Leslie and Kyle set the bar for all other pet sitters! On the first morning of their stay my cat got out due to a faulty window in my apartment  and they handled the situation so well. Leslie sent a text explaining what happened and that my cat had returned safely and she was so calm about the whole thing that it put me at ease for the rest of my trip. Kyle went above and beyond and not only fixed the window screen (he actually fixed two screens during their stay!) but also made sure the window was secure until maintenance could come and fix the issue. Their go with the flow attitude was amazing. I would 100% have them sit for me again! I can not recommend them enough. You would be lucky to have Leslie and Kyle as your sitters :)

Martin was a very conscientious and thoughtful house sitter who took excellent care of our pets and our home. He was reliable, self-sufficient, and a very good communicator. He clearly enjoys and cares for animals, and our house was spotless when we returned. We recommend him wholeheartedly!

First and foremost, Tracey's approach to caring for our house and our beloved pets was nothing short of excellent. She has an innate ability to connect with animals, and it was clear from the daily updates and photos that our pets were happy and thoroughly pampered. The house was kept in immaculate condition, and they treated it with the utmost respect as if it was their own.

Moreover, Tracey demonstrated remarkable responsibility and initiative when our AC system unexpectedly broke down. Without hesitation, she arranged for an HVAC company to come and fix the issue, taking time from her day to ensure our home was taken care of. Her willingness to front the repair costs until I could reimburse her was an act of kindness and trust that you rarely see.

Tracey and her children's thoughtfulness and thoroughness provided me with peace of mind during my time away, which is priceless. I returned to a home that was just as I left it, if not better. Their stay was characterized by an extraordinary level of care and I was particularly impressed by how they left the house in perfect condition, with happy pets to welcome me back.

I wholeheartedly recommend Tracey to any future hosts. Her reliability, compassion, and the ability to handle unexpected situations with grace are commendable. I would welcome Tracey and her children back to house sit in a heartbeat – they are exactly the kind of house sitters that one hopes for on this site!

Ce was an amazing house sitter for our best bud Atlas. She not only took amazing care of our needy pup, she took great care of the home as well. We were so happy to have Kyle as our house sitter for two weeks. Besides taking great care of our pets and our house, he was very accommodating.  We were always able to get in touch with him if we needed to, and he agreed to take on some extra plant watering’s when the weather made a sudden change. I am thrilled to leave a glowing review for our trusted house and pet sitters, Diedre and Keith. They took exceptional care of our long-haired cat, Molly, and our home during our absence. Janis is a wonderful person and also an incredible sitter -- we were very, very fortunate that she agreed to care for our beloved pets and rural log home for 3 days.  We were confident that everything would be perfect – and it was.  We returned to a home as clean and ordered as we had left it, inside and out.  All plants were thriving; outdoor hanging baskets were blooming profusely.  Most importantly, our beloved dog and 4 cherished cats had obviously been lovingly and attentively cared for.  The koi were also active and happy.  

Janis is a “cat whisperer”.  She is especially skilled and patient with shy felines, so we truly appreciated her patience and caring for our sweet Angie (with a semi-feral background).  Janis immediately understood that Angie, despite her reclusiveness, craves affection and was able to start to earn her trust even with such limited time. 

Among Janis’ many gifts: she is a talented photographer and delighted us with frequent updates and photos of our furry children.  They are so beautiful that we, with her kind permission, plan to include several in our zeewoi profile. 

Janis’ communications, reliability, self-sufficiency, and punctuality were exemplary, start to finish.  We made a wonderful new friend and have already invited her back to sit again.  If you are privileged enough to ever have Janis sit we are certain that you will be as delighted and happy as we are.

If you’re lucky enough to find Anna as your pet sitter you will have peace of mind and well cared for pets whilst you are away and a clean and tidy home on your return. Anna is thoughtful and kind, she arrived the evening before the sit which allowed for some time to hear about her interesting travels and work, kept me updated with fabulous photos and details of the friendship she was making with the cats and even took the trouble to fix a sticky catch on the cat flap. Heath spent a long weekend at my home taking great care of both dogs and the cat.  He was able to help out on rather short notice, and I felt very comfortable leaving my pets in his care.  Heath is friendly and reliable and left my home neat and tidy.  I would definitely recommend him as a house/pet sitter for future assignments!
