Catalyst for Joy
From the initial contact all the way throughout the sit, Marie was great. She communicated effectively, was prompt, and was just the sweetest person you hope to meet. The animals took right to her. In fact, I think our Molly was a bit sad to see us arrive home and missed Marie. Marie did an excellent job dealing with a few issues that popped up. The fridge began acting up and ahe notified me promptly. I was able to get a repairman out, and it was fixed. Then there was a little leak under the sink, and thankfully, Marie caught it. My son was able to come over and fix that. Then there was the issue of Rascal wanting to take walks with Marie and the dogs. Our cats try and follow us on walks. Anyhow, Rascal walked along a little farther than normal and did not return with the group. Marie notified me right away, and I posted his pic on Nextdoor with the situation. A neighbor reported seeing him in the bushes and gave the address. I notified Marie, and she and the dogs walked over and retrieved him. He came out to her and stayed close to her and the dogs as they walked home. She is quick to notice situations and handle them efficiently. We arrived home happy healthy pets and a garden bursting with veggies. Marie kept everything alive and thriving. Our home was clean when we arrived and let me tell you, after being in an rv for 6 weeks, that is such a comfort to come home to a clean house. We hope to be able to have Marie sit for us again, she is one of the best.

They left her a little toy and they were so gracious when I came home a day early and didn’t tell them. She my mistake, I really screwed up and I feel really bad. They were just absolutely wonderful. This was our first time using a pet or house sitter and the bar set by Leslie is very high! She is warm, friendly, communicative, responsible and very clean. Upon arriving, she immediately bonded with our rat terrier, Oreo, by bringing him a new frisbee (his favorite toy/activity) and throwing it for him in our backyard. Leslie has a sweet and mellow dog, Benny, who is now Oreo's new buddy! She kept my husband and I updated via texts/pictures of their daily activities, our house, and was proactive in asking questions before she left. She even dropped our dog off at the kennel for one night at the end of our trip since our flight was too late for us to get home for him! Our home was clean and had fresh flowers from our garden that she put in vases for us! Such a simple and nice touch! We have asked Leslie to come back to sit for us again for 2 weeks in August. I'd highly recommend her to take care of your pet(s) and home too!

Davis and Sydney were loving sitters for our pets. We even had an extra cat (our son's) and they took great care of all of the pets and our home. The pictures and the comments they sent showed us they figured out all of their quirky personalities very fast. It was nice to come home to a clean house and all pets were safe and happy! Carolina was a fantastic Pet sitter. From the beginning, it was straightforward to communicate with her. She met us before we left our trip and ensured she understood all the house and pet logistics. Luna and Cal were very comfortable with her and were best friends with her fast. She was very affectionate with them, and Luna and Cal loved her and were very happy with her. Carolina was very responsive and sent updates. She was really lovely and easy to communicate with. She was very respectful of our space and very tidy. She even washed the sheets and towels she used even when she didn’t need to. She put a lot of care into caring for Luna and Cal, and they looked very comfortable with her. Having Carolina as a pet sitter made our trip very easy, knowing our pets were cared for so well. We would love to have her back to sit for us again and highly recommend her.

Milly was a lovely house sitter and I’d highly recommend her. She submitted a really great application and after a FaceTime chat it was an easy decision to choose her for our sit. She is the youngest sitter we’ve chosen but she has a maturity beyond her years and it was clear she had so much experience with animals that we felt confident leaving her in charge of our menagerie. Olive our young Pom has never been left with a sitter before so we were a little worried about how she would be but Milly was so patient, gentle and kind that she quickly won Olive over. So much so, on the morning Milly was leaving ,Olive would only let Milly put her harness on her before going for a walk. All the animals were perfectly cared for while we were away and we returned home to happy pets and a tidy house. Milly’s communication from our first contact and right through the sit was great and she even sent a lovely video of the dogs having fun on their walk. I’d have Milly back to housesit for us again anytime.

Gowri was very patient and caring with Irisi who got sick the day before I left. I cannot commend her enough for how she rose to the occasion and took care of my baby. She even pick up meds from the vet. My cat, Squinty, was very comfortable with her to jump in bed and wake her up early in the morning (as he would with me). I am not aware of him doing that to other sitters that have stayed at my place. I would give her 6 stars for Pet care if I can! She updated me with Irisi's condition which really help ease my mind, knowing someone looking after my furry really cared. I would certainly have her back again!
