Pam was the perfect sitter, communicating really well prior to arriving, listening to my needs for Larry and ensuring that they were carried out. Keeping in touch while I was away on how he was, and sending photos. I returned to a lovely clean house and a thoughtfully cooked and delicious evening meal ! Emmi kindly agreed to come the day before I left which was much appreciated and I was happy to pick her up from the train station. She was a lovely bubbly, friendly person, easy to have in my home. Emmi contacted me once when I was away with a picture of Alfie on a walk and on one other occasion to seek help with feeding Alfie as she had a personal appt that overlapped his evening meal time. I was happy to do this as had offered support like that from sister who lived nearby if she wanted to leave him for longer than the preferred 4-5 hours, something I offer to all my sitters so they can enjoy the local area. Unfortunately she did leave him for longer than I anticipated or my sister would have taken him to her house. I think Emmi struggled with planning ahead travel arrangements to and from Edinburgh perhaps not anticipating how long buses took, though trains half the time but don’t run after midnight. Alfie seemed relaxed around Emmi though I think his walking and feeding routine was not as he was accustomed to. I always tell sitters just to leave the bedding etc as I am happy to do all that when I get home preferring the attention to be on Alfie. Emmi left my home tidy though I would have preferred half eaten food to have been removed from the fridge and maybe the bathroom bin emptied Emmi seemed to have left her packing until the very last minute so was a bit rushed when I got home but we did make it to the train station in time for her onward journey

We were lucky to have Andrea back for another sit with our elderly dog and feral cat. She has been wonderful both in the past and on this last sit for a month! Early in 2023 I went searching for a sitter to sit with our Lizzie for a month. I found Lori during my search and I am so happy I did. Lori’s reviews are all five star and I can fully attest as to why. Lori was so friendly and kind and I could tell from the moment she met Lizzie that she would take great care of her. I received daily pictures of her and Lizzie snuggling and I couldn’t have been happier knowing my girl was receiving a lot of love. Lori left our home in wonderful shape (probably better than I left it for her). She took great care and was very conscientious of all my plants. We even came home after a very long day of travel to some wonderful chicken soup. Lori will take wonderful care of your home and your precious pet. Jacob sat for us during our holiday in March. We do not have any pets but we do have garden plants etc to look after. Jacob did a fantastic job of looking after the young plants that had arrived by post the day before we went away. He sent us regular updates and photos of how the plants were doing. We came home to a very clean and tidy house and thriving plants. Jacob did a great job and we have no hesitation in recommending him. If he comes back to the Uk and we require a sitter we will contact him first. Well done Jacob.

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation.
