I have used the services of TLC In-Home Pet Care several times over the last few years and I have been extremely impressed with the care they provide my cat Callie while I am out of town! When Callie was just 6 months old, we had a family vacation planned and I was nervous about leaving her on her own for long periods of time. My vet's office recommended TLC and I reached out to them right away. I really like that they do a meet and greet first so they can get to know your pet a little bit and answer any questions or concerns you may have. Another positive is that they hold different certifications, including ones in pet first aid and CPR. On top of all this, Laura and Rich are wonderful people and they really do go above and beyond when they come check on my furry loved one. Detailed notes about each visit are left for me at home, as well as on their online client portal. Pictures are often left in the visit notes as well. I can't recommend Laura, Rich, and the TLC care team enough! I have so much more piece-of-mind knowing the Callie is being looked after by a great team of people while I'm out of town. I look forward to continued use of their services in the future!

I’ve been using Laura and Rich and their gang for cat sitting since we moved to Fort Wayne from out of state several months ago. I’ve used them for several short trips of 3-7 days and for a 3-week trip over Christmas where they spent nights at our house. The care they provide for my two kitties is top notch, even with the one who isn’t especially friendly. They know just how to keep her feeling safe and loved! I absolutely trust them with my two kitties and in my home, and I highly, highly recommend TLC In-Home Pet Care.

We love Rich and Laura and we honestly couldn’t have gotten our dog with out their help! My husband and I both work long hours (8 and 12-14 respectively) and when we first adopted our 4 month old puppy, we knew we’d need help. I had taken the 1st 2 weeks off work in order to get him house broken and start some basic training and they were able to help foster his skills from there! They gave us recommendations on how often they should visit him to start since we had no idea what we were doing and our dog loved having their company! Always gave detailed reports of their visits and even gave us some advice when he got sick. Some of the cutest pictures I have of our dog is ones that they took! Since we moved out of Fort Wayne, we don’t use them any more but wish they lived where we do now so we could keep them!

TLC (Laura and Rich) are exceptional at what they do. We have been using them since we moved here and it has been a blessing having them care four our 2 (previously 3) fur babies in our home. You can tell they are animal lovers and they have always been respectful of our home. If you have never experienced in-home pet care, I would suggest trying TLC at least once. Not having to take our boys (dogs) to be boarded makes leaving less stressful. We know our boys will be together, safe, cared for exceptionally well, and comfortable in their own home.

My Mom passed away recently and we needed to leave the country ASAP. It was our first time availing services of a pet sitter and chose TLC because of the good reviews. We were not disappointed at all! For 2 weeks, Laura took care of our 2 feathered babies. Laura was amazing, gave us daily updates and pictures, very professional and trustworthy as well. Furthermore, the app makes it very convenient for payments, scheduling, instructions, etc. We most definitely will use TLC’s services again.

We have been using TLC for about 5 years for our dogs and birds. They always go above and beyond in taking care of our pets. I love the updates at each visit so we know how things are going while we are away. We had a dog that needed a lot of medications and they always did such a good job. Our pets adore them!

I can tell you that Rich, Laura and Emily have been an absolute blessing to us! It is the best feeling knowing we can go away and know our cats are being taken care of beyond measure! Every single one of them goes above and beyond in taking care of the cats and not only that but they pay close attention to details. They help sweep up the litter, bring in packages. We even forgot to ask them to take our trash bin to the curb and they wrote us and said we saw your neighbors bins at the curb so we took your trash down! Amazing ! Thank you all for taking such amazing care of Hank and Ivy and for always going above and beyond! Oh and their app is phenomenal and so easy to stay in touch with how our cats are doing! They send lots of pics too!

I can’t say enough good things about TLC’s pet sitting services! It’s clear that they’re not just professionals but also true animal-lovers. My dog, Bella, as well as my four cats were truly happy animals when I got back home, they really took to Laura and Rich (whom also happen to be my In-Laws!!) They went above and beyond, updating me with photos through-out the week. They even took care of little chores around the house such as bringing in the mail. I returned home to happy animals and a well looked after home. If you're looking for reliable, compassionate, and exceptional pet care, look no further. Laura takes great care of our pets when we travel. She also communicates regularly so we never have to worry and even send pictures. Our cat loves his visits and the attention he gets. Highly recommend!

Laura and Rich did an outstanding job taking care of our cats while we were on a trip. They were thorough, spoke at length with me to understand what care the cats needed, and followed it all up with incredible service. They left notes following each visit and sent us photos of our cats while we were gone, too! I highly recommend checking out TLC if you have pets that need to be visited while you’re out of town. Our cats were well taken care of and even the shy one warmed up to Rich and Laura!

Emery did an amazing job with our zoo (8 cats, a foster dog, fish, and our bearded dragon). She sent daily updates (with pictures), was super responsive, took great care of our house (she even took care of our plants), and really put in the extra effort to make sure our foster dog Archie was comfortable (there were a lot of fireworks while she watched him). She was extremely flexible and easy to talk to (despite my neurotic tendencies). We'll definitely be using her in the future!

Our Golden doodle LOVED his stay at Critter Sitters. George came home completely exhausted, which was really nice for us after a day of traveling. Emery and her daughter are absolutely experts in the field of animal care. They gave us some free tips on dog allergies and how to keep George's separation anxiety under control. We will definitely be going back and would recommend them to anyone. Please understand that this is a one-person business that is mostly being run out of the kindness of her heart. This is NOT a massive pet complex with multiple helpers/rooms/etc. If you want a truly personalized experience, this is the way to go!

We were in town with our 9 month old puppy due to a death in the family and needed a sitter for him during the funeral. We contacted Emery with only 5 hours notice and she took in our puppy. He had never been left with a stranger before like that, but when I went to pick him up after the service he almost seemed reluctant to leave. We especially appreciated the pictures we received while he was there. If we lived in Fort Wayne, we would DEFINITELY bring our dog to Emery any time we needed a sitter!

Hired Emery to feed/water our community cats every day while we were on vacation. She communicated and sent pictures almost every day and kept us in the loop. I would recommend Emery to others and would hire her again.

The Paws n Claws team is amazing! Customer service and hospitality are top notch. I have recently experienced a different pet care company, and I’ve never appreciated Paws n Claws more! I am confident our two small dogs receive great care each time they are there for play care or grooming! Each team member is so welcoming and they offer fun and festive events and opportunities for our pets.

Paw's-n-Claw's Pet Care Palace is phenomenal! They are a small business that is locally owned and operated, and they truly care about all of their animals. Not to mention their staff are wonderful and very friendly! Theo, our Australian Shepherd, has been in their DayPlay program since he was a young puppy, probably 5-6 months old. I can't believe he will be turning two in July. He can't wait to celebrate his 2nd birthday with his doggy friends this summer at the Palace! Paw's-n-Claw's Pet Care Palace does a wonderful job of engaging the animals through mental stimulation, exercise, and different types of play. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone look for a full-service care center for their pet. We have used their DayPlay and boarding services, and will be starting grooming soon as well. It’s very hard for me to find a kennel that I can trust with my dog, but after having Cola stay here a few times, I know she is well taken care of, loved, and most importantly safe while I’m away. The facility is very clean and I like how it’s on the smaller side. Also the employees have been nothing but awesome! I have already recommended this place to my friends and family 😊

This doggie daycare is by far the best anywhere around. Our girl went there for day play and boarding. They watch them closely and noticed things like medical issues an owner might not have known. Peace of mind for sure. No stress boarding why? Because boarding where she has day play means not a scary deal, it's her home away from home.

Brought my dog here in a time crunch sort of, bc my dog sitter cancelled so didn't have a lot of time to find other places. I was informed at check in, the day of taking my dog in, that it was going to be double since it was a weekend. (They didn't tell me that When I booked it and did the walk thru, so I was pretty shitty but didn't really have a choice to go anywhere else) So I paid almost 130$ for basically one night. If they would have told me when I had called that it was going to be double I would have tried to find somewhere else to take her. Staff was friendly but won't be going back.

Paw's-n-claws is amazing. You can see how much they love dogs just by the pictures alone. On sunny days, they are all outside playing and on rainy days, they are lounging inside looking out the window. Perfect vacation spot for the pups

We have gone to groomers all over the Michigan and Indiana areas for 11 years. Paws n Claws does the most professional looking job of anyone we have tried. We have had Newfoundlands and Bernese Mountain Dogs, so grooming has been a consistent part of our lives. They are not the cheapest, but when our dog comes back, he looks like he is ready for the show ring. I can tell he enjoys it as well.

Took my dog here for a "Consult." They said she was too anxious and I should try Von Aries. So I told them I have been taking my dog (German Shepherd) to Von Aries since she was 1 year old. They love her as does Ruff House. The lady proceeded to tell me as I was about to drop her off that they have lost a German Shepherd before. I was also shocked their kennels are stacked on top of one another with a very tight squeeze. Apparently, they are not familiar with the German Shepherd breed. This breed is very anxious at first but they can eventually settle down. I also have a friend who took their dog to this place and they told her the same thing that her dog was too anxious. Just so unprofessional. I tell everyone to never bring their dog here. **in response to their comment: I like many others take my dog to other places because one place might be booked so I need to find another. To which isn’t a bad thing. Nope I got nothing confused. You told me my dog was too anxious and should try Von Aries to which I said she’s been going there for awhile. Then your worker was surprised. Now you’re stating my dog showed aggression? When first it was anxiousness? As soon as she stepped in the smallest room known to man to which you call your “kennels”. Dogs that were stacked to the ceiling in kennels were growling and barking at her. Sorry dogs bark 🤷🏻‍♀️ It’s apparent in any of your low review comments you take no responsibility of anything negative happening. Unprofessional.

Good 1st experince with boarding my dog with them. I will use them again.

This is the only place in town we trust to take care of our little old babies. They staff is very friendly, and they took very good care of our 15yo pug mix and dachshund. The pug has hip problems, and after the reception area everything is level. You can also get add-ons like a Disney movie night with popcorn as well as personal snuggle time for nervous/attachment issue pups. We always get daily pictures. They never forget to send them, but the timing varies

Midnights Pet sitting is the best! Arianna has great communication and updates when pet sitting. She has an attention to details and goes above and beyond to take care of pets! She gives compassion and love as if each pet were her own. Her reliability and trust is the key to her success! I absolutely recommend her services for any pet needs!!

I use the drop in visits with her, and the boys (my two dogs) get so excited when she comes! She does a great job with them. She also has a flexible schedule to try and meet everyone's needs! Highly recommend!

Arianna has been coming over to take care of our Donna for us for the last 8 months & she's been an absolute doll!. Our Donna dog is so shy & scared & she took to Arianna very quickly. She sends photo updates & gives lots of love and treats. Shes always great with communicating & shes so generous. Our whole household adores her! She also brings in my Amazon packages while I'm at work 🤣🤣 We work long 10 hour days 5-6 days a week. Without Arianna we wouldn't be able to balance our busy work schedules and our dog. She makes it possible for me to give my all to my career without worrying about my baby at home. 💕💕 I recommend her to any & everyone I see in need of a sitter

I recently used Midnights pet sitting for my two cats and my doggo for a week. I absolutely loved the daily updates! I definitely felt reassured while on vacation that my pets were well taken care of. Definitely trust worthy. It's always a risk letting someone you don't know into your home but with some great references I knew I could trust them and you should too! If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. My doggo has anxiety when it comes to boarding and home is home. It's where she's comfortable. So to have someone come and take care of her while I'm gone is way better than any boarding.

We met Arianna about 8 months ago when we realized our work schedules were too busy and we needed help with our pupper, Donna. My fiance found Arianna's pet sitting page and she got us penciled into her schedule quickly and she's been amazing ever since. Edmy and Craig are the absolute best. Stella has been with happy time pet care and love a little over two years now. Trying to find a great sitter for your fur baby is hard but Edmy and Craig made the process very at ease. They are very quick with pictures and updates. They truly love and care for your fur baby like their own. Every picture I receive of Stella she is smiling ear to ear. She very much loves going to see Edmy and Craig. I highly recommend happy time pet care and love to anyone who is in need of daycare.

Our two dogs have been going to daycare with Edmy and Craig for over 6 months. They provide outstanding service and we have the utmost trust in them. They provide detailed updates each daycare day by commenting on if they ate their food, how their business went, and how playful they were. They send lots of photos each time too. They provide reliable pick up and drop off of our fur babies, and they show them nothing but love. They even provided a thoughtful gift to each of our pups during the holidays, chosen based on their interests/personality. Our dogs are so excited to see Craig upon pick up for day care, and return home very happy every single time. They also have a deep knowledge of animal behavior and training, and have significantly improved one of our dogs abilities to socialize and play with other dogs. This is the best daycare service we have used so far, and we are truly grateful to have Happy Time Pet Care and Love helping care for our dogs!

We have been using Happy Time Pet Care for 2 years. I know my 3 baby’s are in great hands and well cared for. I receive text messages and pictures at the time’s I’ve requested each visit. I fully trust the team at Happy Time Pet Care not only with my pets but with my home. The team always finds the time for my baby’s and gives them the caring attention they deserve.

I love Edmy and Craig and how they take care of our 3 dogs. They take everything in stride from accidents to sickness and deal with it in a very professional and loving manner. They take care of my pets like they were their own. They have the keys to our house and I am completely fine with it. Will only use them, because then I will have a good vacation knowing my puppies and in very capable hands.

Edmy has watched our Bailey many times and she always gives her lots of love. Now Bailey has a sister and Edmy just watched both our girls and they enjoyed their time with her. We were new to the Leo area and in need of a pet sitter. We tried Happy Time Pet Care and Love after finding out that our neighbor had been using them for dog walking. We couldn't have been more pleased. They make the process of pickup/dropoff so easy, as well as booking visits, submitting payment and responsive communication. The best part though is that we knew our dog Boden was in such good care, as shown from the daily pics and followup emails detailing his stay. It definitely provided peace of mind knowing our pup was happy and Edmy and Craig became like his second family. Edmy and Craig have been a godsend for my Border Collie. I have been taking her twice a week for months now and she now has more exercise, socialization, and mental stimulation. She had been lacking it during the week while I go to work. If you are needing daycare for your dog, I would suggest talking to them about taking your pup!!

We have been taking our chocolate lab (Ellie Mae) here for 2 1/2yrs. Honestly I think Ellie Mae is sad when we come pick her up after work. She loves playing with her friends? We are greatful to have a trusted home for her when we go on vacation, and to know she is loved and cared for.

Edmy and Craig have been taking care of our fur baby - Ellie for over 2yrs now. Their home is a 2nd home for Ellie, she is loved and is so well taken care that she misses them when she comes back home. Edmy and Craig always send updates and pictures. They are very attentive to her needs and very understanding & accommodating. They give her meds and take extra care if she is not eating or drinking water. They are reasonably priced and are flexible with drop off and pick up times. Recently we had to leave her for a month and we got daily email updates with pictures. We could see how pampered she was :) As much as we missed her we knew she was in the best hands. We are never worried when Ellie is with them and cannot thank them enough to take care of Ellie like their own.

I have been with Edmy and Craig for over 2 years. First using dog walking services and then boarding. They are the most professional attentive dog sitters I have ever had. They love my 2 Yorkies like their own. I am never worried when they are in Edmy and Craig’s care. They are the greatest!!

She came to my apartment to cut my cat's hair and to trim his nails. He looks so much better now. She is very nice and great with my baby. You should definitely use her for all your pets.

Furever My Friend does an amazing job. My fur-babies are ok going there no issues when dropping off and they are groomed perfectly. Which isn’t always a task when you have one that’s not very friendly. . Also with my schedule she works with me to make sure i can make the appt time. I would recommend Furever My friend to anyone, especially if you’re wanting someone who takes that extra step to make sure you and your fur baby are content.

We had a great experience with her! She did an amazing job on our portidoodle. She did a perfect teddy bear cut. Very friendly and our puppy smelled amazing. We will be back!

Brittani was excellent with our little dog, Duke. She gave us lots of updates so we could see how he was doing. Duke has trust issues, but she managed to win him over! She was also great about watering plants, checking the mail, & taking out the trash. Very trustworthy! I would definitely use her services again & recommend her to friends.

First time visiting. Went to the inside dog park. Many dogs were playing, having a great time. Sophie fell asleep quickly in the car. Was a fun time for her.

Have been going to Ruff House for a year now. Started with one pup now have 2 who come and get their socializing, exercising, playtime and all the barks in. Indoor area has a separate smaller play area ideal for the timid, smaller pups, or puppies just learning. 3 separate outdoor areas are available connected to the indoor park, and plenty of shade is provided. Staff is incredibly friendly and kind, and they get to know your pups. Recently started to utilize the daycare, and the few times they have gone, pups are exhausted by the end of the day-- which is the goal! While my dogs are not perfect and we are constantly training I used RH to work on recall, work on some agility and learned some commands due to the ample space and the distraction of other people and dogs solidifying your training. Having dogs with some leash reactivity and not being blessed with a fenced-in yard, this place is a godsend.

My dog has gone to full day daycare at Ruff House once a week for 2+ years. He comes back tired and happy, which is just what I want! The staff are all great and love on the pups really well. Would highly recommend the daycare (I’ve also taken my dog to the dog park a couple times and like that option as well)!

My dog adores coming here! They have so much space for her to run around in, and they are very affordable! They even do photos for different occasions for a very reasonable price.

Absolutely amazing, our dog Phoenix goes here for daycare and the level of care they have for the fur babies is truly awesome. Phoenix loves going here so much, and they give us reports on him and his day. They even took the time to learn his commands that we give, so they can stay consistent with our training. If you are ever looking for a place to let your pup burn off some energy, or need them to be well taken care of while your away this is the place to go!

I want to start this off by saying I think the staff here is wonderful and treated my dogs well. I just have a few issues with the communication. I had used Ruff house to board my dogs for 4 nights and one of them recieved daycare. (The other is too anxious for that) Apparently my pup had issues at daycare and was the instigater of the situation(s). At pickup no one could tell me how either of my dogs did and said they would email me. I get home and see that there were several incidents my dog was not being polite and potentially causes fights/issues with other dogs. They put in his notes that he isn't welcome back to daycare, which I'm more than okay with. I want nothing more then those puppies to be safe and comfortable. It's never great to hear your dog wasn't easy. But I just wish I would've received a call the first night. Or even an email so I could have made the decision to end daycare services myself, instead of continually putting him back in there for 3 days.

Being in veterinary medicine, I've always been very cautious about dog parks and daycares. But I brought Ripley here so she could have some dog interactions and playtime. I am so happy I did! She LOVES it here! The staff is fantastic. The facility is safe and clean. Top notch care. I have left Ripley overnight in the boarding facility as well. Now her new favorite word is "daycare" and she perks up! I'm going to be so sad when we have to leave in two weeks. (Travel nursing) but I hope one day we can come back!

Ruff house has really helped my sheepadoodle macy come out of her shell and her used to being around people. Ruff house is patient and takes time to work with Bentley on his protective behaviors. He has been able to attend doggy daycare and learn socialize with other dogs. It definitely helps ease any anxieties I have about leaving them. Ruff house is great.

Our dogs had fun. We did the indoor dog park. Unfortunately there were no other little dogs for them to play with, but they still had fun.

First time being boarded. My fur babies were happy and obviously well loved taken care of. Will be back!!!

We have 3 Golden Retriever girls, and they have an absolute blast every time they go to daycare or stay over while we are away. Our dogs have been going to Pampered Pets for more than 5 years now for daycare, birthday parties, lodging and one very happy Cancer Free party. The staff is all around amazing, very friendly and helpful, and our dogs love them enough to drag us in through the doors! They have a wide range of rooms instead of runs for lodging, which allows us to board our spoiled dogs with peace of mind that they would be comfortable. Special callout for Amber, who loves our dogs as much as they love her! Easily the best place for our dogs in Fort Wayne, would highly recommend!

This place is truly amazing! They love and care for my dog like she's one of their own. She has the best time with her daycare friends and is well loved when we need to board her. They have so many creative add-ons offered throughout the year, like an ice cream party in the summer and Thanksgiving dinner around the holiday. Every staff member is attentive and helpful. 10/10 recommend!

we LOVEEE our pampered pets family! My 5 year old boxer biggie loves going to daycare here two-three days a week. The staff goes above and beyond to keep these dogs happy and busy, and on top of that they are all so kind! They’re amazing about last minute openings for him as well if I end up having an unexpected hectic day. We’ve found our forever place to bring our fur baby, and future pups :)

Best place to take your dog for daycare they will get a lot of love in a clean, safe environment. They provide a lot of different services like training and baths!

Pampered Pets always does an excellent job with our Corgi Ebert! He's been going to daycare three times a week for years now and I know he's always well cared for during his time there. The staff is always friendly and professional, the facilities are impressive and the events that they have (birthday parties, photo shoots, etc.) are an added bonus :)

Took my two dogs here for the first time today. They got groomed and got to do daycare. I was very satisfied with everything. My dogs were silky smooth upon return and seemed like they played all day. The report cards are also awesome I loved to hear about what they did and what dogs they played with. Very affordable and will be returning!

Absolutely love this place for our pup! He’s been going there 1-2x a week for almost a year now and he’s so excited every time. We have boarded our pup there for a few different occasions and he does so well. He seems so very well taken care of. We can really tell he’s comfortable there. We love giving him the play time weekly there with all his dog friends!

I’ve used Pampered Pets for three separate stays. My biggest complaint is that they don’t provide updates on how your dog is doing. On the most recent stay, my dog was in their care for 8 days. I did not receive a single update from Pampered Pets. They have a code to join a Snapchat for updates posted to their door, I joined this service and not a single image was ever posted. Even upon check out I was not provided information on how her stay went. They give out a report card at the end of the stay, of course, there were no comments added to the comment section. I had even paid extra on this stay for the 4 star package which includes 2 playtimes with staff and a special bedtime tuck in. At this point, I’m not even sure she received those. Surely, if a staff had to interact with my dog 3 times a day minimum they could at least comment on something she liked at playtime. With a bill of nearly $700, updates are expected, we will be looking elsewhere for boarding in the future. She was fed, watered, and recieved her medications so I did award a stars for that.

My dog loves this place! She has made 4 and 2 legged friends here. She knows when she's going, and becomes so excited to jump in the car to see her Pampered Pet buddies. These are true animal lovers. Your baby will be well cared for.

After having our dogs stay in a standard lodge for 3 nights, I went to pick them up and my dogs collar was on completely wrong and she could have gotten out of it very easily. We had to ask for our dogs items back as they did not know they even had them there. They did not return our dog food or our scoop, we also got our dog beds/blankets back covered in dog hair that wasn’t my dogs and the beds were soaking wet. When they went to find our beds and other items, they found them in a completely different area of the building no where near my dogs. The bag I took with my dogs things also was soaking wet (smelled like urine) and the toys I left for them also came back covered in dog hair that again was not from my dogs. Very over priced for the services provided.

Our groomer, Casey, is uniquely dedicated, making each customer feel valued. She not only grooms our dog Max to perfection but also engages us in genuine conversation. Despite Max's hearty appetite post-grooming,(the main reason I have to rush home is to feed this little monster) the quality service he receives is worth it. I highly recommend Richlene Kennels for reliable pet grooming and boarding services, and I'm grateful for Casey and her family's commitment to excellence!

Love this place!! So courteous and kind. We never worry about our dogs when they board here. They are patient with our small dog, who gets very anxious. Beautiful, clean, and welcoming office.

We have used other grooming facilities in the past with mixed results. They do a great job here, prices are competitive, and they have a nice facility. You can tell they really like and know animals, and they ask a lot of questions about exactly how you want your pet groomed. We have also used their boarding facility once while on vacation and everything went great.

I have been taking my boy Willy there to get groomed for about a year now. He loves going and he always looks great when they are done. When he goes and he always has to greet everyone and they take great care of him. I would highly recommend

They have great customer service, provide amazing services, my dog and bunny always look so good and smell great! Don’t bring your dog here please. I have a 12 year old dog and drop off is from 7-8 and he seems to always be the last one done. I dropped him off at 7:30am and I didn’t pick him up until 5:30!!! That’s an entire work shift. I don’t approve of this. They want everyone to drop off their dogs at 1 time and then make them wait and do them 1 by 1 instead of focusing on one dog at a time and doing a groom in 2 hours. Then I called Heidi to express my concerns and felt dismissed. Also on our way home he peed all over my car as if he had held his urine all day. The claims to have taken him potty and there’s no way that they did because he couldn’t hold it anymore. Don’t bring your fur baby here.

I have been taking my Bella to Heidi for over a year now. Bell can be a handful. We have been to a few groomers around town. Some were disasters. But every time I pick her up both Bella & Heidi are smiling. Bella always looks and smells fabulous! So soft and silky. I would recommend Heidi in a heartbeat!!!!

Julie did an amazing job with my Goldendoodle puppy’s first grooming! Her hair was cut to the exact length I was hoping, nails clipped, and smelled great. And to have the convenience of them keeping her for hours so I was able to go to work and come back and get her. I will definitely return and highly recommend! Thank you for treating my puppy so well!

We took our long haired cat here to be groomed, and it honestly could not have been a better experience! Our kitty looks great! Her fur is so sleek and shiny, and she no longer has any tangles! I can tell Heidi really took her time and put a lot of care into our cat’s needs. When we got home, our kitty didn’t even feel the need to hide! She usually hates vet trips and will hide for hours after we get home. I was pleasantly surprised that didn’t feel the need to go hide at all. I can tell our cat was also treated very well. We will be returning and recommending! Also, Heidi might be the only groomer in town that will groom cats with front claws.

Have always been pleased with Heidi's Pet Paradise. They have cared for and groomed my family's golden retrievers for years. They were able to squeeze me and my wife's dog Sampson in on short notice and even stayed after hours. Very excellent customer service and quality grooming services! Thanks Heidi's Pet Paradise!

Back in 2005 I brought my previous dog Sparky to this place. She was a puppy back then. When I brought her to this place Heidi promised to take good care of her. But she leaves the dogs there all alone without anyone to take care of them for a whole day. What if there had been a fire, flood, or break in? Heidi would have been responsible if either of these incidents happened and if all the dogs died or got stolen. When we brought Sparky home from this place we had to give her a bath because she smelled like poop because Heidi just left her in the cage all day without letting her go potty outside. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

My pet went there recently and I asked for a medium cut and shampoo. The groomer cut my pets nose and didn’t tell me when to pick up. The hair cut wasn’t good either. Left way too long. Wasn’t cut around her ears or her chest part, back was long also. When picking up I was told that the groomer used to do my pet is no longer working there. Not happy with this service this time.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. On 11/19/22 We took our 2yo Great Pyrenees for grooming. He had matting on the back of his legs and tail, with much undercoat to be removed. We dropped him off at 7:45am and picked him up at 6 pm. Upon arriving at home (less than 2 mile drive) he struggled to get out of the car and walk. On entering home, he went immediately to his water bowl and drank so much that he vomited, then went to our bedroom where stayed until Sunday morning. He slept most of the following day, with little movement. Sunday evening I noticed he had bruising at his knee area and where his leg meets belly area. I reached out to the owner on her Facebook Page via messenger with pictures attached and asked her to call me. She responded via messenger and told me that the bruising was from "tight matting" The bruised areas were not where matted fur was present. (see attached pics) I reiterated that matting was not present in these areas and asked if he had possibly fallen from a table. Her response was still that the bruising was from tight matting and have been ignored. Absolutely zero attempt for further communication.

After looking for a few days on where we would want to have our pup boarded, we stumbled upon The Pet Social. After reading the rave reviews from others, we knew this would be the place for our Chase. We were not disappointed. The Pet Social truly cares about your pup as much as you do. Constant communication through texts with the staff and adorable picture updates, what else could you ask for? He even made a friend during his 2nd stay! We will be using The Pet Social for all future stays.

I've made great experiences with the pet social so far. Took my 8 month old puppy there for basic training classes and she's come far with all the tips and tricks Sara gave us. I've also dropped her off for Play Date a few times and my dog loved it there. Now whenever we pull up to the building she can't wait to get out of the car to go in. She's ready to play with all her doggy friends. When I picked her up from Play Day the week before Halloween they gave me a halloween themed picture of her. They had done a themed photo shoot with every dog. So cute! You can tell everyone there just loves dogs.

The Pet Social is a great fit for us! We were looking for somewhere to watch our Tortoise while we were out of the state. They welcomed him and his unique care needs without hesitation. While we were away they provided pictures and status updates. The service was great and the staff was very accommodating. We will definitely us The Pet Social again in the future.

My dog loves going to the social days. The staff are so nice and he is always happy to see them. I have boarded him several times and he is always excited to go there and play with other dogs. I have never had any concerns as the staff seem dedicated and love dogs. I would recommend them to anyone who needs dog boarding.

First time boarding our dog. They made the process so easy! They updated us with pictures, even did a little craft of a turkey with her picture on it. Will definitely be coming back!

We used The Pet Social for the first time for our 2 dogs and they took great care of them! They were so friendly when we dropped them off and made us feel so comfortable leaving them behind. We loved getting updates while we were gone. Our dogs were happy when we picked them up and seemed in great spirits. We will definitely be using them again!

The boys (my two pups) seemed to have enjoyed their stay the one night we were at my parent's lake for the holiday weekend. The staff is super friendly and took great care of my boys! Staff was very friendly! Greeted our dogs at the door and immediately made them feel comfortable (and us)! Sent us pictures of them playing throughout their stay! Our dogs were happy and healthy when we picked them up unlike experiences we’ve had at other kennels.

I couldn’t recommend The Pet Social enough! Not only did my pup get Princess Treatment boarding/grooming - the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Even sending me pictures and updates throughout the week. Will definitely recommend to anyone I know needing to board their pets but will use again in the future. I’m sure Macy will be overjoyed to see her new friends again!

This is my favorite place for doggy daycare. My dog is always so excited to see us pull up. The staff are so invested in my dog, it's like seeing family members that you like. We've never had any problems and I am a huge fan of this place.
