Sandra and Cooper were amazing! Unfortunately, Crispy had some health issues present between our booking and our trip. This made him a lot more special needs than we had anticipated and I know he was a bit more trouble than was expected. They reassured us and kept us informed the entire time. We certainly did not plan on it being this type of stay for them but they adapted quite well and kept us informed. I had a last minute trip come up, and was relieved Valerie was able to take care of my kitties in a pinch. I liked her immediately upon meeting her, and felt her great energy would be a perfect match for my shy kitties. As far as I could tell, Valerie took good care of the kitties while I was away. The communication was just okay. She eventually replied to my messages about this and that, but didn't really initiate or share little updates or photos of the kitties and how it was going unless I reached out first. When I came home, I discovered that an item of mine was missing and asked her if she had seen it anywhere, thinking I must have misplaced it before I left. She acknowledged she had taken it, but didn't actually apologize, incredibly, and then it was a real struggle to try to get it back or at least have her send a replacement. After much persistence and pursuit on my part and quite the runaround on her part, she eventually replaced it, but I was a bit taken aback by her blasé attitude about taking it in the first place and then casual avoidance to resolving the situation. All very surprising, and an unfortunate disheartening footnote to the petsit. All that being said, she left my house very clean and tidy, and the kitties seemed very calm and content when I returned.

Kelly was a wonderful pet sitter and house sitter! Our dog Cooper adored her. She sent us pictures several times a day and he was always snuggling with her. She kept in touch with us regularly. We have never left our baby before and we were anxious about it but we ended up feeling totally comfortable with Cooper in Kelly’s care. She also kept our potted plants alive during a heat wave and took great care of the house. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. We look forward to working with Kyle again.

Jacob sat for us during our holiday in March. We do not have any pets but we do have garden plants etc to look after. Jacob did a fantastic job of looking after the young plants that had arrived by post the day before we went away. He sent us regular updates and photos of how the plants were doing. We came home to a very clean and tidy house and thriving plants. Jacob did a great job and we have no hesitation in recommending him. Ramona and Brandon were the perfect sitters! They rescued me and were very accommodating with my needs. Ramona's communication with me was A1. We spoke multiple times before she arrived and throughout the sit. She was good at keeping me updated and I was very grateful for that, being so far away. The pets gravitated toward them from the moment they arrived and you could see that all she and Brandon wanted to do was spoil the pets with lots of cuddles. My female pup was in heat and they handled that very well and were able to keep her and my male dog separated. I could only imagine how exhausting that may have been but they didn't complain one bit. Ramona and Brandon had to hand over the sit to another sitter and were kind enough to write out the details and everything they observed to make the transition a seamless one. I must say, it helped tremendously. I'd have them back in a heartbeat to sit for me as they showed that I could trust them, not only to take care of my pets but to respect my home they way they would their own. Jeremy and Brooke were fantastic! We have a senior dog and a over hyper pittie. They gave Daisy her meds and had lengthy walks with Fin to burn off some of his energy. Brooke sent me regular texts to show me precious pictures of the pups by the Christmas tree, which warmed my ❤️. The house looked great when we returned. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation.
