Lani is an excellent Pet Sitter and housesitter. Communication was easy, our pet Cleo appreciated her loving care. We came home to a relaxed and happy cat. I would happily ask Lani to housesit again.
Anant was a great sitter and a friendly guy. Kept me up to date re his arrival and with Marie & Toulouse during the sit. Found my house exactly as I had left it. Would highly recommend Anant to other pet parents.
Great pet care. The house was clean and tidy. The sitters had great communication. Would recommend again!
Initially, I was very nervous about finding my very first in-home pet sitter who could provide the level of care and attention our 3 beloved fur-kids required. From the moment Emily and Johnny stepped into our home, I knew they were going to be in good hands. Their gentle demeanor and genuine love for animals instantly put our dogs Gypsy & Johnny at ease. Emily and Johnny took the time to understand our pets’ unique personalities and preferences, ensuring that their every need would be met. During our absence, Emily provided us with regular updates and adorable photos. Their detailed communication gave me peace of mind, knowing that my fur babies were in the best possible hands. Upon our return, we were greeted by a happy and contented gang, who clearly had enjoyed their time with Emily and Johnny. Emily and Johnny are more than just pet sitters; they are true companions to our furry family. Their exceptional care, genuine love for animals, and unwavering dedication have earned them a permanent spot in our hearts. Without hesitation, we give Emily and Johnny a 5-star rating and highly recommend their services to anyone seeking trustworthy and loving caregivers for their beloved pets. THANK YOU Emily and Johnny!!! <3
BriAnna was our first pet sitter and we loved her :). She made every step very simple for us, communication was great, Pastis and Anubis seemed to be very happy with her, and the house was very clean when we came back. We highly recommend BriAnna to take care of your pets and we would love to have her back!
Elaine was the best dog and cat sitter I have ever had! She was so loving to the boys, kind, reliable, capable and took fabulous care of my two dogs and cat welfare. Walked them every day and would even sing to them (-: I am so very grateful to have had the pleasure of meeting Elaine and I would recommend Elaine to anyone wanting first class care of pets and home!!! We all miss having her around and wish her a fabulous world trip and safe journey back to the States.
I have had 4 pet sitters this year so far. And Liz was the best! She was wonderful with cats. She has an easy going manner and is very comfortable to be around. Very smart and she is a great communicator. She followed all directions and left the house spotless. I highly, highly, highly recommend her! I would have her again anytime!
Kuldip exceeded all the expectations we had from a Zeewoi. She took over from another sitter when we got stuck out of country due to a family emergency. A highly energetic person yet extremely organized, she easily matched the energy level of my 2-year-old Border Collie Pavo. She not only exercised him multiple times every day, but even him bought him new doggy toys and treats (much appreciated!). She got along very well with our neighbor and with their combined help Pavo got a much needed doggy bath! With her by my dogs side we were worry-free and able to focus on our family needs. Lastly, she left a pleasant surprise when we came back home. Our home looked squeaky clean and beautifully organized. Kuldip is a gem of a pet sitter and we would love to have her back for our fur baby without any hesitation. I highly recommend her!
Milly was a lovely house sitter and I’d highly recommend her. She submitted a really great application and after a FaceTime chat it was an easy decision to choose her for our sit. She is the youngest sitter we’ve chosen but she has a maturity beyond her years and it was clear she had so much experience with animals that we felt confident leaving her in charge of our menagerie. Olive our young Pom has never been left with a sitter before so we were a little worried about how she would be but Milly was so patient, gentle and kind that she quickly won Olive over. So much so, on the morning Milly was leaving ,Olive would only let Milly put her harness on her before going for a walk. All the animals were perfectly cared for while we were away and we returned home to happy pets and a tidy house. Milly’s communication from our first contact and right through the sit was great and she even sent a lovely video of the dogs having fun on their walk. I’d have Milly back to housesit for us again anytime.
Absolutely Incredible.... I will not lie, I was hesitant because David did not have any pet sits before this one (gotta start somewhere) but because he did the background check I decided to contact him. We had a great phone conversation and the decision was made. He came to my house the night before I was leaving to learn all the ins and outs of taking care of my fur babies and then put himself up in a hotel for the night before the sit date. The next day he came over in the morning to learn a few more details before I left. I could not have chosen a better house sitter for my 2nd house sit . David communicated with me daily, sent pictures and we spoke via facetime. My little guy was feeling sick when David started and with diligence, love and kindness he was able to get my little guy eating again and feeling better. I would invite David back into my home over and over again but I am pretty sure he is going to be in high demand. Thank you David for everything!

I was fortunate enough to find Dee with Just For Pets on relatively short notice. She was friendly and professional. I could not be happier with the service. She was able to accommodate the times I requested for my cat while I was away (feeding and medications in the morning and at night). I also received an update, pictures and a short video with each visit to let me know how things were going. I'll definitely be calling Dee again with any future pet sitting needs!
So grateful for Dee and all the amazing work she’s done with my pup! My baby is a rescue with a lot of trust issues and I’ve been so nervous to go out of town. Dee not only took the time to get to know my dog, but also gave me sage advice for behavioral support, slow exposure techniques, and even food! I really appreciate her care and patience and highly recommend her services.
Dee walked my dogs 5x per week. She was a 1 year old with exceptional energy. Mom pure border collie. Dad black lab golden mix (mix reduces cancer issues for this breed). Previously had wonderful dog walker who worked 20+ years with OR Humane Society. Her specialty was difficult dogs. Dog extremely social, beyond smart and loves everyone she meets. But stubborn as hell and emotional as well. Wonderful dog but challenging to own. Had 4 trainers talk about how extremely smart dog is but needs unique handling. This dog decides most people too stupid and she needs to be in control. Dee figured out how to work with dog. Got to be that half hour before Dee showed up my dog was quietly waiting at the door waiting to see Dee. Dee was extremely reliable. Great communication. Always seemed to go beyond for me. No complaints or concerns of any kind. -Bill
Dee was incredible in caring for our Frankie. He has some unique needs and it was a huge peace of mind knowing he was in such capable hands. We will definitely look to Dee again when needing care for Frankie.
Dee is great with our dogs, they look forward to their time with her every time! She genuinely cares for them and is an excellent communicator with us around their care. I highly recommend her services!
Dee truly cares about the pets (and owners too) that she cares for! My little pup is in great hands, I could tell immediately during our consultation. And the check in pictures and videos are so sweet. You won't regret trusting her with your fur family.
When I first met Dee everything was great. We seemed to have an instant connection and my dog seemed to like her. She asked me if I would write her a good review for her company website within the first two weeks. She was looking for 5 Star reviews because I by accident put 1 star and I got a phone call so I changed it to a 5 star so her percentage wouldn't go down. Dee was good at answering all of my questions. Dee was also good at answering Texts in a timely manner. She also converted my dog from kibble to a raw diet which has helped her with her allergies and gave her more energy. However, I noticed after a month the friendly banter became more of a rushed "I don't have time to talk..." and a list of all the things she had to do for the day bringing stress and negative energy into my house. She would then hurry my dog out the door. One day, I hadn't had a chance to feed her and said it would only take a few minutes and she said no. My dog could eat after the walk. My dog didn't want to walk so she dragged her until she would walk. From the beginning she asked why I was listening to my Vet when she had been a Vet student prior to moving to the U.S. years before 1989. She would also look things up on the internet. Dee made me question my own Vet who I had known for 16 years. Looking back I don't know why I didn't listen to the one with the degree and 16 year of practice on dogs. Dee also spoke to me in a demanding tone of voice (which I told her not to do on more than one occasion) and became very controlling and manipulative. Dee wanted to know exactly what I was feeding my dog and if I gave her for example too many blueberries or something she didn't deem necessary I got a lecture! She also for example demanded me to force my other dog walker to take pictures of my dog feces so she could check things out. This upset both me and my other dog walker and I finally said no. These are just a few examples pertaining to my dog, other Dog Walker and not me personally. The last straw was when she took my dog for a walk after she got a cut with glass on a walk. I had texted her that my dog had a cut on the inside on her pad near the base and that she was really hurt and showed me so when I put some Neosporin and a protective boot on it. The next morning she took my dog out for a 25 minute walk without taking the boot off to look at the foot first. By the time I got the boot off the foot was so swollen that I had to make an Emergency Vet appointment. When Dee showed up the next evening in her demanding voice she asked why the Vet hadn't wrapped the foot and what medications did they give her. When I told her I wasn't sure why but assumed so it could get air. I changed the subject to say that my Vet had prescribed antibiotics for her foot and some wipes for my dogs privates to use instead of her recommendation of witch hazel and aloe vera and her remarks were oh great more chemicals. After arguing with me over who was going to be taking my dog on the once a day potty walks (she thought she should be the only one to do so leaving the other dog walker without any walks for the week), I told her to take the week off. After several texts back and forth I came to the decision to terminate her services. To top it all off, even though Dee said she was insured she never offered to pay for part of the emergency visit even though the glass cut happened most likely on her walk (because of her route which she said had glass) and she didn't examine the foot which would have told her just to take the dog out to potty. Finally Dee left my key in a plastic bag and some product in sitting on a chair outside my front door while I was having my car serviced and wouldn't be home for hours. I replied to her text asking her if she had hidden the key so that anyone walking up wouldn't see it. I never got a response back from her. One would think that she would have checked to make sure I was home when she dropped it off!
I was so worried about leaving my dogs, cats, and home to a perfect stranger. Dee put me right at ease. I cannot say enough about the loving care she gave to our pack. One of my dogs had an abscess drained by our vet the week before we had to go out of town. Dee didn't miss a beat, she reassured me she would take care of the medications and wound cleaning, and she followed through with a beautiful job. She cared about the safety and mental health of each of our animals being sure she knew their personalities and individual needs. One dog needs to play fetch? You got it, several fetch sessions daily. The other dog needs a daily walk? You got it, fun and safe walks with plenty of sniffs along the way. Kitties that need a daily chin rub and safe quiet spaces, you got it. She was respectful of our home and a wonderful caretaker for our pack. I highly recommend Dee and plan to ask her to come care for our pack again in the future.
Dee took excellent care of my 2 dogs and 2 cats! Her communication was great, texting me in advance of the first visit to confirm details; then checking in each day with photos and updates about each of my pets. She went above and beyond to clean up a muddy mess in my house due to my dogs playing in the rain. Dee knows a lot about how to keep pets healthy and happy. I felt like they were in great hands. I would not hesitate to hire Dee for any pet care needs, she’s wonderful!
I have a 3 legged old dog who I didn't want to leave in a group boarding or anyone else's house. Dee pet sat for me and was great. She sent me nearly daily updates and pictures. She took him on daily walks. She made sure he got his meds and was always happy. I was very comfortable leaving both my house and my pet with her and plan to do again anytime I need to leave town again. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
It can be stressful to leave your loved pets with someone while you are gone, trust me, I know. But I cannot express how much I trust Sylvia and Micheal to watch my two dogs. Sylvia and Micheal are communicative, professional, and genuinely amazing people. They truly love animals and enjoy spending time with pets. They send picture updates to ease the mind, and they offer to stay overnight at your home or extended periods of time if needed, and they can take your dogs for walks or whatever is needed. I have one dog that needs a little more attention and can't be left outside of a crate if no one is home, and she loves playing ball with them and spending time with them when I am gone. I highly recommend Micheal and Sylvia for your pet watching needs!
Awesome Pet Sitters! We adore Sylvia & Michael and Stephen & Val! They all do such an excellent job of caring for our pets (1 special needs dog & 1 deaf cat.) and communicating with us. They send us daily updates with photos. They do meds and even walk our difficult to walk 🐕 dog Jolene. Jolene broke one of her nails last month and we were very worried to leave her for our trip. However, Sylvia made us feel safe in leaving her with her. Sylvia gave multiple updates every day on her nail with photos of it. She put Jolene's boot on her paw before she would go out to potty. We hire them to do daily visits in addition to overnights. They are always on time and stay the full time agreed on. Were so happy to have found them and now look forward to planning more trips. 😻
Sylvia is very gentle with my shy pets. She is by far the greatest pet sitter i have ever used. She’s great at sending me updates on how my little ones are doing and she leaves the house just how i left it! No worries on needing to clean up the mess a sitter made. Highly recommend her!
I feel so lucky to have Sylvia taking care of my pets and home when I travel. She really is the best!
Wife and I happened to be out of town on vacation when the ice storm hit. Our dedicated dog care professional made sure Leon Lemon was watered, fed and given play time. We were even given updates on him and pictures to reassure us he was coping with the weather. All in all, the best pet service I’ve ever used, will use again and recommend to friends.
My fiancé and I left our rambunctious female Staffordshire Bull Terrier with Acoya for a full week while we went on vacation. We left a detailed list for medication and food schedules. Acoya followed it exactly! Our little Mia came back just as herself and maybe even a little better behaved (Mia has some bad manners). I have boarded my pets before and have had numerous issues and paid the same that we did with Acoya. We recieved daily texts and photos of how she was doing and any activities they did. We will definitely go to Acoya with all our dog and cat sitting needs in the future.
Acoya has been a tremendous help in my daily schedule. My dog, Blaine, is able to get all the needed attention needed while I'm at work and from the start, I was able to tell how much happier Blaine was. Blaine is a very energetic dog and getting outside time, food, and love while I'm at work has really put mind at ease. Having someone there to look after Blaine for a bit while I'm sometimes needed to work extra long hours has really provided me with the security I need to know that my dog isn't going to be lonely and waiting for me all night.
Acoya is awesome. She has done overnights at our place for our hyper GSD/lab mix and our kitty. She has also been a great resource for drop ins to feed and cuddle with our "children"
Acoya is amazing. She watched our two female cats and fish while we were away for 1 week, not only does she feed them but she stays and visits which is huge for our very social fur babies, if you're looking for a friendly knowledgeable animal lover trust in acoya, she's very well versed in multitudes of species, but most importantly she will treat your animals like her own. ❤️ thank you for all your hard work definitely using her for my next trip!
Unbelievable service! It's amazing when you find someone that truly loves your pets as much as you do! I've had Acoya helping me with my grumpy grumble of Pugs and boy does she know what she is doing. I don't think I would want to trust my animals to anyone else! Don't hesitate - call!!
Amazing place I can trust my dog will be happy and safe for the day. Day care pricing is very reasonable and staff is so nice and friendly. They really go above and beyond ❤️ Could not ask for a better place for my doggo to spend time without me!
I felt the need to actually post this after years of not going to this place. I have taken my dog to many dog daycares. She is/ was always over the moon excited and happy. She is not a timid dog in the least. The first concerning thing was …
I have been bringing my dogs to Tail R Waggin at least twice a week since they were puppies (4-6 years). Juli & Charlie are amazing! Juli used to be a vet tech and Charlie is an animal behaviorist. What more could you ask for? When problems …
