Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. We look forward to working with Kyle again.

I received consistent communication in the form of updates & photos and I had the true sense that Megan was invested in the wellbeing of my animals and truly enjoyed being with them! For our first experience with a house sitter, Jim and Julie have set the bar high.  We felt totally confident that any issues would be dealt with, fortunately there were none. They were outstanding house and pet sitters whom we would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone. They took exceptional care of our house full of pets from 2 large dogs, 3 cats, snake, gecko, fish tank and a koi pond. They provided updates daily, were very easy to communicate with and the house was just as clean as when we left it, with the addition of a nice welcome home gift. We knew our pets were in good hands.
