Michael and Angela were nothing short of wonderful. They took inmaculate care of Oreo (our cat), our two fish (which Michael called “The Twins”), our home and the outdoor plants and deck. We could not have asked for better sitters. They sent regular text messages about the house and pets with pictures of the mail we received that was not junk mail. In addition to being good caretakers, they were super nice people and fun to know. We would have them return in a heart beat. What a wonderful couple!

We knew that our home and our pets were in good hands when we met Dave upon his arrival. And he did not disappoint! The pets were loved and cared for even with complicated feeding instructions. I selected Alice based on a Zoom 'interview'. She was intelligent, interesting and had a good sense of humour. She arrived the day before I left to come to my condo so I could show her around, in person. I found that very thoughtful. During my trip, Alice sent updates with cute stories and pictures. She prepared for my arrival by changing sheets, towels and thoroughly cleaning everything. My cats were relaxed and content. During the brief time I spent with Alice I sensed her good nature and her deep, interesting personality. She is someone with whom I could easily be friends.

Matthew & Stephanie are wonderful pet caretakers and housesitters. They are excellent communicators, shared sweet photos of our girl while we were away, and we came home to a very clean home. It's the best feeling to go away and know our pup is well-cared for and our house looked after as if it was their own. Terri and Blake were wonderful house sitters, Harri our Welsh Springer Spaniel had clearly been more than well looked after. We received lots of pictures of him obviously having a great time. Blake looked after my garden so well. They are a very personable couple and we would recommend them highly.

We were lucky to have Andrea back for another sit with our elderly dog and feral cat. She has been wonderful both in the past and on this last sit for a month! We trust her implicitly and are always at ease that our pets will have the most kind and careful attention. She is excellent with videos and communication and very clean and tidy. Again we feel lucky to have found her, and feel she would be a great sitter for any pets!

Caitlyn, KJ, and their pup Sully were excellent house guests and pet sitters, and we would highly recommend them! I was able to meet Caitlyn and KJ prior to them house sitting for us, and we are always super appreciative when sitters are able to make that work and are willing to take time out of their schedule to come over and get the lay of the land. Their dog Sully was full of good boy energy and was a great playmate for our two Golden Retrievers. During the stay, Caitlyn & KJ sent us photos every day and followed all of our instructions for pet care to a T. They were super self-sufficient and gracious guests that left our place looking just like it did when we left, and we were very at peace knowing that our dogs were in great hands, getting lots of exercise, and romping around with new friend Sully. She was easy to communicate with before and during the sit (very responsive), and made time to do a walk through of our house/intro to Rosie prior to the sit. Ce was an amazing house sitter for our best bud Atlas. She not only took amazing care of our needy pup, she took great care of the home as well. Elaine was the best dog and cat sitter I have ever had! She was so loving to the boys, kind, reliable, capable and took fabulous care of my two dogs and cat welfare. Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets! Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks. She showed up before the sit to go over instructions for the pet care and was even here when we returned (before she left for her next engagement). You would never know this was her first TH sit. She quickly earned our trust, asked for clarification when needed, and overall is just a GREAT PERSON!! Her kindness showed through in the care of each and every one of our furry babies. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Angela and Joe are wonderful house and pet sitters sitters in every way. They have a great loving way with animals and my shy dog warmed up to them right away. They are warm, organized, confident, and thorough. They communicated very well and gave me frequent updates and sweet photos of my dog Chica. They also took excellent care of my home. My only regret was that I didn't get to spend more time with them, because they're such lovely and interesting people. I give Angela and Joe my highest recommendation and feel that anyone would be very lucky to have them their sitters! I hope that they return to sit here again.
