Kevin had excellent communication starting when we met on a video call. He always texted me right back and kept me posted on his travel plans in the weeks before his sit as we coordinated a meet and greet in-person the day before the sit. Kevin was super responsive during the sit and never left us wondering how the pets were. His frequent pictures were much appreciated! Our shy older cat took very little time to warm up to him and we also returned to a happy and content dog! All is well at the house, and we are grateful for a great sit!

Cindy and Frank left my home in excellent shape--very clean. You wouldn't even know that they were there. Suki seemed well-fed, and from the 3 or 4 images sent, she got out into the neighborhood, which is what I wanted! I didn't have much interaction with them before I left, other than 15-20 minutes for the handover, but they seem extremely organized and self-sufficient and nice. Very reliable, indeed.

This is the second time Reg has looked after my cat, Kenya, and my house for over a month. He sent regular updates with lots of photos of Kenya who was obviously very relaxed. Nicholas was the perfect fit for our month long housesit. We have two large dogs - a 3-year old 70lbs standard poodle and a 2-year old 65lbs labradoodle. Nicholas diligently took the dogs on lengthy walks twice a day and followed all the dietary requests for the dogs. He communicated regularly throughout our trip. We arrived home to a spotless house, healthy plants and trees in the dead of summer, and a yard clean of dog poop. We hope he can sit for us for our next trip! Thank you, Nick!

Janis and her husband Dan were beyond phenomenal! Communication was great leading up to their arrival, especially with coordinating arrival and departure times. And during the sit, I got lots of picture updates throughout of how Isabel was doing. I could tell from the pictures how comfortable and happy my dog was hanging out with Janis and Dan and getting all the pets and attention. Coming home, everything was left so clean and organized. I definitely recommend them as pet sitters as they clearly took such good care of both my pup and my home.

Caitlyn, KJ, and their pup Sully were excellent house guests and pet sitters, and we would highly recommend them! I was able to meet Caitlyn and KJ prior to them house sitting for us, and we are always super appreciative when sitters are able to make that work and are willing to take time out of their schedule to come over and get the lay of the land. Their dog Sully was full of good boy energy and was a great playmate for our two Golden Retrievers. During the stay, Caitlyn & KJ sent us photos every day and followed all of our instructions for pet care to a T. They were super self-sufficient and gracious guests that left our place looking just like it did when we left, and we were very at peace knowing that our dogs were in great hands, getting lots of exercise, and romping around with new friend Sully. Jeremy and Brooke were fantastic! We have a senior dog and a over hyper pittie. They gave Daisy her meds and had lengthy walks with Fin to burn off some of his energy. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Tom was the PERFECT pet and house sitter. I went out of town for a while after my dad passed, and I had a few pet sitters bail before he came in for the rescue. He cleaned up the messes and I came home to a clean house and VERY happy babies! My two dogs LOVED him. He is extremely reliable, clean, trustworthy and was incredibly caring to my dogs.
