Prashant and India were fantastic pets sitters for us. Both were dependable and were even kind enough to allow some service people into the home to do some repairs. Our dogs were well looked after and we got daily updates on how the dogs were doing. Prashant is very knowledgeable and gave us a few strategies to combat some negative behaviors that we were seeing with the dogs. Could not recommend them more. They will be missed.

Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy... Lisa and Sara kept in touch with us regularly and sent us beautiful photos of the pets as well. We returned to a spotless home, fresh flowers and a note with polaroids of Soy, Calvin and Chickie! We absolutely loved hosting Lisa and Sara and highly recommend them, they are some of the best sitters we have ever had and they're welcome back anytime!!

Kelly and Chris are lovely people and we loved having them at the house! They were very engaged from the start, asking questions and wanting to know all the details on our pets. We were completely comfortable going away and didn’t worry during our trip knowing our kiddos were in such great hands. K & C gave us pics & updates as requested, and we loved seeing our pets have such a good time with them! They left the house in as good or better shake as it was found, laundering and folding linens and tidying up so well we could hardly tell they stayed here! Carolina was a fantastic Pet sitter. From the beginning, it was straightforward to communicate with her. She met us before we left our trip and ensured she understood all the house and pet logistics. Luna and Cal were very comfortable with her and were best friends with her fast. She was very affectionate with them, and Luna and Cal loved her and were very happy with her. Carolina was very responsive and sent updates. She was really lovely and easy to communicate with. She was very respectful of our space and very tidy. She even washed the sheets and towels she used even when she didn’t need to. She put a lot of care into caring for Luna and Cal, and they looked very comfortable with her. Having Carolina as a pet sitter made our trip very easy, knowing our pets were cared for so well. We would love to have her back to sit for us again and highly recommend her.

M was the cleanest sitter I've ever had! But most importantly, she was so kind to my animals and treated them like her own pet family. She truly loved spending time with them and has an awesome bond with them after staying for a week in my home. She sent me pics and updates daily, which put me at ease while I was away. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Leo and Susi were wonderful pet sitters for our two cats. They were responsive, communicative, and gracious guests, and the I swear the house was cleaner when we got home than we left it. The cats were very contented. Any time we leave we will be checking in with them first. Such a pleasure to work with.

Jerry and Suzanne were absolutely ideal sitters for our home and pets. We spoke with them ahead of their visit and could tell that they are genuine pet and travel lovers. Over their stay we got to see even more that they are wonderfully friendly, kind, and responsible - plus they kept us laughing with their updates and descriptions of our pets' antics while we were away. Our pets and plants were well loved and our house was spotless upon our return home, and they were even kind enough to leave a few goodies in the fridge. Amazing experience! Five stars all the way... Nikki was kind enough to watch our two cats Thomas and Toby while were away on our honeymoon. From the very beginning she made us feel comfortable with clear communication and quick replies. Since she was local in Atlanta we got to meet her ahead of time and hand off keys before we left. While we were away she sent pictures of our little buds having fun and being themselves, so we always knew they were ok. She always showed up exactly when she said she would from pickup to dropoff and it was so incredible to know they were in good hands, and we never had to worry. They love being around people so for her to have been able to stay with them and love on them regularly we came home and could immediately tell both Thomas and Toby felt great as they were completely comfortable. Much much different than when we leave even for a few days and have a pet sitter stop by and feed them. She asked all the necessary questions in advance, so she didn't have to email or ask anything while we were away. She even took the time to make sure everything was neat and tidy, prepped the sheets to be changed, and was unbelievably sweet to get us a wedding gift we both love. Nikki we can't thank you enough for taking care of our cats, and we would only be so lucky if you stuck around town! :)
