Charlie is so helpful and takes the best care of pets. My cat Gnar gets so happy when she goes there and Charlie’s boarding is so helpful throughout the boarding process. I’m never worried about the safety of my cat with the updates and how well kept the place is. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I can’t say enough good things! It was very last minute and Charlie was able to take care of our cat with update videos and texts! She came to our rescue and took care of our pet at our home while we were away and even spent some time with her and gave her some good company. Charlie is very sweet and loves kitties! I’m excited to also set up boarding even when I’m not on a trip so my cat can socialize in a safe and clean environment. You can tell Charlie really cares about all animals and goes above and beyond to make sure they are taken care of and safe. My cat is shy so I was concerned about leaving him while traveling. Charlie provided a safe environment where he could get comfortable, roam freely and make friends with other cats boarding with her. From the video updates I received, I could see that Rocket loved his staycation and highly recommend Charlie's Feline Services!

Staffed by the sweetest and most caring people, and our sweet little senior pup always comes home happy and completely tuckered out. They’ve been super accommodating when we’ve asked to make a last minute booking, and we just always know we’re leaving our dogs in good hands. I love the quality of service here. They have cameras in their play areas so that you want watch your dog playing with the others. They're good at matching dogs by their personality. Our puppy was still in the early stages of socialization, but I've been able to see him improve so much under their care. You can also see how excited all the dogs are when the staff interacts with them. It's easy to get a report card during the visit and they even include pictures and videos. They also do day care at a reasonable price. I will definitely continue to use them again when we travel in the future.

Our dog loves this place. She is so excited every time we come and the entire staff knows her by name. It’s farther for us then other doggy daycare’s but has been worth the drive to always know that my dog is being well taken care of!

This is the third daycare I have tried with my dog and is, by far, the best overall experience I've had. I am never worried when he is there. I know he is safe and cared for (and getting belly rubs!). I trust they will call me when they need to, and they are seriously the only team that has gotten my dog to sit for grooming! The staff is so kind and the owners are very present. I appreciate so much that they have cameras (my first daycare did not and it was horrible in the end). I'm thankful every time I take him there and he is returned to me happy! I am so glad he has friends there- both canine and human. Honestly, I don't know what I would do without them.

Not great service lately, watching on live camera. My dog was running around among other dogs, in a room for hours. There was pee and poop on the floors, dogs were nervous and seem to be stressed. My dog was returned back with dirty poop covered paws and no apologies were expressed

This has been by far the BEST boarding experience for my 2 fur babies! They're so kind, super easy & flexible when booking a stay. From the owner, Roland, to all of the staff members, my dogs feel loved and safe. I can tell from their moods when I pick them up. The location is always clean and I can monitor my babes, 24/7 on a web cam. This gives me so much calming relief when I leave them! I'm so glad a friend recommended them to me!

My dogs loved Pet Rush Inn! Why? Because they have a SAFE, enclosed environment to play non-stop, fun activities, loving attendants - almost better than home! The remote camera is also great when you are on vacay. Daycare and grooming can be a godsend! The owner, Rene, loves taking exceptional care of the animals in his care and it truly shows! My dogs gave it 8 paws up!

I love Pet Rush Inn! I first found them online when I tried to find a daycare for my new dog from the shelter, Belle. I was nervous because she has anxiety, but the staff handled her so well! She has opened up so much more and is more confident! The staff truly care about pets. They have been so great about tailoring to her needs and kept me posted about her when she was first boarded. I feel comfortable when my baby is in their hands. Special shoutout specifically to Kevin and Priscilla!

So happy we brought our dog Coffee and cat Moose here. They are so awesome with animals. So patient with dogs that have anxiety being around too many dogs - they gave her lots of human love instead. Moose was happy also. Highly recommend these guys! They treated our babies with lots of love!! I also loved they report card, photod and videos!!

Our dog has anxiety issues and needs a gentle hand. We didn't expect to find such a welcoming place for him to spend the day while we are at work. The staff learned our names within the first week. They learned our dog's behavior and worked to make him comfortable and happy. Now he drags us in! (And he's not just there for the treats)

Rene and his staff are excellent! My Munchee loves it here. This is the only place I use when we're in Los Angeles. The dogs get a lot of 1 on 1 attention from animal lovers in a safe environment. I can't wait bring her back next time we are in town. They also offer grooming. The location is super convenient. If your pet is your baby, you need to be going to Double Dog!

The staff cares so much and I’m always appreciative of the care and attentiveness they give to all the dogs in their care. They are incredibly flexible, always willing to work with your needs, and there is a live cam for you to check on your furry friends while they are staying over!

I’ve been taking my dog for daycare there since she was a puppy. She is now a happy 1 yo and loves it there and always gets excited when she knows we’re going back. I’ve also used they’re boarding services for up to 5 days at a time. The staff is very caring and the facilities are clean. I will continue to go back as I know my pup is being cared for and loved by all.

Love this facility and so does our pup! Diesel has stayed here several times already whenever we go on trips or have parties at our home. It's a stress free and relaxing place for him to be, and we are also at ease knowing he's in really good hands. Love that we can check up on him too using the live cams!

This is an excellent dog care facility owned and run by amazing people! We've used their day care, boarding, and grooming services for years now, and our dogs enjoy their visits there. We also love the fact that they have live feed video cameras in several places throughout so that you can "visit" your pup when you're away and watch them playing in the common area. I highly recommend Double Dog to anyone needing either day care or boarding services.

She’s extremely knowledgeable about how to care for dogs, flexible with my timings, and just an overall pleasure to talk to. We recently picked Lucy up from a 16-day stay, and not once over that period was I worried about how she was doing. Anna Marie went above and beyond - she sent frequent photos and videos, brushed her out daily, worked on commands, and even took it into her own hands to figure out what food Lucy needed when she was being a picky eater. I am an EXTREMELY over protective Dog Mom to my 5 yo French Bull Dog Brodie. I have been searching for a dog sitter and trainer for him as long as I can remember, but I’ve never been satisfied leaving my fur baby until I found Happy Heart Pet Care. I will say I love to spoil my boy and only the best will do, however, this also meant he got away with a lot more behavioral wise then he should. So I needed to find someone knowledgeable that I could trust with my boy… I haven’t been able to find someone reliable that not only had the experience to help train Brodie, but that I felt comfortable trusting to care for him. Anna Marie checks all the boxes. She not only has helped with Brodie’s training, but I trust her to care for him as if he was her own. She is truly our dog nanny! Brodie loves Anna Marie and he has become such a better behaved boy since he was introduced to her training and care. Having a person who not only will train your dog, but love them the way you would is priceless. He respects her and she has a great relationship with my boy teaching him with obedience training and socialization. All the dogs she cares for are very well behaved so he has her pack to learn from as well. She also is a great resource for a number of suggestions and advice with regard to your pets health and well being. She is always the first person I call or text to ask any questions with regard to his health or needs, which is invaluable. She is one of the most kind and understanding people I’ve met in LA and I have no doubt I would ever find someone who cares or loves Brodie more as a trainer or dog nanny than her. Needless to say I highly recommend Happy Heart Pet Care. Your life will be easier with your dog if you use her, trust me!

So grateful to have found Happy Heart Pet Care--they are the best! I have an adopted pound dog who is super skittish (and bark-y) with new people and for the past 4+ years, has not been comfortable with other dogs. She LOVES Anna-Marie and Matthew and, after just three visits, she is already changing in wonderful ways--less skittish with new people and excited to play with other dogs, which I never thought possible. Anna-Marie is incredibly kind and accommodating, thoughtful about introducing new dogs to their environment, and thoughtful of skittish human owners, sending them photos of their happy dogs. I contacted them because of the consistently amazing Yelp reviews (a rare thing), without realizing they're on the west side of LA. My dog and I are way on the east side, but still travel there because knowing my pup is safe and happy with people she loves and who genuinely care is worth everything.

Matthew and Anna Marie are both so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about dogs. Their love for our 9week old Darcy is so heartwarming! I certainly had my concern leaving a young puppy with other people for a week, but Matthew and Anna Marie stayed very communicative. They also helped me on getting to know/adjust for a puppy. I could see Darcy was so well cared for through photos/detailed text updates. Truly appreciate their existence 💙

Anna-Marie took care of my 1 year old shih tzu puppy, Tater Tot, for almost 3 weeks while we were away. She was wonderful as she was very flexible with drop off/pick up times, and gave Tater Tot lots of love but also trained him! Tater is much more calm and well behaved now! He was brushed everyday, made many new dog friends, and enjoyed his walks. Anna-Marie updated us with cute photos and videos of him and we can’t wait to have him back with her again!

Where do I start? So thankful for Matt and Anna Maria. Matt has been a life saver with behavior modification with my sweet girl Cocoa. Cocoa is a hyper-vigilant rescue pit, with a few social challenges. Matt not only was able to with patience and professionalism, earn her trust, and help with her behaviors, he was also able to teach me, ways to manage when she and I are in the wild. He is very hands on, and teaches key fundamentals when handling a dog, and working with the world around them. I literally on multiple occasions have been able to handle situations without panic and stress due to Matt’s training. Cocoa also has been managing her stress better as well. You are equipped with the knowledge literally after just one session, the most rewarding thing is seeing the transformation in Cocoa. She has come such a long way. Happy Heart Pet Care has been a blessing. I highly recommend. 10 out of 10!

They are highly experienced and had my aggressive rescue dog showing improvement after just a few sessions! I’ve also used their services when traveling. We found Anna Marie on Yelp and trusted the good reviews she had- it was the first time we left our puppy with someone she didn't know and in another city. We loved Anna the first moment we met her, she was super kind, and you could tell she had a lot of knowledge and experience with dogs. We saw our puppy liked her from the very beginning and felt safe with her- we left her one full day and, when we picked her up, she was super happy and looked like Anna took great care of her. I highly recommend her; she is amazing!

We absolutely adore Puppy Island! 🐾 Our dog, Archie, has been going there since he was three months old, and we are extremely satisfied with all their services. When he was a small, timid puppy, Anahit managed to find the right approach to him and introduced him to grooming. We are incredibly grateful to her. The entire Puppy Island team takes such good care of Archie, making him happier and more playful. We often bring him to daycare, and sometimes leave him overnight for a few days when we travel and can't take him with us. Puppy Island always sends us photos and updates about Archie while we're away, which is incredibly comforting. The team atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. Archie loves going to Puppy Island. As soon as he realizes we are heading there, he eagerly runs in, greeting everyone with hugs and kisses. Initially, I was nervous about leaving Archie, but the Puppy Island team earned our complete trust. They also organize fun events, like for Halloween or Christmas dog parties, and they conduct wonderful photoshoots that we always participate in with Archie. I brought my Cane Corso, Sevo to Anahit for a de-shedding spa day, and it was incredible! Managing a big breed with such a thick coat is no small task, but Anahit handled it effortlessly. The de-shedding treatment worked wonders- Sevo coat looks sleek, feels soft, and there's noticeably less shedding at home now. She's so skilled and patient, making sure my pup was calm and comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend her for anyone with large, heavy-coated dogs!

I’m so grateful for Puppy Island. I recently started a new job with long hours, and I was nervous about leaving my 2-year-old border collie, Luna, in daycare. She’s full of energy and needs a lot of attention, but the team here has been absolutely amazing. The first day, I got a call from one of the staff members just to let me know how Luna was settling in, which really put me at ease. They even sent me a photo of her happily playing tug-of-war with another dog. It was such a relief to see her smiling (yes, dogs smile!) and having fun instead of stressing out. One thing that really stood out was how they handled Luna’s habit of jumping up on people when she gets excited. After just a week of attending, I noticed she wasn’t doing it as much at home. When I asked about it, one of the staff explained they’d been working with her on “four paws on the floor” during greeting time. That level of care and training wasn’t something I expected, but it made a huge difference! If you’re someone who treats your dog like family, this is the place to go. It’s clear the team here loves what they do, and Luna comes home happy and tired every single day. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pup!

The team at Blue Dog Ranch - David, Darian and Destiny are truly INCREDIBLE. I adopted a beautiful Border Collie mix breed dog from a shelter a few months ago, that was 3 years old and that had minimal training. The dog is a breed that needs a LOT of training, and I was woefully inexperienced. Prior to me being recommended Blue Dog Ranch by another customer, I had been to 2 other trainers, whom really didn't understand or approach my dog's needs in the most successful way. I enrolled my dog (Otis) into Blue Dog Ranch's 21 Day training Program. Their incredible guarantee is that if your dog isn't ready to come home from training after 21days they would keep working with them at no extra charge. Otis did need a lot of work and was there for a week or so longer (all of which worked amazingly for me as I needed to have surgery, so the timing was great). The level of care and attention and love that the team at Blue Dog have for their doggy clientele is unmatched. They also help train US (the owners) into how to continue the training when the dogs come home. Darian and David have given me multiple lessons that are so helpful, and have made me understand what Otis needs in boundaries and direction and mental exercise. His behaviour on walks and his encounters with other dogs has improved exponentially. He also loves going there for boarding and daycare. He doesn't look back!! I couldn't recommend Blue Dog Ranch and the team there more highly. I will be a loyal customer for life. The peace of mind they have given me is unmatched, and im so glad that Otis has a place to stay where he is loved and taken care of when I have to travel makes me rest easy. If you have a dog with any behavioural issues, or you have a wonderful dog and you need a daycare / boarding facility, go with Blue Dog Ranch!!!

I came to Darian and Destiny (Blue Dog Ranch) needing help. My dog is a rescue and when I got her I didn’t realize how reactive she was. In addition, I didn’t realize how difficult it would be to manage her reactivity. I tried training on my own for two years and while she wasn’t getting any worse, she wasn’t getting any better. She was afraid to go into shops- pet shops, coffee shops, anything with a threshold. She could not be in public because noises and people scared her and I needed help navigating that with her because everything I tried to do to make her more comfortable in these situations failed. I needed the help of someone with more experience, someone who could help Scully one on one. Finding Darian and Destiny was a gift. They’ve given her so much attention to detail and have helped me communicate with my dog. They’ve helped me with breaking the hyper focus my dog had on other animals and triggers so that I could get her focused back on me. There continues to be support throughout our training even while my dog is now out of their daily care. Darian has been willing to come out and help secure situations where I may need help making my dog feel comfortable. The personal attention they’ve given her was above and beyond my expectations for a dog trainer. I could tell they really cared for her and that really means a lot. I will be continuing my training with Blue Dog Ranch and Darian because it’s been a positive experience for both my dog and me and will only serve to benefit my relationship with my dog in the long run. The amount of gratitude I have for their support and patience with both me and my beloved little girl, I couldn’t thank them enough ❤️

Darian is an amazing dog trainer that has consistently trained & boarded my border collie, Honey, over the last few years. During my time in the training program, he made me custom videos so I could continue the training after the program ended. He is the only trainer I trust and blue dog ranch is the only facility I trust to take care of my dog!

My son’s dog died in their care. I had to personally pick up his dead dog. I was horrified at what I witnessed. Dogs are kept in crates, stacked with blankets or towels over the crates to keep the dogs from barking. This was in 100 degree weather. When they discovered the dog was not breathing, they did nothing! No CPR, no racing to the vet. Old positive reviews are when this kennel was under different ownership. No animal deserves the conditions they keep the dogs in.

We moved from Georgia 2 years and our dog is obsessed with Blue Dog Ranch! We exclusively bring our dog here because the care they give him is one of a kind. They go above and beyond to make sure your fur baby gets the attention, love, and care they deserve. If you are looking for a place for your fur baby, BDR is your place!

My best friend entrusted their beloved dog to this kennel's care, only to receive heartbreaking news of their pet's passing. Despite our trust, the level of care provided fell tragically short. I implore others to consider alternative options for their furry companions' well-being. STAY AWAY.

Absolutely AMAZING experience for both my dogs. I have a 2.5 year old Pittie who is the absolute sweetest, and a 14 year old Puggle who has lost most of his eyesight and hearing in his old age. Both my pups were tended to with so much care - I cannot recommend this place enough! 10/10

I’m so very, very sad to hear that a very good family friend entrusted their beautiful bundle of joy with this company, only for them to totally disregard his wellbeing. He was kept in a crate in extremely high temperatures and very sadly passed away. Why on earth are this company being allowed to continue trading. Please do not entrust your beloved pet to this company under any circumstances.

Updated 3/26/19- My sister dropped her dog off there and within 2hrs- they lost her dog. This dog was the world to my sister and she hasn't slept since. We were told that the jack russel terrrier (Max) jumped a fence- then the owner called 5 days later and told my sister that a self closing mechanism was placed on a gate...? Dog was lost 4/29/10, white jack russel terrier with a black left ear. His name is Max and we hope that he is safe. The facility is offering a $1000 reward. Other kennels in the area say it's not their first lost dog- beware! 3/26/19 Update- I so happy that Google kept my review up- Yelp immediately erased it. The dog was found 10 days later in 2010 dead on the 101 freeway near Blue Dog by freeway maintenance who contacted my sister. The owner called my sister to follow up- my sister took no action against them because of her nervous breakdown. Please be careful with these people. RIP Max.

Do NOT leave your dog here we had a close friends dog sadly pass away due to lack of attention and care. Left to overheat and clearly not checked on.

Julia is the best cat sitter we have ever had. Our cats loved her and I could tell how much she loved them and cared for them as if they were her own babies. They require special care including medication and being separated while we are away and everything was handled with such ease. From communication to following instructions and leaving our place so clean, the entire experience was amazing. We had such piece of mind knowing our kitties were so well taken care of and are so grateful to have found our new favorite pet sitter! ❤️

We had a great experience with LA pet sitting! Our pet sitter was Emily and she took great care of our two cats while we were out of town for the week. She sent us updates after each visit and it was great to know she was there keeping them company while we were gone. Communication and coordination was also super easy. We're planning to go out of town again soon and we'll definitely use this service again.

Thanks to Brooke and Dottie for clear, prompt communication during booking and great service while my husband and I were away. We came home to find our two cats (9 and 19 years) healthy and engaged. They took care of our cat perfectly, and gave us daily updates with pictures, so that we could always know our little guy was safe and sound in their hands. I also love that it's a local business instead of an app. It gave me extra comfort knowing that this business has been in the area for a decade+, serving the community. I couldn't recommend it more. Brooke and Paulette, were fantastic.

My husband and I are quote OCD about our pet care. We basically left a booklet with detailed instructions to care for our four fur babies. These instructions were emailed to our sitter directly so she can review and ask questions before our time away. We couldn't be happier with the services Julianne provided for our pets. I was truly happy with her services and my four cats seemed happy too! I loved seeing pictures of my cats looking so happy and playful. Two of my fur babies have high anxiety and one is mildly feral, but she gave them their own space and allowed them to warm up to her on their own terms. Our oldest cat, 18, has separation anxiety and doesn't like being alone, so I really appreciated the extra attention and care she gave to him. He is also on a prescription diet but loves to sneak up on my other cats' food bowl. She was very vigilent and assured he stuck to his own bowl to prevent advancement with his kidney disease. I engaged LA Pet Sitting shortly after to moving to LA with my 3 cats and my dog. My work had unexpected travel and I was able to communicate via the web portal and get an intake visit pretty quickly. I was impressed with their system and the thoroughness of their information collection. An in person visit to meet the pets and go over feeding and medications was very well done. Alexia was attentive and great giving meds and following specialized feeding instructions. One of my cats has a bowel disease and caring for her is not easy. The updates were reassuring while I was away and in my opinion this could not have gone better. I would absolutely recommend them.

Wonderful! I've used them a bunch of times. Totally flexible and highly communicative. They send the cutest pictures of our fur babes so we are comfortable while we are out and about.

Sinead was great! She cleaned up a couple of messes the kitties made, brought in packages, and wrote thorough reports on how each cat was doing every day. It gave us peace of mind while we traveled over the holidays. Getting to meet her a couple days in advance and show her around was nice too. Would definitely recommend LA Pet Sitting and Sinead!

I have been using LA Pet Sitting for years to take care of my three cats. All of the sitters I have used have been wonderful - reliable, personable, and caring towards my pets. They take time to sit with my cats and play with them, as well as to write detailed notes on their activities. I know my cats appreciate the extra attention, and I am relieved to be able to go on vacation and not worry about their welfare. I will continue to use LAPS, and I highly recommend their company to other pet owners, as their prices are reasonable and their staff is professional and dependable.

We have a dachshund and she loves Bow Wow Bungalow! She’s been going about 2 years now and she has made friends and the employees are all so sweet to her ( she’s a sassy one). The times we’ve boarded her have been so smooth and she’s had such a fun time! I would highly recommend checking them out for your fur babies! Bow Wow Bungalow is truly a life saver. I've been bringing my high-energy dog here for about 2 years now and can't imagine managing life with my dog without this place. This is the only place I go for daycare and boarding because the staff knows Izzy so well and takes incredible care of her. I feel incredibly at ease whenever she's in their care. Plus they take incredible photos!

Bow Wow is a godsend and the boys (2 choc male labs) love to go and play and meet other dogs. It's a beautiful spacious place, very secure, and the people who work there are phenomenal in every way!! You can tell they love dogs and their respective positions there. Everything is super clean, in order, and they're adamant about all the proper vaccines being done and we appreciate that. The prices are excellent! And boarding is a win-win as well! The cams are crystal clear and always running so you may take a peek at your baby. Thank You, BOW WOW!!!!! xo

I took my dog to daycare and had my mother pick him up she just let me know that they couldn’t find his leash and gave us the orange one that you see in the picture. I called today to ask if there was an update if they have found it she said no They are still looking for it and I asked her approximately how long does it take for them to find the leash? Am I gonna get a call back? Do I called back? Do I get a refund if they can’t find it. At the end of our conversation, she said that I could call back at the end of the week and that she didn’t know how long it would take to find the leash. She didn’t ask me what it looked like, And as I was saying, thank you She just hung up the phone, which I thought was really rude. So whoever was working at 1:40 P.m. today should have more patience for customers that are callings. I will be coming in Friday to talk to a supervisor.

My doberman has been going here for 2.5 years now and absolutely loves it!!! The staff is always fantastic and i never have to worry about her being safe anc taken care if. She has diggie hemophillia and the staff is aware and whenever she gets even the smallest of scratches (while playing) they always call me immediately to let me know and ask what i would like them to do. I’ve never had any issues and the trainers are great too!!

We love Bow Wow Bungalow. Poppins goes to daycare about twice a week and also boarding from one night up to a week (~once a quarter). Conveniently located by Burbank Airport. Everyone is so pleasant, attentive and communicative in regards to Poppins’ needs throughout her stay. We pay for daily report cards during boarding and really look forward to the pictures and informative, quirky updates. We really appreciate the multiple webcams to see how her day is going and also the photo events they have during holidays (back to school magnet/valentines keychain). When we moved from Philly over the summer we were also leaving a wonderful doggy daycare and doggy friends. We trialed multiple daycares in our area (SFV) and found Bow Wow Bungalow to have the largest play areas both indoor and outdoor, with water area to keep cool during hot weather. All important things for an active German Shepard who loves laying in shallow water or lounging on rocks/raised cots whilst silently judging other dogs. Sometimes we joke that Poppins is so well behaved at daycare because she thinks she’s there to work and help her new favorite people keep the other dogs in line. Lastly, we love that the people at Bow Wow love our Poppins like their own. We value the vetting process and rules to keep all dogs safe. Plus there are trainers on staff to help with identified needs. Having opportunities for enrichment and managed play with other dogs is important to us along with days without having an extra shadow around. Thank you Bow Wow Bungalow!

Wanted to update my review now that our puppy has been coming to daycare here for five years. We're about to board her for the first time and feel relieved to know she'll be well-loved and so happy to be at her favorite place. Our puppy, Carolina, has been coming since she was 5 months and everyone knows her and supports her training. She loves going and playing with her human and dog friends. Really safe and professional. Can’t recommend enough.

This is the best doggie daycare my Bertha has been to, here in LA. It's spacious, clean and well staffed. Everyone is friendly and they genuinely care for your dog. I feel good when I drop her off either for daycare or boarding. I know she's in good hands.

The best place to take your dog for boarding and daycare!! We were lucky to find this place early on living in Burbank and so thankful. We can’t say “bow wow” around him or he’ll get too excited and want to leave immediately!! We can only refer to it around him as “the bee wee”!! If that isn’t the best stamp of approval I don’t know what is! I love the rules they enforce on the play yard and the attention to each dogs temperament and attitude. We were texted once that he wasn’t eating while there over a weekend and wanted our approval to give him some wet food. Loved that attentiveness and gave me peace of mind!!

Witnessed my dog and a few others dogs being mistreated by a handler named Rhiannon today. Been coming here for almost 2 years, seldom check the live stream - something told me to check the cameras today and saw that dogs were being scolded, sprayed with water, snatched aggressively by their collars, and locked in the outside crates for simply playing. Gave management the timeframes for when I witnessed these events for review. What makes me even more livid is everything I probably didn’t see. I am beyond pissed and will never be back as long as she is working here. No one this ill-tempered, impatient and easily overwhelmed should be working in this environment abusing animals when she thinks no one is watching. I watched until eventually all the dogs stopped playing with each other and my poor dog kept following her seeking approval as to not continue getting scolded until he started playing again and was snatched yet again and put into a crate. 10 minutes later dragged him by his collar again when he was already alone and isolated from the other dogs. Highlighting that she was dragging several other dogs by the collar when she spotted them playing together. I would encourage everyone to check the cameras regularly. I’ve recommended so many people here but would absolutely not recommend after this.
