Monique was very nice and easy to schedule with. She sent us pictures of our dog Maisie while we were away, which we enjoyed seeing. Maisie was well cared for and had gotten plenty of exercise by the time we got home. The house was spotless, which was lovely to come home to! She had taken the trash and recycling bins out, even though we hadn’t mentioned them to her before we left. She made sure to let us know if anything was amiss so there were no surprises when we returned. Would definitely recommend her as a pet and house sitter for others. :)

Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! We hope she can come again sometime.

She was easy to communicate with before and during the sit (very responsive), and made time to do a walk through of our house/intro to Rosie prior to the sit. Our pets, particularly our dog, adored her and was really sad to see her go. It is obvious she loves animals and immediately understood the pack dynamics and the pet personalities. She kept the house tidy, litter box clean, and the animals so well loved. Because she was traveling from far away, she stayed with us the night before our trip and the night we came back. Neil and Anne have just sat for us for a second time, for a week. They are outstanding sitters in every way. Always punctual with communication and arrival. They both have responsible jobs and this is evident as they are both very organised. They care very much about the animals they look after. We were regularly sent updates, pictures and video clips of them, which is great to see when you are away. When we came home we were greeted by happy pets and an immaculately tidy house. We cannot recommend Neil and Anne enough. As far as we are concerned they are perfect housesitters! …...Hopefully they will come back and sit again soon!
