Great communication throughout their two week stay. Very self sufficient. We received some photos and funny stories of our sometimes mischievous cats while we were away. I was fortunate enough to meet with them the day before the sit began to give thorough instructions about our routine. The house was left clean and tidy. I will definitely reach out to Skyler & Mariah to see if they are available again for our next trip out of town.

Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. We were so happy to have Kyle as our house sitter for two weeks. Besides taking great care of our pets and our house, he was very accommodating. We were always able to get in touch with him if we needed to, and he agreed to take on some extra plant watering’s when the weather made a sudden change. Janis is absolutely the best pet sitter and home care we have had. She is a regular for us during our Christmas vacation because we totally trust her with the care of our three dogs and the management of our home. She is so good and efficient that I have already requested that she sits for us again next Christmas. Our three dogs absolutely adored her as she played fetch, took them on walks, loved and spoiled them. Management of our home was excellent. He not only fed them, gave my cat her medicine and cleaned the litter box, but also spent time playing with her and giving them all attention. I especially love that they are able to provide service for short notice requests to let my dogs out. Another great service is the Fetch Journal that is emailed to you after the service is complete. The journal has pics of your pups, notifications to include feeding, water drank and bathroom breaks taken. You can rest easy when the Fetch team is watching over your family dogs. I didn't feel rushed off the phone and he even called to follow up with me. It's not hard for a company to have a polished look and seem like a good choice - but few actually stand apart from the rest. I have 100% faith in the care Bill and his team provide. The pricing is fair, the software they use is user friendly and makes everything super easy when it comes to requesting visits, paying online and knowing exactly how my dogs visit went. Best of all they use EMPLOYEES! This is a big perk when you're looking for a business that you can trust because with employees they're able to train the staff and have more control and accountability. Oh yeah - a team! So no matter how short notice my visit is, I'll know Violet always has someone available to look after her. I'm beyond impressed if you can't tell and I know anyone that uses Fetch! Lizzy is everything I ever hoped for in a pet caregiver. She is reliable, responsive and so caring and sweet to my dog Elvis. Lizzy takes care of Elvis routinely when I'm out of town for work. She will send me updates, texts and pics. She really treats Elvis as if he were her own dog. She has a beautiful sweet dog that everyone loves. I appreciate everything Lizzy did to make him feel at home. I highly recommend her.

I was evacuating because of a hurricane and I'd brought my two cats with me. I drove for four hours. At 730 pm, I arrived at the hotel in Miami only to be told they didn't accept pets. I looked for local boarding services, and found What the Pup. The business owner answered the phone personally and told me my cats could stay. Not many pet boarding businesses are going to answer the phone that late, much less accept two new pets with no notice. But this business did. My cats were well taken care of, and my mind was at ease. (Side Note: If you're ever forced to evacuate in Florida, the laws that require shelters to accept evacuees with animals ONLY apply to public shelters, not to private businesses. Before you book, make absolutely certain your hotel accepts animals). Anyway, top notch business. I recommend.
