Unlike with many of our pet/house sitters we had the opportunity to meet with Sarah a few times before her actual pet sit. We enjoyed two meals together, had some great conversations and a few walks with our dogs in the park behind our home. Once the actual sit started we felt confident in Sarah caring for our home and five pets. During our trip Sarah sent periodic updates on the pets and some pictures and videos of them enjoying their normal daily walks and household routines. Apparently there was a little excitement when we were gone with our fire alarm going off after a cooking mishap and the fire engine responding! No major problem though besides some damage to the microwave. Sarah did mow our lawn for us several times while gone, so that was greatly appreciated. She also watered a few plants for us and took in mail and a few packages as they arrived. Our borrowed car was returned to us in fine condition. The beds were remade with clean sheets and the bathroom cleaned before Sarah left. Unfortunately due to a delay in our air flight and Sarah’s need to leave a day earlier than our original dates, we didn’t get a chance to say goodbye and catch up on her time in New Orleans. She did leave us a nice bouquet of flowers and a lovely Thank You card. We are hopeful that our paths cross again in the future as Sarah is a very nice person!

Shallene was a wonderful sitter. She was easy to communicate with, clear and responded in a timely manner. We came home to a happy healthy pup who had clearly been given lots of walks and love. She sent us the most adorable pictures on a daily basis, and we felt very comfortable that Annie was in good hands. The house was spotless and the plants well maintained. She is welcome back anytime we travel!

What a gem! This was our first time we had Marianne sit for us, but hopefully it will not be the last. She was everything and more you could ask for in a housesitter. Marianne communicates exceptionally well from first contact to the end of the stay. She is extremely neat and left everything in better shape than she found it. Our animals all loved her! Sophie obviously got walked and loved on to her heart’s content. She also must be a cat whisperer since she got both cats to come out and get lots of loving. The most amazing thing was her connection and care for my daughter and I in leaving both of us the flowers we love when she left our home. What a generous and kind person! We will definitely be requesting her again!

Janis and her husband Dan were beyond phenomenal! Communication was great leading up to their arrival, especially with coordinating arrival and departure times. And during the sit, I got lots of picture updates throughout of how Isabel was doing. I could tell from the pictures how comfortable and happy my dog was hanging out with Janis and Dan and getting all the pets and attention. Coming home, everything was left so clean and organized. I definitely recommend them as pet sitters as they clearly took such good care of both my pup and my home.

Angie and Joe were fabulous pet/house sitters and overall people! Angie sent daily updates with photos. Really appreciate the extra effort they put into watering the grass and garden. The house was exactly the same as when I left (including sheets/towel washed, beds made, frig cleaned, dishes put away and trash taken out...). Pretty sure Mia was looking for them the next day as she ran to the guest bedroom. Already scheduled a second sit! If you're lucky enough to land them as pet sitter then you're lucky.

Tina was a fantastic house/pet sitter for my cat Trixie - I can’t recommend her enough! She was very communicative and also self sufficient and I felt completely at peace with Trixie in her care. She took it upon herself to water my plants and also trimmed Trixie’s nails, which I always struggle with! She provided perfect company for Trixie, playing with her, brushing her, loving her and giving her daily medicine. She also left my apartment in perfect condition. I would gladly have Tina pet sit again. A 10/10 experience.

Elaine was the best dog and cat sitter I have ever had! She was so loving to the boys, kind, reliable, capable and took fabulous care of my two dogs and cat welfare. Jacob sat for us during our holiday in March. We do not have any pets but we do have garden plants etc to look after. Jacob did a fantastic job of looking after the young plants that had arrived by post the day before we went away. He sent us regular updates and photos of how the plants were doing. We came home to a very clean and tidy house and thriving plants. Jacob did a great job and we have no hesitation in recommending him. Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.
