Jess and Matt have house/cat sat for us previously, so we were very reassured to know that they would be coming again. We didn’t worry at all while we were away, as we knew Gizmo and our home were in safe hands. We find them to be a very capable, respectful and friendly couple. They sent regular photo updates and we could tell that our cat was very settled - which was also apparent on our return. J&M communicated really well prior to the sit, letting us know when they had arrived in the country and the times they would be arriving and leaving. They cared for our home exceptionally well. They even topped up cat food crunchies and changed bedding, and the house was very clean and tidy which was joy to return home to. We would strongly recommend them as house/pet sitters. They studied my welcome guide, were very communicative on their way to my home and were extremely punctual. They gave my dogs so much love and attention - special adventures, walks, cuddles and play time. My 2 dogs were so relaxed and happy when I returned. It was clear that Henry & Ivy thoroughly enjoyed their time with Debbie & Tom. Debbie & Tom let me know how everything was going throughout the sit. It was my first experience/pet sit with zeewoi. Boy I was thoroughly impressed with this experience. They left my home in immaculate condition - washing all the bedding/linens and making the bed. It looked like a cleaning crew had just come thru. As a first time Housesitters user, I didn’t really know what to expect. That being said, Charity set the bar really high! My home and my pet were taken care of just as if I’d been here myself. She sent pics and videos frequently during our trip. Daisy was having so much fun, I was worried she might want to leave with Charity. They went on walks and nature hikes and played with acorns every morning. And lots of snuggles every evening. Charity organized our mail and packages. cleaned the house, washed the towels and bedding - basically left our home in the same condition we left it. I would highly recommend Charity for a sit and plan on having her stay at our home again in the near future.

Kristine is amazing! She has a ton of experience with large dogs and I felt so comfortable leaving our dogs in her care.. I can't believe we got so lucky to have her spend time with our pups. She made sure our dogs stuck to their normal schedule and went above and beyond, working with them on their training and leash skills. We came back from our trip to dogs that were happy and better behaved and to a house that was cleaner than we left. She was very communicative the whole time and took some beautiful pictures of the dogs. I would have her back in a heartbeat!

I felt that my dogs were in good hands with Billy & Cherice - both pups seemed happy and well cared for when I returned from my 3-week trip. My home was also clean and tidy. This was my first experience using an unknown sitter and I felt nervous to leave my dogs for so long while traveling abroad. If they were to stay again I would request more regular photo updates, but otherwise was very happy with Billy and Cherice's pet and home care.

We were lucky to have Andrea back for another sit with our elderly dog and feral cat. She has been wonderful both in the past and on this last sit for a month! Angela did a great job caring for Willie for 10 days while we were out of town. She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! We've had many pet sitters over the years (this is our first time using this app) and Missy is the best sitter we've ever had for our dog and cats. Our pets, particularly our dog, adored her and was really sad to see her go. It is obvious she loves animals and immediately understood the pack dynamics and the pet personalities. She kept the house tidy, litter box clean, and the animals so well loved. Because she was traveling from far away, she stayed with us the night before our trip and the night we came back. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation.
