From the initial FaceTime call, I could tell Cristina was an animal lover with a very sweet and caring disposition, and I was not wrong at all! Our girls (a cat and a dog) loved her right away! Cristina made sure to send us daily photos and updates and we were able to enjoy our vacation knowing that the girls were in great hands :) Cristina was a very tidy and clean houseguest and left the house spotless. We would definitely welcome an opportunity to have her stay in our home and with our girls again! I know the girls missed her the minute she said goodbye!

Veronique (Ronnie) is a great housesitter! She took a great interest in my dog Tori and helped treat some itchy skin issues in addition to giving her lots of attention and love! Tori appeared to have been perfectly content! Ronnie was great at keeping me updated daily with texts and photos which is my preference when I travel. My home was clean, sheets washed and dried and bathroom spotless! I would choose Ronnie to stay in my home again if she is available!

I have had many people look after my animals, but none like Elizabeth. She was beyond my expectations. there was never a disapointment, but many moments where i was in awe of what she did. Sparkle got taken care of beautifully, and my house and car were cleaner than when i gave them to her. Her 13 year old son was an added bonus for my very active dog. plenty of frisbee, fetch and snuggles. Much could have gone awry in the 4 weeks i was gone, but Elizabeth held the fort down beautifully; taking Sparkle to the vet for a scheduled appointment, regular trips to play in the woods, minding the mail and the flowers too. I only hope that we will see her again! Sparkle misses her.

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Tina was a fantastic house/pet sitter for my cat Trixie - I can’t recommend her enough! She was very communicative and also self sufficient and I felt completely at peace with Trixie in her care. She took it upon herself to water my plants and also trimmed Trixie’s nails, which I always struggle with! She provided perfect company for Trixie, playing with her, brushing her, loving her and giving her daily medicine. She also left my apartment in perfect condition. I would gladly have Tina pet sit again. A 10/10 experience.

Monique was very nice and easy to schedule with. She sent us pictures of our dog Maisie while we were away, which we enjoyed seeing. Maisie was well cared for and had gotten plenty of exercise by the time we got home. The house was spotless, which was lovely to come home to! She had taken the trash and recycling bins out, even though we hadn’t mentioned them to her before we left. Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets! Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks. She showed up before the sit to go over instructions for the pet care and was even here when we returned (before she left for her next engagement). You would never know this was her first TH sit. She quickly earned our trust, asked for clarification when needed, and overall is just a GREAT PERSON!! Her kindness showed through in the care of each and every one of our furry babies. Kelly took excellent care of my cats, Bertie and Jewel. She reported that nervous and shy Jewel even licked her hand! She sent occasional photos and updates about the cats, which I really appreciated, and she emailed/texted me when there were questions. At the end of her stay, Kelly and I had a conversation that was helpful to me, as this was my first zeewoi experience, and I'm still learning how to best welcome sitters to my cats and house. Laura is hands down the best sitter that we have ever had care for our pets and house! Having her stay made our trip away so care free and added a super fun layer of getting her daily (morning and night!) updates with photos and videos, some were hilarious I love Laura’s sense of humor! We were gone 8 days and when’s we arrived home our house was cleaner than when we left, mail on the counter, yard was picked up, it was beyond what we would expect. This made our first day back so easy. Oh’ and our pets were so relaxed and happy we knew they were loved and taken care of while we were away. Laura knew that we were coming home late and she even had bought a yummy quiche, rolls, fruit and juice so that we had breakfast in the morning! Laura is responsive, a great communicator, I could go on but simply put she is welcome at our house anytime. Simply the best!! Thank you tons Laura!!
