If they apply for a housesit/pet sit, look no further. THey will enter your home as pro sitters and leave with that same “title” but you will add “friends” to the equation. They show up to help you not just care for your dog. Top it off, they both have interesting backgrounds which make whatever they do in life to be exemplary people.Oh, and they are quite interesting and If they apply, no need to look any further. Daniel and Diana are such wonderful people. This sit unfolded perfectly! They flew in from TX to my home in FL the same day I left on vacation. Then 2 weeks later, they flew out right before I arrived so sadly we didn’t get to see each other in person. But the sit was flawless. No problems, lots of updates. I arrived home to a clean and tidy house with clean sheets and towels, a snack and a gift! Plus, most importantly, a happy cat. Ellie’s behavior lets me know when all has gone well with sitters; she was as happy and content as could be when I got home. This is the 3rd sit with Daniel and Diana, and I hope I’m lucky enough to have them sit with Ellie again in the future. Thank you both!

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. I felt totally confident in leaving Darcy and my house in Elaine’s care and I returned to a very contended dog and a perfectly clean and tidy house. Elaine arrived the day before I left so I was able to get to know her and enjoy an evening meal with her before my very early flight. We kept in contact while I was away via WhatsApp and I was happy to see photos of Darcy relaxing in her usual favourite places. It was lovely to be welcomed back home after my holiday by a very well looked after dog and it was so nice that Elaine was here to welcome me and had the lamps on, flowers in vases and a meal in the oven. Jacob sat for us during our holiday in March. We do not have any pets but we do have garden plants etc to look after. Jacob did a fantastic job of looking after the young plants that had arrived by post the day before we went away. He sent us regular updates and photos of how the plants were doing. We came home to a very clean and tidy house and thriving plants. Jacob did a great job and we have no hesitation in recommending him. If he comes back to the Uk and we require a sitter we will contact him first. Well done Jacob.

David was an outstanding house/pet sitter for our active pup Tosha, older kitty Rascal, and 4 chickens. Rascal came home with a deep, gaping wound the day before we left for 11 days, and David was very responsible in monitoring the healing process with photos and texts to us. He exercised Tosha in the neighborhood and local parks, and obviously enjoyed her company. Our house was spotless and extremely neat when we got home, which is always welcoming after a long trip.
