found Celsi!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I just recently moved back into the area and I have an 8 month old puppy named Bear. I work full time and had in home care for him regularly up until a month ago. I wanted to find somewhere that was warm and welcoming but also safe for my dog. Celsi is all of those things and more! Bear has been going for almost three weeks and I have already begun to see positive behavior changes. He is so tired when he comes home in the best way possible and just relaxes. He now knows when we are going and happily jumps in my car to go. I take Bear 2-3 days a week and the prices are extremely reasonable for the care and level of love your animal is getting. Celsi is professional with her business and processes as well as considerate of people like me who are new to this process. Her daughter makes and sometimes sells home made treats which are nutritious and yummy. Celsi posts on Facebook which I love because I can see how Bear is doing when I am not with him. I cannot say enough positive things about this little gem of a business in Affton!! Look no further If you are looking for a place for your dog to be loved, mentally stimulated and safe. I am so grateful we have found her space and can’t wait to watch Bear make new friends and grow there.. :)

We are so lucky we found Celsi’s Dog Care a little over 2 years ago! We have such peace of mind when we leave our dog for vacations knowing that Celsi treats them like her own! She’s very accommodating, keeps you in the loop with pictures and videos, and my dog loves her! I can’t recommend her enough!!

I have used Celsi multiple time to watch my pup on long trips and have never felt better about the care of my pup! He gets so excited to see her so I know how well she treats him! I get pictures and videos and when I reach out to check on him she responds quickly. Celsi is great to work with, professional and organized. Finally, her prices are the best I have found, which is great because I feel I get the family touch for a price much lower than the big kennels! Celsi is amazing. I take my 4-month-old puppy once or twice a week and he has the best time ever he comes home. He's happy. It's an amazing place. They have little dogs. They have larger dogs but she does a great job with all of them. I recommend it highly

Celsi is AMAZING! We boarded our three pups for the first time and had some hesitancy about doing so because they’re our babies. But Celsi made sure to update us when we requested and she always posted pics and videos of them so that we could see how much fun they were having! She definitely gave us a sense of comfort and trust when it came to caring for our pups. We would definitely use Celsi’s services again and definitely recommend her go all the dog moms and dads out there!

I brought my dog in not feeling her best and freshly spayed. It was so important that I found someone and somewhere that she would be safe and cared for! And I can not begin to explain how far above any expectations I could’ve ever imagined, Ryan and Jennifer went. I got daily updates. Flexible with time. They even checked in on me and how I was doing!!! Genuinely just the nicest people. My girl came back to me so healthy and loved I highly recommend.

My dogs LOVE going here. They have helped both of my dogs when healing from surgeries. They are very caring with my fur babies and are quick with communication. I know my dogs are safe when they’re here and are getting loved on and having fun.

Ryan has stopped by and cared for my pups on a few occasions and does such a fantastic job. He’s extremely communicative and sends photos/videos the pups (as well as my cat occasionally who has to make himself known to get attention) just looking happy as can be. I cannot recommend Dogfather Inn enough.

My dog Bo loves going to Ryan’s and always runs to him with his tail wagging when we get out of the car. We received daily updates and photos - so comforting to know Bo was happy. We loved seeing Bo interact with the other dogs when Ryan would send videos. Always responsive to my texts and any changes in time that I needed to make. Such a great experience each time!

Ryan and his team at the Dogfather Inn are real life angels. I’m a full-time nurse working 12+ hour shifts, so my dog Murphy is home alone a lot. The dog mom guilt is real. After a bad experience using one of the very popular dog walking apps, a friend of mine gave me Ryan’s contact info and he welcomed Murphy with open arms (despite an already packed roster). I really can’t say enough great things about them, but I’ll try to keep it simple and highlight the important bits for everyone reading this review: - Trustworthy - Knowledgeable - Provides excellent socialization & exercise for the dogs - Consistently great communication - Includes many photos during walks/days spent at daycare - Improved leash etiquette - Safety first mindset - Very fair pricing - Flexible scheduling As if all of these points aren’t convincing enough, Ryan and his team are genuine dog lovers. They even took the time to create a beautiful Dogfather Inn yearbook featuring many cute photos of the dogs, funny quotes, and superlatives like Man’s Best Friend. There was even an “In Remembrance” section for the dogs who passed this year (break my heart in half). All this is to say, you really can’t go wrong with these folks. I trust them completely with my dog (and I don’t say that lightly). 100% recommend.

This man goes above and beyond when it comes to the care of my dogs I mean I love my animals they are family to me Ryan couldn't treat my animals any better if he tried. Ryan and his family made us feel connected during our 9 day trip with daily text and pictures of our Zoe! Not having her in a kennel prison was a great advantage as she had a recent amputation which did NOT faze Ryan at all. The price was a bargain for the attention we received. Ryan was a great find for us! We travel extensively, nearly always with our dogs. He provided amazing care at a very good rate. He was tuned into our meatball 3-yr old Lab and especially our sometimes dog picky 9-yr old Lab. Both of them had very good visits, each getting just what they needed. Highly recommend!

It's always hard to find someone to watch dogs, but Ryan was an absolute blessing! I sent updates and photos throughout the played with him, and even worked on son commands with him. He was an absolute to have watch my puppy! He is 10 weeks can be a handful at times, but Ryan treate his own! If you need someone to watch y Ryan is your guy!

My wife and I have been bringing our dog here for four years now and I couldn't ask for anything more in a dog daycare! We have used their training, daycare, and grooming services and I would recommend all of them. The owners and staff feel like family and genuinely care about our dog. If you're worried your dog won't like it, rest easy. Our dog runs to his leash in the morning to ask us to take him in!

I’m so grateful for Grateful Pets! Since 2019 my dog has loved coming here and I love knowing I can drop her off in a safe place for her to play with other dogs. The owners Richard and Rebecca are fantastic human beings as well their General Manager Bren who is always so genuinely friendly and attentive. Plus, they do nail trimmings for which I am extra grateful considering my dog has black nails which can make that challenging; they do such a great job! If you’re reading this because you’re trying to decide on a daycare for your beloved pet, then seriously come to Grateful Pets. Try them out. You won’t regret it!

My dogs love to go there. I have one in training right now and another who went through the training program. Richard is the best trainer you could ever ask for and all the staff is great, especially Bren!

Amazing place! My golden retriever has been going to daycare at Grateful Pets for a few years now and absolutely loves it! We also did some training with the owner Richard which helped immensely. You always hope that your dog sitters, vets, groomers, etc. will treat your dog like they are their own. That's how my wife and I always feel leaving our dog with Rebecca and Richard at Grateful Pets. I never worry about leaving him because I know they take such good care of him. And when I pick him up he always looks great! In addition to being caring, they are incredibly knowledgeable. Rebecca is well trained as a groomer and it shows. Our old dog also has a heart condition and she always reassures me that she'll take extra good care of him. I know she means it. (she even knows doggy CPR!). I can't recommend this place enough.

Nothing but great things to say. The owner Richard and Bren working the front, and the rest of team at the facility has been nothing but professional and kind. I have a 4 year old rescue Amstaff Terrier that has been handful (as many rescues are with manners early on) but an amazing kind loving dog. He's come so far this past year (living on the streets and abused). I signed Falkor up for training for that extra nudge he needs to get him past some of those rescue hurdles. We are still early in training but the communication from everyone has been great, and they came highly recommended (I can see why). Falkor absolutely loves going here and I can tell he gets his exercise in. The staff tells me how much he loves coming here everytime I drop him off, and I can tell he gets a ton of the proper stimulation that he needs for his breed. If you're looking for doggy day care, or training I highly recommend Grateful Pets as a dog parent. I'll update how the training goes, but I'm positive Falkor is in great hands with the team at Grateful Pets on his training journey!

I bring my dog here for nail trims about once a month. Bren gives the fastest, least stressful, and best nail trims my dog has ever gotten. $20 for my dog to have his nails done perfectly in literally less than 5min every time (I've time it before lol) is a STEAL, especially considering he comes back happy and wiggly and unbothered.

I’m dog sitting for my daughter’s St. Bernard and she gets very excited and is trying to push open the door to get in when I drop her off. So 5 stars from the dogs point of view!

They do an excellent job training dogs and dog sitting. I am very glad we found them.

Our dog was a pandemic pup, and a 5-year-old when we rescued her from a shelter, so she’s not very socialized. They warned us that she did not like going to the vet or the groomer. But from the first time we took her to get groomed at Kennelwood at Bar K, she was fine, apart from some very minor grumbling. They treat her well and I think she knows she’s being cared for. Big paws up from us!

We took our dog here to get trained, trying to understand the root cause of his jumping issues and Brittany was phenomenal! She was able to diagnose and give us tools in order to help train our dog. Definitely recommend.

**UPDATE: Manager called to discuss my concerns about this appointment and were very attentive to the concerns! - Customer Service is noted and we will be back to give them another grooming try in the future!* :-) Recently took our dog to get groomed, and the check in was smooth and we discussed preferences, I explained how he has knots on the fur under his belly and legs...upon getting my dog picked up, we were not impressed. The fur on his legs was barely clipped nor brushed, along with the knots were still under his belly. I had to cut them.out and brush him when getting home. The dog cut overall just looked incomplete and/or rushed.

We were in STL for the day and needed doggie day care. Bar K was close to our destination, looked good online and convenient, so we took our dog. It's GREAT! Quick to check in, great staff, Olive seemed very happy. And, they have a bar/restaurant attached with a bigger dog park, that we had a beer in after our day. Highly recommend

I have brought my dog to play several times! Staff is always friendly and attentive. I brought her for her first professional grooming today and Ky’ara did a fantastic job. We will be back for maintenance brushes and future grooming. Thanks a million Ky’ara!

We needed a good place for a day camp to keep our boy while we did some exploring. Came across Stay! And gave them a call 15 mins out. They needed his vaccination records and kept him FOR FREE the first time to see if it was a good fit. When ever in the area we will definitely be back. They looked after him well! Thank you!

This review is of their obedience training. While on the surface it may appear our dog learned some skills. It became apparent in the last week or 2 of her training something happened. Stella Blue went from a happy go lucky pup to an anxious and scared pup. Which after hundreds of dollars spent with behavior specialists, we will spend hundred if not thousands more with a DVACB doctor. Likley will cost more than the almost $2k we spent on training and unintentionally breaking her. :(. So buyer be ware. Their training isn’t all it’s cracked up to be.

I am very pleased with the service I was provided on my first visit. They let me tour the facility and showed me where my pup would be hanging out during the day while I toured the city when passing through. Highly recommend! We even got a little report card at the end describing my pups day!

I think my little tucker was more happy than I was after his grooming. When I first got my poodle miniature he was in bad shape. I bought some puppy grooming supplies to try to clean him up. But even with the aftermath Bar K did a good job. Dispute all the bad reviews I used to work here so I know how they handle and treat our puppy kiddos. Nothing can go wrong when it comes to Bar K. I would pick them over Pet Smart any Day.

As we are moving and it's our pups last day, we have to give happy tails the raving review they truly deserve. This place is his home away from home. I always run into employees who are possibly more excited than I am to see my own dog. They take the best care of the pups here and have the best service in town. I would gladly recommend happy tails to anyone and everyone around St Louis for doggy daycare and boarding. Thank you so much to everyone at happy tails for all the love you've shown Balto over the years. We will miss this place more than you could possibly know.

Happy Tails lost my dog for almost 48 hours. I have been a loyal customer for four years and what happened to me this past weekend is ridiculous. I brought both of my dogs (yellow lab and black lab) to Happy Tails on Friday, June 28, 2024 at 5:45am for boarding. I was scheduled to pick them up on Sunday, June 30, 2024 before 1pm. On Sunday at approximately 12:45pm, I arrived at Happy Tails to pick up my dogs. I paid for the boarding and then they brought, what they believed to be, both of my dogs out. They successfully brought my yellow lab out, however, they brought me the wrong black lab... I informed Happy Tails of the mistake and was told that they would get my dog and that this happens sometimes with German Shepherds and Labradors. After waiting for about 15 minutes, a worker came up appearing to be flustered and nervous. The worker and a few other workers had a meeting behind the gated area and when she walked out to the waiting room, I was informed that my dog was no longer at Happy Tails. Long story short, I dropped my dog off on Friday, June 28, 2024 at 5:45am, Happy Tails gave my dog to someone else on Friday at 2:30pm, and the person that took my dog on Friday at 2:30pm didn’t return my dog until Sunday, June 30, 2024 at 2:15pm. In other words, Happy Tails gave my dog away for 47.5 hours. I was told Happy Tails would give me a refund, however, as of the time of this posting, that has not happened. Regardless of whether or not they give me a refund, they gave my dog away. It is important to note that the person Happy Tails gave my dog to assured Happy Tails it was his dog, and he initially refused to return him when they informed him of their mistake... I will not be bringing my dogs back.

I trust Happy Tails and my 2 large babies love going here. They are a 24/7 business not only looking out for your pets but also you. If they don't pick up on the first call, please wait and call back it due to all the amazing customers they are happy to serve that sometimes you have to call back or walk in. 5/5 recommend!

I have been using Happy Tails strictly for grooming for years. I cannot say enough about the stellar customer service. The people are what make Happy Tails so great. If you are considering using Happy Tails for any of their services, i highly recommend you do.

Always take the girls here. The groomers do a good job and the people all genuinely care about your pets. Only complaint I can say about “grooming” categorically is that the costs are just getting way too high . It’s not a Happy tails specific problem, it’s a widespread problem. I hope that costs come back down soon. I recommend a hat you check this place out and see if you appreciate the people as much as I do.

I can’t say enough about how amazing this place is. My dog has gotten groomed here twice now and every single time I am beyond happy with how she comes out. CHLOE is such a sweetheart and so talented, she spoke with me about what we want and I felt so comfortable leaving my dog with her. My dog is usually shy but she came back like a new woman.

We left our dog with them perfectly healthy, he came back with a terrible limp on his back legs. Found out today he developed intervertebral disc disease and will be paralyzed the rest of his life. My 8 month old puppy absolutely loves this place! We take her here 1-2 days a week, and she gets the socialization she needs. It is really nice to have someone else tire her out because she has boundless energy. They have also handled COVID safety measures very well.

Love everyone there! They have been so attentive to my puppy even tho we are not there every week!! The orientation was wonderful and my puppy loves everyone she has come in contact with! One day I left her for a little bit, been house hunting in the area and they were more than accommodating to take her for a short time. Thank you so much for the love you have shown to my big baby Daisey!!!

We’ve been taking our dog to Love Unleashed for about a year now and love it! There are a lot of personal touches such as birthday parties and report cards. The staff is so genuine and kind. Our golden retriever always comes home tired which is hard to do! They also post pictures on Facebook which we really appreciate when we she is boarded and we don’t see her for a couple of days. I always feel confident dropping her off that she will be safe and have lots of fun with the other dogs. Would definitely recommend!

My dogs and I love Love unleashed! The workers seem to really care about your dog. Both of mine are rescues that are very timid with new people, but the staff at LU have taken the time to get to know them and really helped them come out of their shell when there. I love that I can go on Facebook and look and pictures of their day at LU bc the staff post hundreds of pics of the pups each day! Great place.

We had our dog's 2nd Birthday party in their event rental space. Love Unleashed went above and beyond to make sure our pups had an amazing day! The room was very spacious and had cute decorations. I would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to rent out a space for dogs to play. We will be back, thank you very much Love Unleashed!!!

I have a very well socialized dog. We are members of several dog parks, never have issues. I wanted to start her at doggy daycare so I scheduled a meet and greet with Love Unleashed. They took her back for a total of 10 minutes before deeming her “aggressive” and denying her admission. They said she was pretty nervous to start, but yet they just kept adding more dogs to the room despite knowing she was feeling apprehensive, and then she snarled. It was her first time away from me, they just tossed her straight into a roomful of dogs without proper introduction, and jumped to conclusions in determining her temperament within that short 10 min window. What a joke. (In comparison, their top competitor does a 4 hour temperament assessment to ease the dogs in properly.) Happy to take my business elsewhere!

It's hard to overstate the quality of care that my dog gets here, either weekly daycare or the occasional boarding stay. I wouldn't take him anywhere else.

My dog is always welcomed and she loves to go! Prices are best in town. I wish they offered full grooming services.

Let me start first with the positive. Some of the staff at both locations were extremely nice and the hours are great for healthcare workers! The price was more than reasonable. But what I will say is if your dog has any issues (overwhelmed at dog parks etc) this is not the place to go. Some of the staff does not know how to handle dog behaviors or give proper breaks to dogs becoming overwhelmed. My dog would do great if she got there earlier however they would have up to 100 dogs in a small space (800sqft?). You could always hear barking and chaos from the back. This was very stressful to my dog. My main issue was the way I was treated on my final interaction with staff. The lady that day took all of 5 minutes from me dropping my dog off for boarding as I was leaving town to call me and state my dog was no longer welcomed at their facility. But don't worry they offered to keep her crated for FOUR DAYS for the same price... nice try. We went to a much nicer facility where my dog had the treatment and playtime she deserved. She was no longer in a crowded gym with 100 dogs at a time ready to brawl it out. Based off this last interaction I would not recommend Love Unleashed. Unfortunately for traveling HCW they are the ONLY dog daycare in STL with hours outside of 7-7.

They take such good care of our dog Sophie, I will not take her any where else. I love the staff and how well they handle everything. Highly recommend. They also have packs you can buy that make boarding super affordable. :)

Love Unleashed is absolutely amazing! My pups now jump at the words "You wanna go to daycare?". Love Unleashed has a wonderful staff who goes above and beyond to ensure my dogs are getting the special attention they deserve! They put pictures up on Facebook of your dog while they are at daycare so you can see how they are doing while you are at work! They also host and are involved with multiple events which they always invite us to! I also just recently boarded my pup with them. Because of their such amazing daycare services, I trusted them with watching my dog for the weekend. They only give their attention to their boarding dogs during the weekend, and they post pictures of them having a great time throughout their stay! It was easy to see that my puppy was having so much fun. They are so personable, and always greet my pups and I by name. I have 110% trust that when I drop my dogs off for the day that they will not only be cared for, but will also have the times of their lives. I highly recommend any of their services to anyone!

We’ve been bringing Ginger Wigglebutt, to the Watering Bowl for some time, and we can confidently say this is the best spot for dogs in St. Louis! The quality of care, the cleanliness of the location, and the overall atmosphere are unmatched. Ginger absolutely adores coming here—she knows all the staff by name (well, as much as a dog can!) and wiggles her way straight to them. The front-end customer service is phenomenal, always welcoming and kind, and they have an incredible way of putting anxious dogs (and owners) at ease. It’s clear how much they care about every pet that walks through the door. From the daycare to the boarding experience to the adorable Pawdecure we have always left feeling confident that Ginger is in the best hands. Thank you for being such a reliable, clean, and caring place for our furry family member. We wouldn’t go anywhere else! Over the past five years, they have consistently provided exceptional care for our beloved Dalmatian, Charlie. From the very first day we boarded her, it was clear that the team is not only incredibly friendly but also highly knowledgeable about dog care and behavior. Every time I drop Charlie off, I know she is in safe hands, and it brings me such peace of mind. The environment is always welcoming, and it's evident that the staff genuinely cares for each dog like their own. Charlie always comes home happy and well-exercised, and I can’t thank them enough for that! It's also great to see that they go above and beyond to accommodate all types of weather, ensuring our furry friends are still getting their playtime and socialization. We decided to take out first will long vacation together in several years and decided it would be in our best interest to board our dogs. With so many options we called several places vetoed a free and had a sniff around the watering bowl on Hanley. Everything went great besides some anxiety which was to be expected since we had not personally sent either of our dogs to a facility for boarding or daycare before. The staff was very friendly and out our worries at ease. A few days before our trip we received a call that their location flooded from the rain we had but dog grove offered to still honor our reservation. The staff at dog grove were amazing from start to finish, helped correct issues that our two high energy puppy have returned two better mannered babies to us. Zelda and Clark are cherished by our family and they took amazing care of them, did a little training with Zelda to teach her to respect boundaries and gave us reports and updates as needed making the only thing we were stressed about very stress free. We appreciate all the staff members and well recommend and use again.

I’ve been bringing Mateo to The Watering Bowl for boarding since he was a puppy, and it has become his second home and family. The staff here has always been incredibly loving and attentive, making sure he’s happy and comfortable every time he stays. We’ve also worked with their trainer, Laura, and it’s been amazing seeing his confidence and happiness levels grow since starting daycare. Beyond the care they provide for Mateo, the staff has also become an extension of my own family. I’ve built friendships with them, and it’s clear that they care not only about Mateo but about me as well. I have complete peace of mind when I leave him here, knowing he’s in the best hands with people who truly understand and love him. I highly recommend The Watering Bowl to anyone looking for a safe, loving, and supportive environment for their pup!

I started taking my girl, Indy, to The Watering Bowl Dog Grove almost a year ago. I wanted to get her more socialized, both with dogs and new people. We started with the Stay and Train package. It worked wonders on my anxious, anti-social girl. We then migrated to daycare + extra credit. Those extra credit opportunities have helped keep up in the training she did. She is thriving! Has a new best friend almost every time she’s at daycare. I can’t recommend this place enough! The staff care so much about the dogs and Indy always comes home happy and exhausted.

The Watering Bowl is always convenient, easy and such a friendly staff. My dog thoroughly enjoys himself, makes friends and burns off most of his energy. I highly recommend the Watering Bowl for daycare and all the other services they offer.

I recently took my Airedale puppy, Winnie, to The Watering Bowl in Tower Grove, affectionately nicknamed "Dog Grove," and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and clearly passionate about dogs. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and offers plenty of space for dogs to play and socialize. Winnie goes absolutely crazy with excitement whenever she walks through the door of that building because she is so excited to be back. The team at The Watering Bowl made sure she felt comfortable and engaged, providing her with lots of attention and care. I was particularly impressed with the detailed updates and photos they sent throughout the day, allowing me to see how much fun she was having. The boarding services are equally outstanding. When I needed to go out of town, I felt completely at ease leaving Winnie in their capable hands. The staff ensured she had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I could tell she was well taken care of when I picked her up. Overall, The Watering Bowl in "Dog Grove" is a fantastic place for both daycare and boarding. Their dedication to the dogs' well-being and their excellent facilities make it a top choice for any pet owner. I highly recommend them!

Our dog has been a regular at The Watering Bowl Dog Grove almost from the point when we adopted him in 2019. We have had obedience class, we have boarded him, and he is also a regular at Monday daycare. The staff love him and he adores them. Within a couple of weeks of attending, he started recognizing landmarks on the way and wagging his tail like crazy as we got close. The staff are caring and responsive and also patient with his occasional quirks and sensitive to when he might need a break. The one time in years that we had a hiccup with scheduling logistics, management went above and beyond to make it right. They must have been scrambling since the facility maintenance at another site, but you would never know it in the staff’s demeanor and care. Our dog is a little guy - under 20 lbs with shortish legs - and I have always felt that he is safe and cared for even though he is sure in his own mind that the big dogs are his ideal playmates (they often are!) His weekly visits to the Watering Bowl make our guy a happier, healthier, well socialized pup and I always feel welcomed and cheered by meeting the staff. Oh! And they are also very talented photographers and videographers. They’ve taken some of the best pictures we have of him:) TWB is the Best!

The Dogs love going to The Watering Bowl. They are treated with kindness and love. They play all day with dog friends and come home extremely happy. We love the pictures and video they post as well.

Grace was fantastic with my 5 month old puppy. Stopped in as a first time customer because they offer walk-ins for nail trims. My puppy was greeted with excitement and lots of love. They were super quick and very nice. Also very affordable pricing compared to other places. Will definitely be back for future grooming needs.

This is our place for boarding and daycare of our dog Midna for the past 3 years, and we trust them implicitly. They recognize her on sight, and she is so excited to see them she ditches us and runs to the back. She goes there at least once a week, and we board her for vacations of up to two weeks, with her coming back to us just as happy as we left her. The one time she had any injury there (from running into a fence at full speed) they paid the vet bill to check it out. They have indoor and outdoor spaces, and their prices are more reasonable than other places in town. We love these folks!

They did a great job grooming my Frenchie. It was easy to get an appointment and they got me in the next day. I had no issues with the services they performed, my pup was so soft, clean and smelled really good. Reasonable prices. Overall, I was very happy with them and will return.

Walked in at 11:30 for a walk in and my cats nails were done in less than 10 minutes. Staff is so friendly and prices can't be beat. Will be back for more

Went in for a walk-in nail trim for my dog.. we were in and out within 5 minutes.. we have had a really hard time finding a grooming place as easy and helpful as them! Will be coming back :)

Took my five year old cat to get her first over grooming here. She had some matting that couldn’t be brushed out, so I booked a lion cut. I got an appointment in a reasonable amount of time and the service was appropriately priced and completed faster than expected! My sweet cat looks great and is happy and clean. It can be hard to find a good cat groomer and I would recommend this location to anyone.

Very happy with the service. My dog is very big and fluffy. He went in stinky and dusty and came out with a shiny coat and new car smell. They trimmed his nails, cleaned his ears and got the matts out from behind his ears. He was completely dry and ready for pickup within 4 hours. The only con was that my car bottomed out while trying to get into their parking lot. There is a huge dip in the road. Park on the street and save your car!

I have a four and a half month shitzu I have been taking him to petsmart for the past 2 and a 1/2 months. Trying to get them to groom him. They refused every time due to his aggression of being afraid. I called around to like 7 different groomer. Half of them never answered the phone. Till I call metropolitan groomer. I gave them detail on my puppy and the lady there said bring him in. She will have no problem in trying. She have worked with dogs worse than that. I prayed the whole night the day before. He had to go hoping that she would not give up on him. Drop him off waiting on the phone call saying that he was too aggressive, but I'd never received that call, the only call I have received was that he was ready. Upon my arrival stepping into the building. I looked to my left seeing my puppy and immediately smile. She did a fantastic job with this puppy and with his behavior problem with no medication which he did have. But she asked me not to give it to him. My hat goes off to metropolitan grooming. If you have not tried them I recommend if you have a difficult dog or puppy. This is the place to go.
