Not only did they keep the house immaculate, they were a pleasure to deal with, always timely and informative. Their dog Chia was a great friend for Bucky, and super easygoing. Danielle, Brodin, and Chia are all pros at house sitting, and it shows. I would not hesitate to have them back again, and I know Bucky would love it even more. Pennee and Bill were excellent sitters for Guga. They arrived the night before our trip so we could enjoy dinner and getting to know each other. They kept us informed with photos about Guga and his escapades to the beach, on his walks at Dolphin Head or just cuddling with them at home. Jessica cheerfully endured a sit where she had to deal with a lot of rainy weather and a dog who likes to go on walks regardless of the weather - he’s a Lab, so I think he actually enjoys the rain! She maintained such a good attitude about everything and she sent several photos of the two of them snuggling on the couch when they were stuck indoors. I should also mention that she is excellent with communication during the sit, and she left my house very neat and clean. I felt that Hudson got lots of loving attention and was very well-cared-for. I would recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a great sitter!

Abby was truly the best pet sitter we've ever had. We were never concerned or worried about the care of our pups and home. All the neighbors have told me that the dogs looked happy on the many walks. She sent videos of photos about every other day. We hope that Abby will stay in our home next summer as well. Abby is very highly recommended by our whole family, including the dogs!!!

Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy... Lisa and Sara kept in touch with us regularly and sent us beautiful photos of the pets as well. We returned to a spotless home, fresh flowers and a note with polaroids of Soy, Calvin and Chickie! Angela did a great job caring for Willie for 10 days while we were out of town. She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. Angela was very accomodating when we needed to come home a day early - Thank you! Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! She was easy to communicate with before and during the sit (very responsive), and made time to do a walk through of our house/intro to Rosie prior to the sit. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.

Gowri was very patient and caring with Irisi who got sick the day before I left. I cannot commend her enough for how she rose to the occasion and took care of my baby. She even pick up meds from the vet. My cat, Squinty, was very comfortable with her to jump in bed and wake her up early in the morning (as he would with me). I am not aware of him doing that to other sitters that have stayed at my place. I would give her 6 stars for Pet care if I can! She updated me with Irisi's condition which really help ease my mind, knowing someone looking after my furry really cared. I would certainly have her back again!

SHELLEY IS AMAZING!!! Truly- I don't know what I could have possibly done to deserve the care Shelley and her daughter Jen gave to our pets and our home. They faced truly abysmal weather here in New Orleans and could have re-routed their whole trip to find better weather, but they kept their commitment to us. The house was sparkling and neat as a pin when we returned. Our very own network of spies (i.e.- the friends at the dog park where Shelley kept our daily 7:00 AM appointment) said that they were the best sitters we have ever had. Our skiddish Labradoodle and lazy beagle loved them at first sight. If you have a chance to have Shelley house sit for you then count yourself lucky because she is a treasure. Like Mary Poppins for pets. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
