Leslie and Kyle set the bar for all other pet sitters! On the first morning of their stay my cat got out due to a faulty window in my apartment and they handled the situation so well. Leslie sent a text explaining what happened and that my cat had returned safely and she was so calm about the whole thing that it put me at ease for the rest of my trip. Kyle went above and beyond and not only fixed the window screen (he actually fixed two screens during their stay!) but also made sure the window was secure until maintenance could come and fix the issue. Their go with the flow attitude was amazing. I would 100% have them sit for me again! I can not recommend them enough. You would be lucky to have Leslie and Kyle as your sitters :)

Sharon was a fantastic sitter for our week away! She left the house as tidy and clean as we left it, including changing the sheets for our arrival. I truly cannot even tell she was here and that made coming home after a long travel day so much easier. She was communicative every step of the way and provided daily updates on our cat with photos. Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! We hope she can come again sometime.

Judith was one of the most considerate, trustworthy sitters we've ever had. We had to leave in a rush for a family emergency and really didn't have time to prepare the house as we usually do, but Judith took all in stride, leaving the apartment spotless. She sent photos of Baby Boo and Janet on arrival, putting us immediately at ease because it was so obvious the cats were completely comfortable, zero stress, allowing us to relax that they were in such good hands. She sent photos and video every day, which delighted us, confident that they were getting next level care. Jerry and Suzanne were absolutely ideal sitters for our home and pets. We spoke with them ahead of their visit and could tell that they are genuine pet and travel lovers. Over their stay we got to see even more that they are wonderfully friendly, kind, and responsible - plus they kept us laughing with their updates and descriptions of our pets' antics while we were away. Our pets and plants were well loved and our house was spotless upon our return home, and they were even kind enough to leave a few goodies in the fridge. Neil and Anne have just sat for us for a second time, for a week. They are outstanding sitters in every way. Always punctual with communication and arrival. They both have responsible jobs and this is evident as they are both very organised. They care very much about the animals they look after. We were regularly sent updates, pictures and video clips of them, which is great to see when you are away. When we came home we were greeted by happy pets and an immaculately tidy house. We cannot recommend Neil and Anne enough. As far as we are concerned they are perfect housesitters! …...Hopefully they will come back and sit again soon!
