Zoltan provided excellent care of our two Standard Poodles whle we were gone. Communication before the sit was excellent. He arrived the day before we left town to meet our dogs. Immediately we were comfortable with the idea of him taking care of our dogs and our home. We took him out to dinner that evening and enjoyed our visit. He communicated via text throughout the stay and frequently sent us pictures of our dogs. The dogs were in great shape when we returned. It was obvious that they had been walked regularly and that Zoltan had spent time brushing out their ears. A limb from a neighbor's tree fell into our backyard while we were gone and Zoltan sent photos and helped us coordinate clean-up. Mail was neatly organized when we returned. We found the house in perfect condition. We will try to coordinate with Zoltan in the future because our dogs LOVE him. I cannot imagine anyone doing a better job.

Daniel and Diana are such wonderful people. This sit unfolded perfectly! They flew in from TX to my home in FL the same day I left on vacation. Then 2 weeks later, they flew out right before I arrived so sadly we didn’t get to see each other in person. But the sit was flawless. No problems, lots of updates. I arrived home to a clean and tidy house with clean sheets and towels, a snack and a gift! Plus, most importantly, a happy cat. Ellie’s behavior lets me know when all has gone well with sitters; she was as happy and content as could be when I got home. This is the 3rd sit with Daniel and Diana, and I hope I’m lucky enough to have them sit with Ellie again in the future. Thank you both!

Prashant and India were fantastic pets sitters for us. Both were dependable and were even kind enough to allow some service people into the home to do some repairs. Our dogs were well looked after and we got daily updates on how the dogs were doing. Prashant is very knowledgeable and gave us a few strategies to combat some negative behaviors that we were seeing with the dogs. Could not recommend them more. They will be missed.

Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. I felt totally confident in leaving Darcy and my house in Elaine’s care and I returned to a very contended dog and a perfectly clean and tidy house. Elaine arrived the day before I left so I was able to get to know her and enjoy an evening meal with her before my very early flight. We kept in contact while I was away via WhatsApp and I was happy to see photos of Darcy relaxing in her usual favourite places. It was lovely to be welcomed back home after my holiday by a very well looked after dog and it was so nice that Elaine was here to welcome me and had the lamps on, flowers in vases and a meal in the oven. My house was clean and tidy and Darcy has enjoyed a week of lovely walks and neck scratches. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Debra was a Great pet and house sitter !! She communicated well throughout our long trip and sent us frequent pictures of all of our pets. She watered our plants and brought in all the mail. Absolutely Incredible.... I will not lie, I was hesitant because David did not have any pet sits before this one (gotta start somewhere) but because he did the background check I decided to contact him. We had a great phone conversation and the decision was made. He came to my house the night before I was leaving to learn all the ins and outs of taking care of my fur babies and then put himself up in a hotel for the night before the sit date. The next day he came over in the morning to learn a few more details before I left. I could not have chosen a better house sitter for my 2nd house sit . David communicated with me daily, sent pictures and we spoke via facetime. My little guy was feeling sick when David started and with diligence, love and kindness he was able to get my little guy eating again and feeling better. I would invite David back into my home over and over again but I am pretty sure he is going to be in high demand. Thank you David for everything!

Amazing experience! Five stars all the way... Nikki was kind enough to watch our two cats Thomas and Toby while were away on our honeymoon. From the very beginning she made us feel comfortable with clear communication and quick replies. Since she was local in Atlanta we got to meet her ahead of time and hand off keys before we left. While we were away she sent pictures of our little buds having fun and being themselves, so we always knew they were ok. She always showed up exactly when she said she would from pickup to dropoff and it was so incredible to know they were in good hands, and we never had to worry. They love being around people so for her to have been able to stay with them and love on them regularly we came home and could immediately tell both Thomas and Toby felt great as they were completely comfortable. Much much different than when we leave even for a few days and have a pet sitter stop by and feed them. She asked all the necessary questions in advance, so she didn't have to email or ask anything while we were away. She even took the time to make sure everything was neat and tidy, prepped the sheets to be changed, and was unbelievably sweet to get us a wedding gift we both love. Nikki we can't thank you enough for taking care of our cats, and we would only be so lucky if you stuck around town! :)
