Leslie consistently demonstrated outstanding communication skills, both initially and throughout the entire process, and I would gladly give her more stars if possible. Leslie arrived as scheduled, and instantly the animals fell in love with her and Bennie. Our cats love our dogs but usually won't come in the house when a strange dog is here but they didnt even hesitate to come meet Bennie. Bennie was very calm and a true gentleman. Leslie sent pictures throughout the sit reassuring us the gang were all getting along and enjoying her and Bennie's company. She read through the welcome guide before we left as well as we showed her around. It was very nice getting the chance to know her a bit before we ledt the following morning. We felt very comfortable knowing our home and pets were in good hands. It is very apparent when you meet Leslie that she truly does love animals. When our Molly decided to hide, Leslie called us right away because she feared Molly may have gotten spooked by a firework going off in the neighborhood and escaped under the gate. I felt so bad for Leslie because she blamed herself because it was on her watch. I have trackers on all my pets and it turned out that Molly was still in the house and just hiding really well. She can curl up.pretty small. Lealie took our Lab to check the walking route and see if Molly was there. When I called and told her Molly had to be at the house because her tracker showed her there, she returned to our home and Molly hreeted her as she came in the front door. I was very appreciative of Leslie's phone call though because she didnt wait hours to call, she searched the yard and house and called right away. We decided to cut our trip short a day and asked Leslie if she minded if we came home a day early. We let her know we didnt expect her to leave early and made sure she was comfortable with our decision. As a pet parent, it is imperative that we remember the sitters are also on vacation and we didnt want to intrude on her time. As it turned out, we ended up stopping by the ER on our way home where my husband was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm. Unfortunately we had both the RV and my car and I needed to figure out how to get them home. I reached out to Leslie who offerred to give me a ride back to the hospital after I dropped o e vehicle off at home so I could retrieve the second vehicle. BTW, the surgeon was able to repair my hubbys aneurysm and he will be coming home soon. Leslie was a comfort during this frightening time and even stayed an extra day to help out and care for our home and pets. She was a teue blessing. Leslie left the house spotless along with so.e fresh flowers for me when I got back from visiting my husband. If you get an opportunity to host Leslie in your home, rest assured your home and pets will be well loved and well taken care of. We.would welcome.Leslie back anytime. She is not just a pet sitter, she is a new trusted friend.

Prashant and India were fantastic pets sitters for us. Both were dependable and were even kind enough to allow some service people into the home to do some repairs. Our dogs were well looked after and we got daily updates on how the dogs were doing. Prashant is very knowledgeable and gave us a few strategies to combat some negative behaviors that we were seeing with the dogs. Could not recommend them more. They will be missed.

Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! We hope she can come again sometime.

Davis and Sydney were loving sitters for our pets. We even had an extra cat (our son's) and they took great care of all of the pets and our home. The pictures and the comments they sent showed us they figured out all of their quirky personalities very fast. It was nice to come home to a clean house and all pets were safe and happy! Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets! Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks. She showed up before the sit to go over instructions for the pet care and was even here when we returned (before she left for her next engagement). You would never know this was her first TH sit. She quickly earned our trust, asked for clarification when needed, and overall is just a GREAT PERSON!! Her kindness showed through in the care of each and every one of our furry babies. She will be a great sitter for others and is looking to travel across and see more of the US while remote working. We have adopted her into our family and she is welcome in our home anytime. Jerry and Suzanne were absolutely ideal sitters for our home and pets. We spoke with them ahead of their visit and could tell that they are genuine pet and travel lovers.
