Jeannette was the absolute best pet sitter anyone could ask for! She was communicative and easy going. She took very good care of the house, but most importantly she took superb care of my dog, Bodhi. She took him on long walks and fun adventures everyday. While I was out of the country, I received pictures and updates of their "vacation". I loved seeing Bodhi's and Jeannette's smiles in all the photos. They definitely bonded. :) I would highly recommend Jeannette as a pet sitter and also as an excellent person who cares about people, animals, and the planet.

Angie and Joe were fabulous pet/house sitters and overall people! Angie sent daily updates with photos. Really appreciate the extra effort they put into watering the grass and garden. The house was exactly the same as when I left (including sheets/towel washed, beds made, frig cleaned, dishes put away and trash taken out...). Pretty sure Mia was looking for them the next day as she ran to the guest bedroom. Already scheduled a second sit! If you're lucky enough to land them as pet sitter then you're lucky.

Kelly was flawless, she was a fantastic pet sitter and house sitter. She was over communicating with pictures and updates. We were at total peace knowing Kelly was overseeing Leo and Bella. Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. I’m very pleased and would both recommend her and love to have her again.

Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! We hope she can come again sometime.

I felt totally confident in leaving Darcy and my house in Elaine’s care and I returned to a very contended dog and a perfectly clean and tidy house. Elaine arrived the day before I left so I was able to get to know her and enjoy an evening meal with her before my very early flight. We kept in contact while I was away via WhatsApp and I was happy to see photos of Darcy relaxing in her usual favourite places. It was lovely to be welcomed back home after my holiday by a very well looked after dog and it was so nice that Elaine was here to welcome me and had the lamps on, flowers in vases and a meal in the oven. My house was clean and tidy and Darcy has enjoyed a week of lovely walks and neck scratches. I highly recommend Elaine as a completely reliable pet and house sitter and she is a lovely lady to chat to. I was so pleased that I got to know her.

Anna and Alan were absolutely brilliant. This was my first time using a sitter for our pup and from the start Anna was reassuring and put me at complete ease. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Elaine was a welcomed sitter for Cyrus and Purrelli. I returned from holiday to find a very content relaxed dog and a happy fat cat. Purrelli doesn’t eat when he is stressed so seeing a little meat on him let me know he was content and happy :) My condo was left clean and in order, all communications were smooth and there was zero issues.
