We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Natalie and Christian were dream pet sitters while we were out of the country for 2.5 weeks. From start to finish, they were reliable and professional, with excellent communication. Tom provided a last minute sit when my 2 week long trip got extended to the 3rd. The previous zeewoi sitter was no longer available for the 3rd week, and Tom came in as a savior. As requested, he started his sit a day prior to the posted dates (thank you for being flexible). He met the prior zeewoi in person, since I was not in town, and got to know the house and cats quickly. He sent pictures of the cats each day and added a note about their well being. He was independent and was able to figure out how to use the litter genie on his own. I returned to a clean home and healthy happy cats. Would love to have Tom return and recommend him to anyone leaving their pets in his care.

Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! Lindsay and Bryce provided excellent care to our two cats while we were gone. They are great communicators, took amazing care of our apartment and send regular updates and photos so that we knew all was going well. Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. We look forward to working with Kyle again.

Neil and Anne have just sat for us for a second time, for a week. They are outstanding sitters in every way. Always punctual with communication and arrival. They both have responsible jobs and this is evident as they are both very organised. They care very much about the animals they look after. We were regularly sent updates, pictures and video clips of them, which is great to see when you are away. When we came home we were greeted by happy pets and an immaculately tidy house. We cannot recommend Neil and Anne enough. As far as we are concerned they are perfect housesitters! …...Hopefully they will come back and sit again soon!
