Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. Rebecca was the best pet sitter ever! Our chocolate lab, Kona, fell in love with her instantly and loved every minute of being around her. She was extremely attentive to Kona, taking him for daily walks and she did a great job of sending us updates, video clips and photos. Janis is absolutely the best pet sitter and home care we have had. She is a regular for us during our Christmas vacation because we totally trust her with the care of our three dogs and the management of our home. She is so good and efficient that I have already requested that she sits for us again next Christmas. Our three dogs absolutely adored her as she played fetch, took them on walks, loved and spoiled them. Management of our home was excellent. I had no concerns whatsoever as we had packages delivered and Mail that needed to be picked up. The house was in much better condition than what we left it.
